Me and my wife went in just looking at some trucks. They gave us our space to look and were very friendly when we went in to talk to them. They were honest with us and straight forward with what we could expect from them. We did not find a vehicle we wanted but they treated us with respect to even after we let them know there was nothing at this time we were interested in. We will definitely keep going back to look at there new inventory. Also they told us if we knew what we wanted they would find it for us regardless if we bought it or not. Purchased a 2014 Volvo S60 T6 R-Design Platinum. We came in at 6:30pm, 30 minutes before close. We test drove it for 15 minutes and made the purchase. We’ve been looking for one of these so as soon as we drove it and verified it looked/ran as good as the photos represented it we were ready to pull the trigger.No back-and-forth with financing. Price was very fair and the dealer fees were very minimal. The car was higher spec (trim and options) than anything else on KSL and for less.Now, this is what sets them apart from other dealers. They were extremely friendly the entire time. Yes, this may not sound unique, but you’d be surprised on how often that isn’t the case. They stayed late running the paperwork, about 30 minutes past close. As mentioned the experience is something that one would expect, which is great as I have yet to fully experience that in quite a few years.Overall it is a small dealer who has a passion for exciting vehicles. You won’t find any Toyota Corollas, but you will find affordable enthusiasts vehicles.10/10, would buy here again.

Went to look at a vehicle on a whim. I was surprised to discover it was priced at 2.5 times KBB fair market value. They wouldn’t even consider negotiating the price. It’s a small wonder they’re even still in business.Edit: Since I cannot reply to you, I’m editing my response instead.The vehicle that I was interested in has a KBB fair market value of $3600. The NADA clean retail value is $3800. They have the car listed at $9995. When I called them out they were rude and accused ME of trying to rip THEM off. I offered you $4500 cash which is well above what the vehicle is worth. See their rude response below.

Ridiculous how you can be a sales person and have absolutely 0 social skills. The 2 guys that were working when I went in pretty much ignored me when I walked in and were super unhelpful throughout the entire process. I left feeling very unsure about the vehicle i was inquiring about and decided to take my business elsewhere.My feelings were not hurt? Its super unprofessional to put peoples information out for everyone to see, it is really no ones business what my credit looks like. Your responses to bad reviews are extremely childish. To be clear my feelings are not hurt at all but I am frustrated that you have the balls to reply with something that petty.

!!!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!I just bought an Audi a6 from them a couple months ago. Before I drove it off the lot they cleared engine codes and the next day my car broke down on me. The repair was 2 grand. Since then it has continued to have issues. and yes I have been taking care of it. They just sell janky cars. Do not buy a car from here I can not stress it enough.

I am infuriated, I read so many bad reviews about this place and still went with them because I loved the car. They didn’t tell me about ANY of the issues that I would encounter. Within a week I had to dump $1,000 into it. I bought the car 4 months ago and I’m already having to buy a new engine!! It gave out after 4 months. They are not up front about issues with their cars. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I am revising my review as the status has changed.My initial buying experience was fantastic with AutoForza, they got me in and out with the car I wanted to buy. I have had a couple of issues with the car but I paid for the warranty so my repairs are covered. There was a miscommunication on what contract I wanted to purchase but with a few phone calls to AutoForza (Alex and Fabio) and Elite Warranty it was resolved and AutoForza paid the difference to make it right because that is what I was sold on. Alex and Fabio really stood up to the plate on this one, they definitely turned this from a 1 star to 5 star. Thanks guys for your help and honest resolution.

