We needed a new TV as our 20yr old Mitsubishi was starting to fail. After doing a little research online we went to RCWilley and spoke to Matt Wooten about the Pros and Cons between the different brands and also TV size as we have tall ceilings and did not want it lost on the wall. Matt was very friendly and personable spending over an hour with us as we pondered a decision on brand, size and whether to mount on the wall or not. TV was to be delivered the following week and I discovered that the TV stand was not going to be delivered in time to hold the electronics so I contacted Matt and he reassured me that when the TV was installed the Home Theater personnel would have the appropriate cable lengths to leave the equipment on the floor while we waited for the TV stand. The TV stand arrived two hours later and we relocated the equipment to the stand and it turned out beautifully.
The LG refrigerator I bought 3 years ago is not working...called to get service..they couldn’t get anyone out within a couple of days...they contacted LG and the soonest they could come out was a week later. RC Willey offers a motel size mini fridge that’s great but too little and too late. I’ve lost ALL the food in my completely stocked freezer/ fridge!Not happy with LG!!!
RC Willey has an astounding and impressive customer service, in todays retail space this is so unusual. I have purchased many items over the years from RC, they never disappoint.Too products at competitive price matched prices, and they stand behind their sales.Thanks RC, we need you!
Weve purchased thousands and thousands of dollars worth of goods from RC Willey. Weve had things delivered as well as picked up from the distribution center before. Everything generally goes as average but today was ridiculous. We got to the distribution center at 5pm. We were told about 20 minutes for the desk to be brought out. After asking multiple times what was going on our product came out over an hour later. We had my 1 year old and 5 year old with us who were starving, being as though its dinner time and we were expecting 20 minutes max. No explanations, no letting us know it would be delayed so at the very least we could have grabbed some food and come back. So disappointed and frustrated to have sat for over an hour with crying kids. Not impressed, not satisfied. Actually incredibly frustrated!!

Drivers be on time to this place. I came out of Fontana Ca. That place. But loaded late got here had to wait the weekend here now waiting on Monday 3 hrs. Better still if you see the name RC Willey coming to SLC Utah. Run! Don’t take this load. Plus if your a brother you will get the business from these folks. You know that R word. SMH it exists
My husband and I ordered a couch today from the Layton location, but it was available for same day pickup from the SLC warehouse, so we decided to do that instead. When we arrived, they said it would be about a 30 min wait while they gathered our items, our stuff was out within 20 mins! Jake brought our stuff to our truck and helped my husband load it up. We had a large couch sectional and chair to load and Jake took his time to help my husband and make sure everything was secured. He was such a pleasure to talk with and didnt rush us at all. Great customer service from him! We appreciated it so much.

John and Stevenson were the delivery staff. They went far and beyond to get the fridge into the house, since the building is old and doors doesn’t help. Considering the weather outside and issues with AC inside the house, they did a great job. Kudos to them.
This would have been a five star review had it not been for the disrespectful gentleman working at the recieving desk. Because the lady that helped me initially was extremely courteous I decided to make her day by walking back to the office so she didnt have to. When I returned a gentleman in a black shirt with a high fade blond haircut spoke to me as if I was 3 years old. Approx 0845 22JUN21. Im sad you have employees that are supposed to be in customer service not belonging in that position.
I purchased a new dryer from RC Willey. After drying a few loads, the dryer shut off in the middle of a cycle, and gave a code indicating the hose was blocked. I contacted customer service and was told someone would come out to check it. Two delivery men came out today. They pulled the dryer out a few inches, looked behind the dryer. One of them told me I had a blocked vent. The other one turned on the dryer, went outside where it was venting and said it seems to be okay now. You will have to run it pulled out like it is. Back. inside I was told to always run it manually then there would be no code and it would not shut off???? As they left I was told if it continued, I would have to buy a new dryer. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔

The guys that delivered, mounted, and set up my TV could not have been more friendly, professional, competent, or thorough. They even went out of their way to install a converter so I could continue using my favorite headphones. I was extremely pleased with their work and love my new TV. I have been purchasing household needs there since 2003 and have never been disappointed.

