Their after-sales was totally useless. Once theyre done installing your system, dont expect them to stay around to fix any glitches and issues you might encounter in the future. I felt like getting their system was such a waste of huge money if they couldnt offer the support we need after going live. Simply put, theyre unreliable.

Doesnt get any better than this. I called them up for a demo and they had guys in the office in two days. Great demo, good prices, bosses were impressed. We couldnt get the video function to work properly. We tried conferencing on multiple occasions, each time we had problems. Also, the system is not user friendly. I really want this work but if I cant get all these issues figured out, will just look for a better service.

Purchased their service but none of the participants were able to use the recording feature due to setting issue. Tech support was helpful though. Currently, were considering alternatives that provide better collaboration tools, and a more cleaner intuitive interface.

Lots of technical difficulties. Its not user-friendly and one wrong button and you wont be able to have a smooth conference. We used their services once and we regretted it. We had technical errors that we werent able to fix real time. Although their tech support is very helpful, I think the software isnt ready yet.

Working here is a waste of talents and skills. This company does not know how to value their employees. They make them do their jobs based on the companys policies and standards without a chance for employees to use their knowledge and practice decision making. They dont trust their employees enough to leave them with problem solving tasks that need decision making. Dont waste your education and professional experience by working in this place.

Working here has been physically and mentally draining. The CEO is a micromanaging and rude person. She has anger management issues that she shout and nags at anyone who disappoints her and anyone who makes any mistakes. She doesnt accept any explanations or apologies. when shes around, all of us cannot work at peace in fear or making a mistake that she would notice. If you can work with someone with anger management issues, then youll enjoy working here.

Awful company. Does not support VERY EXPENSIVE products, even when THEY break them through firmware updates. -- Firmware update broke the GPIO interface, and now none of the buttons or indicator lights work. Have been waiting for months for this simple patch. If you are a pro audio person, this company will make you look like a fool in front of your clients.

The CEO thinks that she knows everything and that she never makes any bad decisions. She micromanages employees and verbally insults them when they make a mistake. Also, she doesnt respect anyones opinion and prefers people who follow her blindly. To sum it up, she is an irritating person who thinks she knows it all, when in fact she doesnt. Dont work here unless you want to be as terrible as the CEO.

I dont recommend using them. Lots of technical difficulties happened during one of our conferences which is a big one. Its hard to save face from this technicalities when the one you were supposed to meet with is the CEO and the board.

Simply overpriced. Not really worth it at all. Go to another marketplace and youll find the same products cheaper or just go to the Farmers market if you really want to eat healthy.
