It would be unfair to say that other business don’t work for me when I am looking for construction goods, because they have been a great help when I’ve been looking for a quick solution of my problem, even more when I’ve been working in small towns. Those places have been great, to help me find what I needed to finish my work.But The Home Depot is my preferred place to get what I need because it is full of everything of what I need to get my job done. And prices are lower than those other places.

My favorite toy store. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the store had everything I needed to complete my project.

Quite honestly I don’t even know where to start. Last week we went and bought a grill. The women on the sales floor was so nice and helped us pick out one with least amount of damage. We wheeled it up to customer service where we paid for it. (Over $500) We quickly realized it didn’t fit in our car so we brought it back in. Once I brought it back in with receipt in hand and told them what was going on and asked for free delivery instead (which was clearly stated was an option in numerous areas of the store) I was quickly told I would need to pay another $500. Luckily one of the other girls figured it out and assured me that exact grill would be delivered.Couple days later delivery happened. Instead of getting the grill we picked we were delivered a beat up grill that was missing numerous parts, the thermometer was cracked, and was assembled completely wrong. When I called to ask what happened I was told “sounds like that grill should have never been sent. Best I can do is give you a discount”. Excuse me? How is that a solution to a broken product. Was left on hold for over 15min. I calle snack and another very rudely told me they were busy with other customers and that I wasn’t a priority. Finally get it settled that they will come pick up the broken one and delivery the one we picked out since it was still tagged sitting at the store.Well today is delivery day number 2, STILL THE WRONG GRILL. Not only that, they clearly replaced missing screws, LEFT A TOOL IN THE GRILL, and SHARPIED missing paint.The grill delivered was one we specifically didn’t pick for all the damage.Needless to say we are never doing delivery through Home Depot again. They take short cuts, are rude, and just don’t care.Thanks for the free tool.

Good store, has most everything you need.

It was cool. I made 75 dollars in the minutes helping a guy fix his muffler. A great spot to make money on days off or if youre unemployed

This Home Depot seems to be well stocked. The staff is friendly and generally helpful, and check out always has been quick. The location right next to I-15 also makes it easy and quick to get to.

Well organized and clean facility. The staff were average in term of customer service pointing to the direction or naming of isle numbers and names. I didn’t quite find what I needed. I do appreciate the efforts made to protect customers from covid.

This review is for Home Depot and the delivery company they use to install appliances.I purchased a new washing machine and Dryer and paid for the install and new hookups.Took about a week for the machines to be delivered but when they came to installing them. They refused to level them and told me I needed to adjust them myself. When we ran a practice on the washer it was not connected properly and it flooded our laundry room and basement. I would recommend they hire competent delivery staff!

Everything you could possibly need. This place has it. Competitively priced, friendly service. I think a zip line might be handy :). Is it me or are these places getting bigger and bigger. They just go in forever. Make sure you know what you’re getting then make a plan so you don’t have to go from one end to the other more then once. Unless you’re trying to get your steps in for the day 🙂.

Its a great hardware store. Pretty much everything involving construction and maintenance is sold here. Great military discount on already good prices.

The employees were helpful and funny. Well stocked shelves and I used the motorized vehicle for handicapped and everyone was very accommodating for my temporary handicapped self. A very nice store.

She then found Mario to help to load my car.Mario was equally efficient with a big smile. He refused my willing tip.Thank you for starting my day with smiles.

The app told me where the item was located. I grabbed my cart and headed to the area and quickly realized the item I wanted to buy was too heavy for me to lift. Lucky me there was an associate right there and he helped me. I also found welcome rugs at a reasonable price and bought 2. Then someone else helped me get my big boxes into my car. Good trip

Everytime I have gone to this location, its been very busy and the younger employees have been little to no help when needed. Other than that, its been clean and the other employees have been helpful and friendly.