No reason for Laura to speak to drivers the way she does. Rude, short and interrupts what you are saying. Basically called me a liar. I hope that I never need to deliver product here again. All the other desk staff put their heads down when she started talking down to me because even they knew she was being rude for no reason. Its a great feeling to go into a place to make a delivery and get yelled at especially in front of lots of people. If someone hates their job so badly why do it?
Ordered a bedroom set. The sales person told us it didn’t need a rail set. Said it would fit into the side rails. Bedroom room set was delivered and it was to big for our box spring to fit. The side rails had 2” boards screwed into the bottom going the full length of the rails. Those side boards had 5 predrilled holes (I was thinking for slates). Called the manufacturer and they said all their bedroom sets are sold with a “Slate Pack”, thus the predrilled holes. Called RC Willy and was given the run around. They said the set doesn’t come with slates. They looked in a repair shop and couldn’t find any and ordered another set from California to see if it will have some…but we know it won’t because RC Willey has ordered these sets without the “Slate Packs”. Basically I had to go buy wood and make my own. Make sure you press the issue before buying any bedroom sets from them. I was irritated they would continue to sell a product a customer showed them was incomplete and wouldn’t. No manufacturer drills predrilled holes unless there’s a reason for the holes…

Call 20-30 minutes before you arrive. That way you wont have to wait long for them to get your furniture off of the big warehouse shelves.
It was fine. A big warehouse- so not exactly sure where to go at first. I told them i was here, they brought it out & i loaded it. Nothing spectacular nothing bad.
On my experience I can say that was so nice with the attention the people at the Warehouse responded so fast in less than 15 minutes from purchasing I got the bed to make it short Im 100% satisfied
My product was ready when I arrived. The load out associate was very nice and assisted me in loading the product in my vehicle. They are very timely.
We were making a purchase for my in-laws (elderly couple). They had been to the store a couple of times to look but wanted me there because they felt attacked by salesmen. They did find a salesman that knew the products and had the patience to help them. When I went with them we were attacked again. We made the purchase and had specific delivery instructions to leave the tv in the box and just deliver it. We found out the night before when it would be delivered and that we would get a call a hour before delivery. I never received that call and they showed up while they were still in bed. They then moved the old tv and set up the new tv on the floor. They convinced them to buy a new HDMI cable which they didn’t need. They took advantage of an elderly couple who had just woke up and didn’t understand. All they needed to do was follow the delivery instructions. Very disappointed with this shopping experience and the delivery.
Called ahead so they had my washer and dryer on the dock when I got there. I was in and out in under twenty minutes.
I purchased a tv and the extended warranty 2.5 years ago. When I started seeing issues with the picture quality I filled out the online form to report it. From there I was in contact with the warranty department sent them a picture and they got me a replacement and had it set up for delivery in 3 days. It was amazingly easy and painless. I am glad I worked with RC Willy to purchase my tv.

They came out to switch out my dinning table and the table would not open all the way for the leaf to come out, color of the table is different and did not look like my old table, bringing me a new table is n a couple of weeks, wife went to clean table and got a sliver in her hand, really bad craftsmanship on this table. If you want quick pickup from the stores this Waterhouse will make it happen. Șave the delivery fee and pick it up yourself.

Management needs to revisit the photo ID policy.If you are allowing someone other than the account holder to pick up orders, the authenticity of their ID is basically irrelevant from a liability standpoint. The account is authenticated when the customer calls in to allow the person to pick up.A photo of an ID should be equally acceptable as a physical ID if the account is fully verified.You are wrong to threaten to fire your employees over this.
Make sure you call RCWilley prior to picking up anything from their store. Even though we were told the item would be available the next day, it absolutely wasn’t. Save yourself a trip and verify before throwing away your time and gas money on a wasted trip.

The pick up was fine. BE SURE to call ahead. The reason I am giving it one star is the reception at the will call counter. The woman working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. I know every one has a bad day, but RC Willey should consider that last point of sale for people is pick up! The whole experience of shopping with you is ruined by a very unprofessional associate who acts irritated by the customer. I dont remember the associates name, but she has brown curly hair and an attitude that will drive ALL customers away.

After purchase gave me a hard time and tried to charge me for extras that delivery team said were not necessary. Was stressful and frustrating.
So I purchased some couches in June of this year. I was told I was going to receive them in August.I just went to check again. And now they’re telling me that I might get them in November. This is getting ridiculous.Keep in mind I already paid almost 2500 for them. I am so ready just to go and get my money back.
We picked up some empty refrigerator boxes for gardening purposes. The person helping us load them very kindly offered to help cut them down a little to help them fit better. I am so grateful that he did not see it as an inconvenience!

Drove an hour to pick up a dishwasher. Got home, unloaded it, opened it and it’s the wrong one. So I called them to see if they could deliver the right one and pick up the wrong one they gave me. They said not for a week. Sorry, I don’t want to go a week without a dishwasher. I ask if I can get reimbursed anything (maybe the price of THEIR delivery fee?). They gave me $30, which hardly covers gas for that much driving in a truck. So I drive out there to exchange, which I had already called about. Get there and it’s a 30-35 minute wait to get the right one. They couldn’t have already had it ready? They had plenty of time as I was driving there. So I have to sit in the car with my sleeping toddler, waiting, which I should never have had to drive back out for the second time today in the first place. Obnoxious. I get you make mistakes, but take better care of your customers when that happens. I have a business and when ANYONE is unhappy I make things more than right for them. Look elsewhere for your furniture and appliance needs if you want better customer service.

