Awesome selection of boating gear on hand. Feel like these guys are super knowledgeable and ready to help. Also I’ve had great experiences with their service department… highly recommend these guys!
I frequent MP often and have made many purchases there. I didnt buy anything on my last visit because I was annoyed that among the items I was considering none had prices marked and I wasnt inclined to track down an employee a half dozen times. MP stocks some very high end water skis. In the fall I was told I could demo a ski for $30/day. When I asked today, Sorry, our stock is too low. Well the prices on inventory remained the same. The point being, for such a key retailer they could do a much better job working with their suppliers to set up a demo program for water skis that typically broach $2000, before you even put a binding on it. Go up in the mountains in the winter and see how many alpine ski shops have demo programs... hint, all of them.
Been here three times now for random parts for my older boat and the whole staff has been nothing but the best. Friendly, helpful, but not overbearing (not trying to sell you something you may not need). Great customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys and gals do better than great, they are amazing. Keep up the good work!

So last week took my outboard motor to get a simple service, oil and gear lube change, was told Wednesday this week. I called Wednesday, service guy said he was short handed wasnt able to get to it. Ok not my problem, but he promised the next day he call me when it was done, well the day is over for them and not a peep. Disappointment is the word I would choose to describe your service. When I bought the motor from you the service was great, not this time, sadSo I wanted to say a day later I was called and my motor was complete, and due to the incident they discounted the bill which was very nice since they really did not have to do that. However it made me feel good about there business enough for me to continue going there for my boating needs. Unhappy customer to happy customer. Thank you Marine Products q

Always great to deal with friendly staff and knowledgeable people when talking about specific product. Great store layout. Tons to choose from. Wether is surfboards water skis or wakeboards. If they don’t have it they will get it for you. The boats are pretty sweet too. Took some time and walked around in the boats daydreaming about being on the lake
Short Version:-Took boat in for diagnostic and repairs-Marine Products charged me for repairs that weren’t done-Left the interior a mess-Didn’t fix the original problem-They said they will take care of me? (To be seen)-Wasted fuel and a week of PTOLong version:On May 19 I took a ski boat in for a diagnostic and repair. After running their tests they determined it was the fuel pump and cooler causing the problem. They “completed” the repairs and told me it was ready for pick up on the 26th. (Brandon or Brendan did a good job keeping me updated along the way) At that time, I asked him if it fixed the problem? Or something to that effect. They replied, “It’s running like a top.”Fast forward to 8/3. I hauled the boat to Southern UT for a week of recreation. When I took the covers off the boat, there were leaves, dirt, and branches in the engine compartment and interior of the boat. This boat is always stored indoors. I had 2 covers on it when I dropped it off at Marine Products. Apparently they don’t bother covering or cleaning up their mess once they’re done?I wasn’t on the lake 5 minutes and the same problem I was having before started up again. I was able to make it back to the ramp without a tow this time.I called and talked to Brandon/Brendan and expressed my frustrations. He said to get it back to the shop and they will take care of me. (Not sure what that means) Sounds great right? Well I decided to check on the repairs they said they made. They charged me for a fuel pump and cooler kit, but to surprise they only replaced the fuel pump.As I dropped off the boat today I asked about the cooler kit that was supposed to be replaced. They confirmed it should have been replaced and made light of the situation. I let them know I used gray paint to help identify where the engine plugs go about 6-8 years ago. My current fuel cooler (the one they said they replaced) has that same gray paint on it. Coincidence? Either they went above and beyond to make the new cooler look exactly like the old one, or they never touched it and charged me for it. Hopefully we can get it right this time. Pretty frustrating!**UPDATE 8/9**RESPONSE TO OWNER- I appreciate the quick response to my original post. I have included a copy of the receipt for reference to this response. Part number 8M0125846 is the one I paid for. (See receipt) It was for a “cooler kit-fuel”. When I search that part number, it includes both the cooler and fuel pump. I was charged for both parts and only one was installed. My dissatisfaction stems from paying for service/parts that weren’t provided or performed. My original post makes it clear my boat is back at Marine Products. This is so we can resolve the situation at hand. My intentions aren’t to be petty, but I paid for parts that weren’t provided. I recognize I am not blameless in this situation. I could have tested the boat before I hauled it to Southern UT… Lesson learned, boat problems SUCK!
I came in a couple weeks ago looking for a new wakeboard and Brynlee was able to me find what I was looking for even though she had to ask Landon. Incredible service and will definitely be shopping here again.