Again thank you Home Depot for being able to find us the indoor/outdoor carpet we have been waiting for that we had ordered on line. The online all they could say it should be here and they informed us that the didnt think they could not cancel the order. All the Home Depot stores said its out of stock and backed ordered. One person made a check on all the store to see if any store had some rolls in stock and one did. When we got to the that store Linden went looking for it and found it for us. To all the those who helped us just know we are so very greatful and we say thank you to you all. Linden we are so very greatful for your patience and kindness in hunting down the carpet we needed she works at store #4403. Just know that they are there to help their customers. Yes we will be back to that store, we are extremely satisfied with there customer service. We had some awesome help at the till the number used to pay for the product was not correct on the 100 foot roll of carpet. So again another couple of persons found the correct bar code, and again we are so grateful for all your efforts your store will be a place we will visit again. I am sorry I didnt get your names at the till.

The Home Depot has been one of my favorite places to shop. They have beautiful plants and everything to care for them. My hubby likes the wide selection of tools & home repair items. The atmosphere is so welcoming & stress free. Everyone is friendly & willing to help you find what you need.

Yesterday I purchased a washing machine and dryer and am very appreciative of the help I received from the clerk. It was a busy day and time and did have to wait before someone showed up in that department, but once there she was very helpful and assisted me in selecting the appliances I purchased. She answered questions and helped me understand the pros and cons of some of the different machines. Thank you!

The staff is usually great! The customer service/online pickup area is confusing. One thing I like is that they always have clean bathrooms. Changed my 4 stars for the confusion for 5 stars just because the bathroom is really above par to any other public place.

Always crazy busy but customer service is excellent and they typically have everything youre looking for.

Found what I needed in seconds. Helpful, smiling staff... They welcomed my pooch with treats and free pets... What more can you ask for?

Regular Home Depot, employees are helpful, things are laid out as you would expect. Store is clean. Parking lot is spacious. Carts are picked up regularly. I do wish they had a bigger selection of fasteners, but that’s not a negative.

They didnt have the exact product I wanted. One location in the whole valley had it. Was not willing to travel. I know importing has been difficult, but why would one store had 24 bottles and not any others nearby.

Just walking through the parking lot was horrible! It was full of people ready to work for cash or break into cars as soon as I went into the store. I would avoid this Home Depot

Stopped it in search for gloves. After looking at Walmart and Lowes I finally found thin, light, and sticky gloves. Went with Firm Grip brand. Just what I was looking for.

Helpful place and decent supply of materials. Wish they would clean up the entrances. The riffraff at the entrances are a bit disturbing. I suggest entering from the rear north side to avoid the unofficial greeting crew.

Never ever buy anything from home depot that says lifetime warranty! Especially their own brand HUSKY. They will not back up their warrantee unless you have a actual receipt in hand. If all you want to do is swap out one broken tool for another, the way every other manufacturer does with their warrantees. Home depot will not! Even if you have the receipt in hand they will try to get out of having to honor their warrantee. Horrible customer service.

Found some great deals . Nice Christmas displays. Only problem is there is a lot of men in parking lot wanting you to hire them for temp work. Most of them cant speak English look homeless. Sorry but I wouldnt trust them .

Went to get paint, went to busy so I only had to wait a short amount of time to get the paint mixed. Good product for the price and the project turned out great.

This particular store caters more to homeowners than to contractors, as opposed to other stores of the same brand, such as the one on 21st South. This makes it easier to shop in and less crowded most of the time. Employees are relatively helpful, they seem to be practicing safe COVID-19 protocols, and things are generally well stocked. There is plenty of parking. Prices seem to be generally a little lower than the nearby Lowes.

Love HD. Not good on my last visit. I just went in for a key duplication and had to use the automatic machine. Key didnt work. Lost $3.

Loved chatting with Jake, the Ryobi rep. Got tons of great info and some excellent purchases.

The store on 2100 + 3rd west is scarey and unsafe,homeless,people panhandling.The people hanging around the MacDonalds next to this store make it uncomfortable

Do not ask me about Home Depot. I hate them. I know hate is a very strong word and should not be used lightly. They truly suck!

The only way for this store to be improved is to litterally have I.C.E. sitting in the parking lot for a month.