The young woman at the counter was very helpful today.she had to separate one of the items from the others that were going to be delivered. That made me able to deliver it to the company that was going to start the process this happened at the main distribution center she was very knowledgeable and we are thankful for that.
This place is just a warehouse where you can pick up furniture youve purchased either at a showroom, or online. That said, the folks there are good about promptly finding your stuff and helping you load it up. Beats the $275 delivery fee for furniture you can move yourself.

Do not buy anything that requires you to go to the warehouse to pick up. They do a great job selling the product and spend a bunch of money in that process but invest very little into follow through. They need to take some of the money invested into the retail side and put it into actually receiving your goods. Horrible wait times at the warehouse!
Furniture has gotten so cheap over the years. Prices have gone up. Workers only want to make that comission. Shop around, youll find better.

After three deliveries of damaged furniture you would think someone at RC Willey would care. For weeks my wife has been nice and trying to work things out. When you lie to your customers that is not acceptable. How do you delivery damaged furniture to the same house? Do you look at anything? Now I have a piece of furniture that could cause bodily harm and Im told 10 days before we can get a replacement to you. The kicker, we were charged for the second delivery. Really? I spoke to the sales person thinking that would get things moving, since he was great at the store. 90 minutes later and no call back. Im sure they are waiting for something to be posted on social media before they do anything. So if you want lies and damaged furniture head down to RC Willey.
Update: Two days after I posted this on Facebook, I got a call from JoAnn at RC Willey. She was apologetic and took care to get me the refund I was promised. After my call with her, it took less than a week to get a check. Besides the check, she said theyd be reviewing training with the initial delivery guys, etc. Im glad its now resolved, just wish I didnt have to post a negative review on social media to get it done. I am updating my review from 1 star to 3.The original delivery of my furniture was a nightmare. My delivery window was between 11:30-1:30 on a Saturday. The truck didn’t arrive until after 4:00 with no phone call to let me know of the delay. I understand things happen, but it would have taken 2 minutes to call me to let me know. Instead, it monopolized my entire Saturday. I had bought a 4 piece entertainment set and a sectional sofa. All 4 pieces of the entertainment set had damage. The delivery guy took 2 pieces back as well as the console in my sofa, which was cracked. The other 2 pieces of the entertainment center, I did not see the damage until they left. When I got a call to schedule a time to for delivery of my replacement pieces, they tried to schedule over a week out, even after the mess from the first delivery and the promise from the driver that he could get me my furniture on Monday. I told the lady on the phone I could not wait that long and she said she could schedule it for Tuesday. Monday came and I didn’t have a delivery window, so I called and the guy said he had no record of my delivery being changed to Tuesday. He said the earliest he could schedule it was Wednesday. The second set of delivery guys were much more professional. They came in a timely matter and everything was fine. They said they would submit papers to get me a discount on the 2 other pieces that were still damaged. 10 days later I hadn’t heard back about my refund, so I called in. They did have that note in my account, but hadn’t done anything with it. The lady I talked to said my check would be in the mail and to expect it within 10 days to 2 weeks. Well, it’s been over 3 weeks since then and still no check. I’m beyond frustrated with this whole experience. RC Willey does not care about providing quality service. I will likely not shop there again.Update: I immediately emailed them about my issue, like they asked on this review. That was over 2 weeks ago now, and I’ve received no other response. It’s like they want people to think they’re making good, when in fact they have no intention of that.
They have a lot of excellant brand quality furniture and a lot of other items for your home or business! They have a lot of clearance items too along with fantastic deals!! We got a fantastic deal on a coach we really needed and saved! Youve got to get there!! RC Willey your home your way!!
Flawless experience. We tried Lowes and Best buy with terrible customer service experiences. This was quick and easy. We now have the microwave we wanted and within 20 minutes. Thanks!
Should be NO STARSDelivery of two orders scheduled and confirmed for 1:30 -3:30 pm.they called at 8:30AM wanting to deliver at 9:30 AMI could not accommodate that time and they rescheduled to later that day, their site finally said 7-9 PM.they show up at 11:50PM wanting to deliver. REALLY!I sat around all afternoon waiting and they get me out of bed to try and deliver.Update: A manager called the next morning at 9:40 and apologized and promised delivery on Saturday before 6:00PM. They showed up at 5:20PM.
Well, they gave us a wrong part to a bed, because they didnt double check the work order and we didnt find out until we got all the way home. So then it ended up being another hour drive to have them switch it out.
They told me they’d deliver at 2 PM and they delivered at 7 PM. I called 8 times to see when their delivery window was and could never get through. Wouldn’t recommend.
Have had to go here for many emergency pick up appointments, and theyve been very helpful and kind.