Its not every day that I experience great customer service like I saw at Marine Products. I was greeted fairly quickly after I walked in and the sales guy helped me find the products I was looking for. I asked for a brochure on Moomba boats and when the booklet wasnt where it normally is, two of the sales guys looked around until they found one (Im sure it would have been faster normally, but the boat sales guys werent there that day). I didnt feel pressured in any way, I was just treated like a long-time valued customer, and after this, I will be. I will definitely be back for whatever supplies I need for my waverunner and will seriously consider buying from these guys when Im ready to buy a boat.
Lately have been really disappointed with service. Employees are not eager to help at all. Ive had to go ask for help and when they do its as though they are too busy doing something else and cant get away fast enough to work on other tasks. After buying so many things I couldnt carry, no one offered to help just watched me struggle carrying things out. And the person helping sell one item didnt know one of the products well enough that it needed an accessory specifically for that product. So the following week I called back in to see if in stock and can barely reach anyone, but when I did they took my number and never called back. Tried them a few more times then gave up and found what I wanted at another retailer.
Very stocked store. Employees very very helpful. Be prepared to spend some coin though!

I went to them as a referral. I feel that they might know small boats but not big ones as the claim. I think they should stick just to what they know and not try to attempt boats they dont. Im out 1600.00 to be in the exact same spot I was in when I went in. I just dont like paying for techs to learn on my dime and still have no answers in the end.
Jeff Oaks is the best in the business. Any challenges are always quickly remedied. He’s also met me after hours to make sure we’ve had all we needed from plugs, paperwork, registration and covers. Marine Products is the BEST

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with everyone who worked with me to get my new boat. Shout out to JP and the crew, had a issue with my first motor but that isnt a judgement on Marine products its a manufacturer issue, they did everything in their power to make it right and make sure I was happy. Cannot wait to take my v16 out and catch some fat fish.

Ive been a customer of marine products for 25 years and theres a reason. They are the best in the state for service, parts and products. I bought a used Supra from them and have service with them on a regular basis. Theyre the only people I feel are honest and trying to get me back on the water asap. They arent he cheapest but honestly who wants cheap when you can get quality that lasts in all aspects. The people in all departments are always helpful and friendly. Ill be a customer for life. Its always a good experience. I dont normally write reviews but Ive chosen to take the time to write one in this case because they are great.Hope you have the same experience I do.
Had the parts we needed in stock, staff was friendly and experienced. Prices were great on most everything so we stocked up on some needed boating supplies. Will be returning in the future for some fun toys and additional supplies.

What a fantastic company to do business with. Last December after I spent time working with someone from Ronix on a wake surf board I wanted to order for my daughters based in their skill level, I placed an order and I was waiting on the Ronix Wake Surf Board for Christmas. I received an email stating it was out of stock. In a panic, I called Ronix, spoke to a young lady there who said that she found one and someone from Marine Products would reach out to me in a day or so. I wasn’t holding my breath waiting and started looking other places where I could find what I was looking for.20 minutes later (Friday evening) I got a text from Ruch at Marine Products stating he had what I was looking for in stock and could ship it out the next morning (1 week before Christmas). I called and talked to Rich, took care of the essentials and he took care of it right away! Absolutely refreshing to see the level of service given and I continue to order products from them! It is rare you find someone who responds immediately, takes care of your needs and does it in a very professional and pleasant way! Well done Rich and well done Marine Products!!!
Awesome customer service!! Took time to understand my budget and the type of board(s) I was looking for and set me up with a great deal. Needed special packing for carry out and they did a great job packaging everything up so it traveled well. Will be back next time in the Salt Lake area.

