This place replaced my windshield in April. I wished I inspected the windshield when they were done. There was a ton of damage done to my car. When I talked to one of the ladies she asked me to bring in my car. When I brought it in she acted car was older. Tried to blame the damage on me. When I told her my car was 2018 and I bought it in 2019 she had no other excuses. She offered to replace the cheapest part. My paint is damaged and will rust over time. The scratches are parallel to each other like a tool was used. A car tech even confirmed this. Plus the wires for my rear view mirror and my antenna were not put in correctly or just lazily put back. I now have to have this fixed. With the scratches on my car they tried to put the blame on me and wrote on my receipt. I thought they were talking about chips on my door. When I paid this wasn’t explained or shown to me. The plastic pieces that they broke under my windshield are the cheapest that needs to be fixed. The lady there tried to say that it happens over time. My car is not THAT old. Nothing else like this was giving me issues till I came here. They clearly didn’t care about the work. I am a single parent with one income. I now have to take my car in for more repairs. Costing me more money and time from work. Do not go here. I do not recommend them in any way.

These folks are straightforward, good humored, and know their business.I have used them twice now -- once for a windshield replacement, and once to replace the regulator in my passenger side window. Each time they answered all my questions (without condescending :)), and had my car in and out in under an hour and a half. They even went the extra mile and helped me locate an inexpensive part. I commute from Ogden, and even though they are a bit of a drive, they are well worth it.

My windshield developed a full length crack while on a cross country road trip, and they fit me in the same day. Finished work promptly and super easy to deal with. The ladies at the front also dealt with my insurance for me when they were being an absolute pain (on a day when my temper was already shot). Very grateful to them for that. Thank you!

So been using Auto Glass Now for years....Fleet of work trucks and personal vehicles...always refer them. My daughter pulled up and parked IN FRONT of the bldg - The girl in the front office told my daughter she didnt want her to park in front and to pull in, then said lets run numbers for the claim. She gives her a pretty expensive price for replacement and my daughter immediately asks if they had started yet - She said yes. THE WORK WAS NEVER APPROVED - Now you have a single mother paying for a windshield she cant afford without a choice - When I called to speak to the front desk she was immediately defensive. She knew what she did was wrong and DID NOTHING to try and fix it! I will pull all fleet trucks from their service and all personal vehicles as well and will NEVER use this place again.UPDATE: What a joke! Send me to a contact page to be transferred from the recommended number to a call center who cant help me. Do NOT ATTEMPT TO APPEASE the public with a response of care and really send me on a goose chase to have this handled properly. Beyond FURIOUS

Safelite wasnt going to be able to get me in for a couple of days and they were able to get me done here; same day in and out. I would highly recommend them as quality work was awesome and they were very punctual and getting me done in a timely fashion. Im a cheap college student, so when my windshield needed to be replaced, I definitely did my research - and most of that research was figuring out if the insanely cheap quote I got from Auto Glass Now could even be real.But they delivered! Cheaper, faster, and friendlier than I could expect. I emailed Tuesday night, had an appointment for Thursday, and was on my way home with a new windshield in less than an hour.Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to know that theyll fix my rock chip repairs for free if I ever need it.

I called the business on 8/12/21 to obtain a quote for replacing both the rear quarter glass and windshield of my SUV. When I reached the after hours answering service instead, 0 was informed by the rep that she could assist me, so I spent the next 20-25 mins on the phone as she entered my information into a database to generate a quote. Happy with the result, I decided to schedule an appointment for Saturday to have the work done.Prior to my appointment on Saturday morning, I received a call from someone at AGI who unapologetically informed me the bid I received just 2 days earlier, was not valid due to an error made by the gal from the after hours answering service who assured me she could provide an accurate quote. When I asked what the revised $ amount would be, it was approx $120 greater than the original... exceeding too, the proposal amount I had received from Safelite Auto Glass on Thursday as well.While I understand the gal who provided me the original quote made an honest mistake, where I come from, we call that a tough learning experience the rep wont soon forget, and we honor the quote for the customer. Especially since the total was within a reasonable amount of a heavy-hitting competitor with longer establish roots and multiple locations. Ill leave it at that.

Quick to get my car in to replace the windshield. When I went out to my car to leave there was still tiny shards of glass on the dash. I asked the guy in the shop for a piece of tape, he grabbed the air I said no tape and before I could explain why he blew the shards all over. I have cloth seats and had to vacuum my car matticuluosly to get all of them out.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! DO NOT GO! I went there a year ago to get my windshield replaced, the first time they didn’t put the correct windshield (mine have sensors for the windshield wipers and heaters) the second time they broke my rain sensor (still doesn’t work), after that I went back again because my window was leaking. Now a year later the windshield trim WAS GLUED ON instead of them replacing the clips THEY BROKE!! I barley found out because the glue just unstuck! They do not want to take responsibility since it’s been a year when it was clearly them. I trusted them and they completely failed me. Run for the hills from this place! Inspect your car before you leave from there! JUST DONT GO!! WASTE OF MONEY!

This auto glass shop is fantastic! I searched around the Salt Lake area and it was the most affordable place. They were super nice and the receptionist was great. My car was broken into and the window was smashed so they fixed that and gave me a great deal on my cracked windshield. I had an emergency windshield replacement done on a trip across country. I was told four days was the earliest it could be done by safelite. I called Auto Glass Now and they were very polite and said if I could get to them they could have it finished in 4-5 hours. It was about 30 minutes drive to them. They took care of me right away, and two hours from when I initially called them I was driving past the spot where my windshield was broken. Everyone there was very nice, helpful, and did a fantastic job getting me back on the road.