Avoid at all costs.I arrived with a car in mind and checked it out. I went back asking to test drive it but was told to wait while they argued with another customer. I waited a while, but obviously this was going to take sometime. I said Id be back in an hour or so to test drive it.When I returned I asked to test drive it and I was told the price was firm and that I was told VERY aggressively that we would not be negotiating on price. I said that was fine, but wanted to test drive it first to see if I even wanted to buy it, but he refused unless I agreed to not negotiate. I felt super pressured into something without knowing their names or them knowing mine. I left.I dont know why one would be so aggressive to a customer who knew what he wanted, had cash in hand and wanted to test drive it first. Tons of red flags for buying a car. From how they treated me, rushed me into a sale, arguing with customers and if you read their reviews youll find this seems to be common.TLDR: They DGAF, go out of their way to lie and be rude - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Edit - After my review was submitted The owner responds that I offered cash to buy right there. This is false and falls inline with what other reviewers are stating. After researching a bit more I think youll find many of their positive reviews are faked. Please, heed my warning and look elsewhere for your vehicle. You will only be fooled and treated unfairly here.

Let me start buy saying Auto Forza is Fantastic! I had an excellent experience buying a Truck from them. Their Customer service was easy, efficient and low pressure. I found a 2014 Toyota Tundra on their website. I live 300 miles away, so I had family go test drive it. I was able to obtain 3rd party inspection, complete my financing and basically everything but the signing on the dotted line over the phone. It was refreshing to work with Alex the owner. He was able to easily resolve a few concerns I had once I arrived to purchase the truck which was basically sight unseen. The best part was Alex connected me to one of his friends that hooked me up with a sweet set of rims and tires! It was beyond refreshing to be able to work with Alex. Auto Forza is a small dealer loaded with great cars. I really was grateful to work directly with the owner rather than a sales guy that has to go talk to his manager about every step of the transaction leaving you to sit in their office while he negotiates with his boss. Alex, the owner, was super friendly with my wife and I. We got there almost when they were supposed to close but he walked an extra mile and spent a little bit more of time with us that night.We had a car accident a few days ago and he gave us good conditions to buy the car until we got paid by the insurance company. I have bought many vehicles in my nearly 70 years. The only time Ive had a car-buying experience as good as AutoForza, was when I bought my first and only brand new car in 1977, from Anderson Cadillac in MN. Alex and I kept playing phone tag for over a day. Our contacts eventually became text messaging instead of calls and we were able to set an appointment for 3 PM. He was persistent, but not one bit pushy. I loved that! We were allowed to take as much time as we wanted to go over the car. We were then allowed to take the car out and drive it. We put her through the paces and found it to be just the vehicle we had hoped we could find. It was easy to go through the paperwork. We never felt rushed or pressured. The warranty purchase will make us feel even more assured that we are getting a good deal!Thanks again, gentlemen. You know where we will be sending our friends.

I messaged (on Facebook where they had posted) them to try and buy a bike. They quit responding to the conversation and have not responded to any attempt to reach them for over a week now. I told them I want the bike, not sure what the problem was besides really really poor customer service. 🤷🏼‍♂️. Plus their post to sell the bike bragged more about what a great company they are then details about the bike they were trying to sell. I’d say don’t waste your time on these people.

Downright dishonest: bought a Prius, after 24 hours all service light came on; they hid the fact that the car needed a new battery; when I had to go to Toyota to get a full diagnostic they promised and then reneged on covering the cost; Alex is a crook.

The guys at Forza always have the best cars at the best prices. Alex is really knowledge and will guide to the best car if you tell him our needs and budget.

When buying a used car we sometimes forget that it was, well, used. We dont always know the full history of the vehicle and there is an inherent risk with that. The way Alex handled the situation with my car buying experience is what makes AutoForza a 5 star dealership for me.My Wife and I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from AutoForza and made it about 100 miles out of SLC (live out of state) before we had issues and were unable to drive it the rest of the way. I had to transport the Pilot on a friends flatbed trailer. We took it to a reputable auto mechanic in our home town and found out the valve spring in the #3 cylinder had failed. This is a very uncommon issue but one that could have led to bigger problems.I was in contact with Alex at AutoForza during the diagnostics and emailed him the quote for the repairs. AutoForza completely covered the cost of the repairs and our Honda Pilot is running great with no further issues.I would gladly do business with AutoForza Motors in the future.

