Valley glass was great to work with! They were able to make it out to measure my broken window within days, almost a month before competitors quoted!The office staff was prompt and helpful with scheduling the install. Tyler and Kevin were friendly, quick and cleaned up after install! Happy with my new window and will definitely be using Valley Glass for any future glass needs.

This company has bad communication! My window was leaking around the seal so I went online to find a business that can come out and look at it. I noticed Valley Glass had great reviews. I ended up getting a call back from a man who said he would come out and look at it that day. I wasn’t home at the time since I was at work. I was expecting they would schedule ahead of time. I gave him permission to go into my back yard and look at it while I wasn’t there. He then said he would call me back and give me any opinions on what to do. He never called me back. The next day I asked him if he got a chance to look at it and he told me he was busy with another job and would try to come down and look at it that day if he had time. Again, no show. I texted him pictures of the inside where water was leaking. He never replied back to any of my texts. I understand that he has other projects to work on before me but he nor Valley Glass ever gave any option to schedule a time before hand where I can take off work and be there to show what the problem is. There is a lack of communication between Valley Glass, their on site workers and customers. I still haven’t gotten any word on whether or not I’m penciled in to have my window looked at. I’ll be going somewhere else. Stay away from Valley Glass. They shouldnt even get one star since they didnt even come out to look at it.

Super professional! Had just walked out of that other glass chip place because they were rude and dismissive. Called valley glass from other side of the valley. Raina was able to get me in at the end of the day, Nate was super fast and efficient. Knocked out the chip in my windshield in like 15 minutes! Made my day, will definitely recommend 😁

The nicest, worst customer service Ive ever seen. I was referred to this company by another, so I called for a quote. I asked three times to speak with Kathy (who the referrer said would take good care of me) and was effectively ignored each time. I stated double pane twice and was ignored. I stated twice that I would bring the window in and was ignored. If you have other options, it is a no-brainer to avoid Valley Glass.

The price was over 100 dollars less expensive than the competition. They were able to get me in pretty quickly and were able to repair my car window quickly considering one of their employees was injured. Their customer service is great. They offer all types of Glass needs. I noticed customers coming in with unique custom glass needs and they accommodated without hesitation. I will be back. I also like that they are locally owned. Highly recommended

A life pro tip from me and sliding glass doors: dont let neighbor kids aimlessly shoot BB guns in their backyard! The glass needed to be replaced and it was done quickly with no problems. Kevin and Tyler were fast and efficient and left us with a nice, in-tact sliding door. A job well done!

We just bought a house that had all double pane low e windows with a rear door that had single pane glass in it and the heat coming off of it was unbearable. Valley Glass came to the house for a quick consult and then Tyler showed up on Labor Day weekend to install it, his attention to detail and precision were outstanding, and we love the energy efficiency that we gained from this new glass!

My eighty year old Mother and Father highly recommend Valley Glass.The crew (Tyler, Nate, Carlos, & Kevin) arrived on time with two trucks. They were very courteous about parking & very careful in setting up the scaffold for working on the large second floor window. The glass had a base ball sized hole with numerous cracks. They taped everything first and removed all of the shards from the space between the two panes. They were very efficient installing the new glass & left no debris in the house or outside. Through out the repair they were all in good spirits & a pleasure to have moving in & out of the house. The work went very quickly because the crew came well prepared for the job. Great Company to work with! We had to order a specialized door that potentially would have taken 4 weeks to come in, they were able to rush the order and have our door installed within 2 weeks. Their quote was fair and the bill came in accurately . The day of the installation was seemless. Paul, Carlos, Nate, Trevor and Tyler showed up on time and had our door installed by noon. Glass was cleaned and everyone was great to work with. We would highly recommend!

Our business had a very bad person try to break in last night, and he managed to smash the glass on our front door. Tyler from Valley Glass came right over and got the information he needed and we went over different options with me for the replacement. Once I chose an option, he told me that someone from Valley Glass would call me soon with the exact cost. Within an hour of Tyler leaving, I received a call from Holly at Valley Glass with a reasonable estimate to fix the door. I accepted their bid, and the new glass was installed by Tyler and Armando within the next hour. Start to finish was less than 3 hours! Thats awesome! I would definitely recommend Valley Glass! I just hope I dont need them again for something like this! But if I do, I know who to call! :)

Broke my clips that hold the window button and so I cant properly shut door from the inside. My problem is the lack of accountability, should have been notified that they had broken something while replacing a window..

This is a fantastic company!!! Theyre so great to work with. Theyre kind, patient, affordable and extremely efficient. Their installer, Paul, is the best! He did awesome work for us on a shower glass install. Its absolutely beautiful. His attention to detail was above and beyond. Ill never use anyone else.

I had my windshield replaced, and the price was very reasonable. They also did it in a timely way. Unfortunately, my car interior was a bit of a mess afterward. The window must have shattered, because there were tiny shards of glass all over the console. It took me three times of cutting my hand while using the gear shift to notice all of it. My dashboard had a bunch of black pieces of plastic and rubber, some of which fell into the vents and now rattle. There also are black streaks and fingerprints in several places in the tan interior of the car. If my car hadn’t been such a mess afterward, I would rate this business higher.