I brought my 2017 Honda Pilot in to have the windshield replaced and camera calibrated. I was quoted $399 over the phone for both services. I arrived on time to my 10:00 a.m. appointment where I dropped my car off and they began work on it. At 12:30 p.m. I was asked to come back in to put gas in my car because it was low on fuel and they couldnt calibrate the camera with low fuel. I put gas in my vehicle and returned it to get calibrated. I didnt hear from them again until 5:30 p.m. and they told me they couldnt get the calibration fixed and I would have to take it to a dealership and they would most likely calibrate for free because my vehicle was still under warranty. They charged me $288 for my windshield repair and I left. When I brought my car to the Honda dealership they were able to calibrate my camera with no problem but they had to charge me the $240 calibration fee because that is not something covered under warranty. I called Auto Glass Now to see if they could refund me the difference between the $399 I was quoted for both services and the $525 I ended up having to pay because they didnt know how to calibrate the windshield camera. They would not work with me at all. I wish I was told up front that they didnt know how to do calibrate windshield cameras and I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else. Instead I wasted two days getting a simple windshield repair. Very disappointed.

This company really went out of their way for me and my daughter. Mike installed a back window in my truck in the dead of winter and it was after his regular hours. He stayed late to complete the job to insure myself and my young daughter were not freezing. I was so grateful I was tearful and he was very professional. They were excellent. I gave them the wrong information about my vehicle. The original quote was higher than what the correct windshield was. They could have easily still charged more but did not. They also drove to another location the same day to get the correct windshield.

The back window of our (newly purchased!) Sienna got demolished a couple months back. They fit us in right away, got the perfect window (with the built-in window antenna), and had us on our way within just a few hours. It looks perfect and we haven’t had any problems since! Plus, they vacuumed out the glass shards that were in the car’s interior! Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Called them and they said it would be 209 for a new windshield and I said I was going to call around and see what deals I could find and lady said that they do price match so if i found some where cheaper just give them a call back I found a place who said they would do it for 155 and when i called them back she said the cheapest she was willing to do was 195. ...They dam sure dont do price matching...They will not be getting my business

Easy to find. We had called ahead so they were expecting me and immediately invited me to pull into the driveway. The waiting area is clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating, and Fox 13 was playing at a reasonable volume level. There is a play area with toys, and coffee and a water cooler are present for customers. I did not use the restrooms, but I assume they were tidy and clean as well. Plenty of reading material, too. I appreciated that they were able to replace my broken window right away. Price was very reasonable! I would definitely return and would recommend this location to my friends and loved ones.

The quote isnt the best be prepared to pay an additional amount without any of the so called special features like rain sensors. Also check your dashboard for the black ⚫ adhesive they use.

My cars passenger side window blasted off when I was driving on i215. I was looking for some place to fix this. After checking a few places found this place, I called them and I was not able to believe the prices. So I made an appointment and went to them, they were able to accommodate me and fixed the glass pretty soon. Pretty good service also advised me on how to prevent this from happening. Overall good service and great prices.

Friendly and professional windshield replacement. Gave me a fair quote and didnt try to tack on extra services like Safelite tried to do. Even went the extra mile and gave me advice that save me money on calibration work (again, Safelite will bilk you on that). Its a little farther for me to drive to SLC, but I will take all my windshield replacements there in the future.

I proceeded to look for another place because I really needed to get that done and she used obscene language and verbally assaulted me! Definitely needs better management skills. Maybe a class would help so she knows how to treat customers properly.I actually found that that they are over charging as well, so good thing I found a better place. Dont even waste your time.

I needed a window replacement. Safe lite quoted me $482 a week out. Auto Glass Now got me in same day for $200. They helped me clean out all the broken glass and it took less than an hour. I will always refer to Auto Glass Now and return for all my glass needs

My windshield was replaced for a great price, they got me in for an appointment in good time, and it took them less time than estimated to get it done. It was a great experience. I went there once before about 3 years ago and it was a great experience then as well.

I called around and the employees at Auto Glass Now were friendly and happy to give me a quote with out wanting unnecessary information as well as gave me the best price that was the same at the end as it was when I started no hidden fees like some of the other places. Auto Glass Now was very punctual and had my materials ordered and in stock when they said they would as well as got started on my vehicle as soon as I pulled in. My vehicle had some issues that caused it to take a little longer and took some extra work on their part and instead of charging me extra or making up some excuse they notified me of the issue and provided a solution at no extra charge. They have good intentions and gave me a price $90-$100 less than anyone else and customer service that was better than most. Couldnt be happier with my experience with them. Between the way they talked to me and explained what was going on with my vehicle to getting my trucks windshield replaced and fixing the last companys poor craftsmanship and cover up. I would only recommend Auto Glass Now.

If you want a cheap windshield with no guarantee, go here. I asked before I purchased about rock chip repair. They said they do it for free if the windshield was purchased from them. Not true. They will charge you after the first repair. I had 4 breaks in 3 months.Also, the trim around the windshield was replaced with something cheap that didnt fit right. It was about 2 inches too short. They put tape over it so I couldnt see it when I picked it up. Its a cheap work vehicle so I didnt care but I would never take a nice car here.Ill fix my own breaks and I wont go back to this place.
