These people went above and beyond to get my window fixed as soon as possible since it is freezing out. They came today and replaced the window that was broke and they did it in a matter of five minutes or less. They also took the makeshift window I had made away for me. I didn’t catch their names but they were amazing and I highly recommend this place for all of your window glass needs

I got 3 quotes to replace my 3x6 tempered glass living room window. They had the best price. They showed up on time, removed the broken glass (which is not easy to do with safety glass that breaks into a million pieces!), cleaned up all residual glass and installed the new window in about 30 minutes. Great service, very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

We decided to go with Glass Co because they were very reasonably priced, they listened to our concerns and helped us get exactly what we wanted for our windows. The guys who did the installation were very friendly, efficient and carefully put everything back as it was after they were finished. I love my new windows on my house! Least expensive by far on all our projects and very friendly and speedy service. On our latest project I called multiple glass companies and all said our project would take weeks and Glass Co had it done in 1.5 days and was by far the least expensive for the same quality work. THANKS GUYS!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I scheduled someone to come out and give me an estimate for a glass repair and shower door, they said between 11am-2pm. I had someone sitting at home doing NOTHING, just waiting for them to show up, so I called them and they said between 1:30pm-3pm now. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, if I didnt call the person at home would have just wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up. Here I am trying to do business with them, and they drop the ball on something so simple as keeping the customer informed of when theyre going to show up and whatnot.

The Glassco did some work for our condos (I am VP of the HOA) and they did a good job.I contacted them wanting to have a shower door installed. They came out quickly (Mike) measured and said a quote would be coming soon.The quote came quickly - so far so good.The quote provided no real description of what the shower door would look like. All it said was Euro Door - which could be any number of styles.I wrote and asked for a description and pictures Do you have an image of the door?I received a reply with a link to a YouTube video of a shower door that was for a shower stall that looked nothing like mine (it had glass corners mine did not, was larger - etc..) the text of the email was This will give you an idea what it looks like - well ok - an Idea but I seriously would like to know what it will look like, not just get an idea.A quote for a $2,000 shower door (when I could get one from Home Depot for $400) should be something far and above and it seems asking for a picture is reasonable - but better than that - being provided a picture without being asked would be even better - I am not accustomed to being asked to buy something so permanent site unseen. Seems sketchy to me....I then asked about handles or knobs (I was not given any options at any point of this process) l also asked if the door was double slider or single? and made it clear I wanted to know what I was buying I don’t want to place an order not knowing exactly what I am getting.I received a quick reply that I could have handles or knobs, whatever I wanted. It was a double slider - but again, I have no idea what either a knob or handle would look like.I started to reply and ask about what options there were for knobs and handles but I got frustrated at what was becoming 20 questions so I declined the bid and will seek another provider.