These guys are amazing!!! We do a lot of gel coat and fiber glass repairs and I was sick of ordering gel coat from out of state dealers. I called Joe and asked lots of questions about their products, he was so helpful! I Highly recommend them.

Showed up at 9 when they said they open, doors still locked. Waited for 30 min in the parking lot while employees showed up and walked right by me visibly waiting. 930 tried the doors again still locked. Will spend my money elsewhere.
Brought my boat in because of some engine trouble. They were very quick getting to it and looking it over. It turned out to be nothing but the kill switch getting bumped by the drivers seat and killing the motor. They didnt charge me and said to come back when I need something else. They were great!

I went into another marine shop with some questions about winterization. I had spent $4400 at this shop earlier this year. They would not answer my questions, saying that it could hold them liable. I went to Marine products with my questions. They answered my questions and spent time with me to explain it.

Bought a top-end waterski from Marine Products at the boat show in February (15 mo. ago), on the third time taking it out I notice a manufacturing defect. I took the ski in, the shop crew agreed it was a manufacturing defect. They never called me back, so I lost patience and called them. They had put the ski in a back room and forgot about it. BAD! The GOOD! In the end they were extremely apologetic and quickly resolved the problem with the waterski. Radar also stepped up in customer service, understanding that a waterski would not get used in the winter, and extended the 12 month warranty as a courtesy. Both Marine Products and Radar exceeded my expectations and, despite a choppy start, took good care of me. I will remain a fan and customer and I highly recommend both. Also, treat yourself to sampling the Radar Lithium ski, its likely you become an owner.

This was my first experience using this company, and unfortunately it was not a good one. I used their online website to order a 2017 Ronix wakeboard. After placing my order, a gentleman called me telling me he wanted to confirm my order because they were having problems with stolen credit cards. I confirmed my order and we hung up. A few hours later, I received fraud notifications from my bank that my card had been used for purchases, totaling in a pretty significant amount of money. I had used three different cards that day online shopping, and ironically the card I used one time that day with this online store was the one that got stolen. I sent an email and left a voice mail for the company to please contact me because the bank told me there was no SSL certificate (security certificate) on the website, which most likely resulted in my information being stolen. Not only that, I felt it was too ironic they called me telling me they were dealing with stolen credit cards, and lo and behold, mine gets stolen hours later. The next day, no one from Marine Products called me after I had already left a voice message and sent an email. So I called their number and asked for the same gentleman who called me the day before to confirm my credit card. When he got on the phone and I began to explain what happened, he started yelling at me telling me he didnt appreciate me accusing him of stealing my card (which I never once said to him). Then he tells me hes canceling my order and canceling my wakeboard shipment. So I call the company again and ask to speak to a general manager. The receptionist was extremely nice and took down my info, but still did not receive a phone call from anyone. I have no idea at this point if my board is even coming now, even though my bank told me that Marine Products had processed and received payment already. I call a third time and finally get a general manager who was also nice. He confirms that my board was canceled from shipping and that my money was being refunded. He offers to give me 10% off if I want to reorder the board (which at this point I told him my credit card was shut down, so that made no sense). I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and how my situation was handled. You just had a first time customer get yelled at by an employee, who also is now dealing with disputed major purchases on her bank card which coincidently was only used on your website that day, has had her bankcard shut down, is missing a significant amount of money, and now has to wait for her wakeboard money to come back to her back account from you in 3-5 business days before she can even buy a new one... and all they do is offer is 10% off to ship me the same board when it comes back from UPS in a few days, using my credit card that I know longer have access to. Literally, he tells me hell take my card information and process the order for me again. Unbelievable. There is no way this shop represents the boating community, or Ronix, because this is not how the boating or water sport community behaves. We always have each others backs. Very very disappointed in how the whole matter was handled. I cried after we hung up because not only do I not have my new board coming in the mail because some employee decided to treat me terrible, but I also have to deal with a big mess with my bank account.