I called Safelite and another company, obviously looking for a great price and great service... FOUND IT with Valley Glass!!! From the moment I called and talked to Liz, she made it easy! And less painful as no one wants to have to pay to replace a windshield. Due to some bad info from the local Toyota dealer...well say...in Murray... we accidentally ordered the wrong glass. BUT!!! Liz was on it!!! She had the right glass there superfast, as I waited...and the job was done faster than I thought it would be!!! The guys in the back did a nice job albeit there were small shards of glass everywhere sadly... but hey, ya cant get em all... thank you so.much Liz and the technicians for helping me out and doing a nice job!!! Went to Valley Glass after reading on their website that they do quick rock chip repair. I arrived at 9am and Valley Glass was able to get me through the insurance process and get to filling my rock chip within minuets of me walking through the door. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism at their Salt Lake location. I was only able to get though a couple emails on my phone before they were back with my keys and a fixed windshield. Very quick service and the fill looks great! Would recommend them to anyone who has them listed in their insurance network!

I am BEYOND impressed with Valley Glass! Carlos and Tyler came to my office today to replace a window that had been smashed and did an amazing job. They were there to fix it only a couple hours after the appraiser, and were no disruption to the workers or customers while working. I went in to get custom mirrors cut. I needed it to match an old vintage mirror. I dropped off the master mirror for them to copy thinking I would get my order back in a week or so, but my order was finished only a couple hours later AND when I went in to pick them up they told me no charge!!!! This is long lost business practice, real genuine customer service. Im happy to have found this company....they will get all my business hands down.

Last night we had a blizzard and my bedroom window basically shattered in the wind and snow...it started freezing in my house emediatly and i have reptiles that i was very concerned for....Valley glass sent out Tyler Derbyshire He came very quickly and replaced the glass and solved the issue within about two hours from when the window broke to the new one going in. Im incredibly thankful! And my reptiles are safe and healthy thanks to him.

Had Valley Glass replace my basement windows. I didnt get a follow-up call once my glass came in, but I was also terrible on following up with them, so no big deal. Very nice over the phone and they got an estimator out the day after I called. Windows look great, so all-in-all I was really happy with the experience.

Carlos and Tyler installed a patio window at my home today that was shattered with an regretful Christmas gift (slingshot). They were very professional, called beforehand, cleaned up all the shattered glass, and were quick and efficient.

Needed a windshield replacement. Shopped around and Valley Glass had the best price, so I booked an appointment. They came out to my work and had me taken care of in less than an hour. Very prompt and professional service. I would use them again.

I had these guys do my bathroom. Very simple installation with two sheets of glass from the top of a partial wall to the ceiling and a door. I told them it was a steam shower. They brought in a laser to measure and told me that as long as the edges were straight the glass would be cut and mounted with a 1/8th inch gap between each of the sheets and between each sheet and the wall or ceiling. Very little silicon caulk would be required and very little steam would escape between the door and glass sheets to either side with this small gap. When they installed it, the gap is 1/2 inch between the door and the sheets on either side and all the silicone edges are also 1/2 inch. It also leaks in two places near the tub. Finally, the glass sheet on the right side of the door was installed crooked. There is a 1/2 inch jog in just 30 inches and the mounts are drilled into the granite surface so it cant even be fixed easily. I have called and emailed them multiple times. At first they said they would bring out some plastic trim that could be put on the sides of the door to minimize the huge gap. I said I would be willing to look at it but was concerned that the plastic would go yellow and need to be replaced from time to time. That was two months ago and I have not heard back since then. This is the first negative review I have ever written but I think they deserve it. They are very nice but the job was sloppy at best.

Had a windshield replaced about 5 months ago at another glass co. They did a horrible job, the glass leaked, was made in Mexico and didnt seem to fit well. I declined their offer to replace it for 100 bucks and decided to try someone else. Called Valley glass this morning at 10:30, she quoted it for me, said they use PPG glass (in my case), said come in at 12:30. Showed up, the installer had it installed in less than 45 minutes. Looks good, fits right, and is installed correctly with a new gasket. I recommend them for auto glass.

I commend Valley Glass on their *amazing* service. When I couldnt make it to them, they came to me - and even earlier than expected. Not only that but they were incredibly fast, courteous and friendly. I will definitely be using them again.

This Place installed all my windows & told me that they would come look at the cracked window that they installed, that I didn’t break & they said they’d be here Friday, then they said they’d be here Monday & now they’re saying it will be a 4-6 week wait!!!! WTH?! These people didn’t even frame my windows in the basement & put the screws into air! They have no skill, common sense, or logic! Don’t waste your money or your time....

I was quoted for 2 windows 1 month back, and when going to make a deposit, they only had record for 1 window, which didnt help with what I was looking to have installed. Staff didnt seem interested in resolving the issue, or researching why my quote wasnt up to date. Also, was told I would receive a call back same day, but took them over the weekend into Monday, for them to tell me the didnt have the info required, from me, to schedule an appointment for installation. Will be looking elsewhere.

So i bought a windshield 3 years ago and the winshield just recently cracked on its own. i took it back to Valley Glass and they said it was a defect in the glass. they called the manufacturer and they told them they wont cover it. first it wasnt my fault. now i have to cough up money to replace a defected windshield. Valley Glass said they only cover for one year. nobody never mentioned that to us. now Valley Glass Co. said they will leave the price i paid 3 years ago. why should i pay. please pay attention to what you pay for. A company that doesnt look out for there customers are not worth going to them. So disappointed....Valley Glass Co said they will call me back with a response but i was the one calling and leaving messages.

This company prided them selves on only buying the best windshield glass and that they dont buy after market glass with defects, so I went with Valley Glass based on what they stated. I had them come out and replace the windshield on my Audi and they installed my windshield wipers backwards so they didnt work. I received windshield that has a chip in it and defects in the glass. They did come out the next day and fix the wipers. but I still have defective glass! I wouldnt recommend this company at all!
