They operate in Salt Lake as A Broken Windshield, so heads up not to book under that company either. These people are absolutely terrible. Booked an 11-1pm appointment window, were told he was running behind but would arrive soon. Finally called at around 4pm to see where he was. Were told hes on his way, and assured that meant he was currently physically en route to our house. An hour, two hours... called again and just got their voicemail. Total no show, no call, nothing. They finally called back the next day and claimed that theyd tried to call twice to say he was on his way and had gotten a voicemail box, so they hadnt come. (Do they not realize that phones these days log missed calls and wed know this was completely false? The mind boggles.) If he was already on the way, why would they even try to call us twice more to say he was on his way? We wouldnt have minded rescheduling if needed, but our household wasted an entire day waiting around for these people only to be lied to and didnt even receive a single call to say he wasnt coming. I cant tell you if theyre any good at actual windshield replacements (if you look at other reviews here, signs point to no), but if their scheduling and service is any indication, Id guess theyre awful all around. We booked with somebody else, who gave us an appointment TIME rather than a window. I have no idea how my mother found A Broken Windshield, but the fact they have no real physical location and are operating under two business names is shady, and their actual practices reinforce that impression. I would advise anyone in need of glass work not to touch this company with a 10-foot pole.

They made a bad situation worse! After having my car broken into I went to them (as they were the only shop to accept check). After putting in the wrong size window, and then damaging my car door, they argued some nonsense about these things happen and the molding expands to meet the window. It was all false and clearly incorrect just by looking at it. We made sure there was a guarantee and went immediately to the dealer to confirm that their workmanship was completely off. They were a pain to get it fixed and continued to make excuses...Save your time, spend the money and go get it done PROFESSIONALLY.