Alex and Fabio are great, no pressure salesmen who actually are there to help you. My wife’s car had been having some issues. So after some research went to their lot and found a beautiful used Volvo. They were willing to haggle and give a fair value for our car that would be fine with some tlc. I would genuinely recommend this group if you’re looking for a good used vehicle that has been well maintained and cared for. A truly wide selection of vehicles to choose from. Stop in and see Alex and Fabio, do your due diligence as you should with any car, and you won’t be disappointed.

I bought a BMW z4 from them. A check engine was present immediately after I bought it. Went to them and they erased the code for me. It was a leak in gas line or gas cap. I replaced gas cap. Still same problem. I put 1500 miles on it. Now its a paper weight. I personally changed the starter, checked fuel pressure, changes spark plugs and crankshaft and camshaft sensors. So I call them to ask for help on the dud. I get nothing. Be careful I believe they are code erasers.

I bought my Hyundai with them about a year ago so this is a long overdue review. But when I purchased my vehicle, I noticed my brakes were horrible. I contacted them and they fixed them for free. I would highly recommend.

I was in search of an retired Dodge charger pursuit. I found the car online a 2013 dodge charger. I live in Colorado and was not able to examine the vehicle myself. Before purchase I asked very detailed questions about issues to vehicle since I wasnt able to look at it. I was reassured that nothing was wrong with the car. Once I recieved the car on 12/21/19 I noticed quite a bit of problems doing my first walk around.Issues I found are as follows:-An alignment issue pulls to the rightBoth front struts are shotfront lower control arms needed replaced making braking a safety concern.Fuel pump goes out first week on the road.-Back seat not attached to floor of the car making it not safe for me to put a car seat.-Car duel horns not working (I checked fuses and the relay they are still good)-radio doesnt have Sirius Xm option even though its was listed it was equipped and I was promised 3 months free satellite radio.- all power outlets under radio, inside center console and rear passenger outlet in car are not functioning no power supplied. (checked fuses and relay was missing fuses i replaced still no power.)- Driver side of hood cracking and splitting apart.and till this day I have not been contacted by the manager.It was not a year ago less than 6 months. I have emails trying to communicate ive made multiple calls with no Answer probably should have better communication with your team.Update: still no response ive called multiple times. I was told the manager will get back to me but he never did. To this POINT theres nothing can be done. THEY LIE ON THEIR REVIEWS TRYINGTO PUT THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER ALL they are a buch of SNAKES buyer beware!!!

I wanted to wait a little bit until I left my review. I’ve had the car I purchased through them for about 6 months now. At the beginning I had a cracked rim and they helped take care of the problem by paying for it to be fixed. I love the car but I should’ve payed more attention to things about it. There were a lot of minor cosmetic things that wouldve been nice if they touched up. Don’t get me wrong I bought a used car I wasn’t expecting anything near perfect. But there were a ton of scratches and swirl marks. Nothing I couldn’t fix with a good detail. But again I had to do that on my own. Second, I went to change the oil after buying the car. I asked the sales men when the last time it had been changed. And he told me to see the car fax for the answers. I do all my maintenance my self, so when I changed the oil it was the darkest I’ve ever seen! And the oil filter was so bad that it cracked into 2 pieces. Now the time has come for me to do another oil change and the gaskets on my oil pan have gone bad and are leaking. So now I’m in need of replacing that too. From what I can tell they don’t do services on their vehicles. Not even something as simple as an oil change. The sales men were Nice and friendly And they had a good selection of vehicles, that’s why I gave them a 3/5 and not 2/5.

When you buy a car, its your job to take it to a mechanic and get it all checked out. Odds are the dealership knows very little about the history, condition, etc. Its their job to sell their inventory. Do your own homework!

We bought a used Subaru Forester from them last year. It had less than 100k miles on it and it was a Subaru so the price was pretty high for a used car ($12,000 before fees) but when we test drove it we noticed a strange clicking in the engine and when we asked them about it and asked if there was any flexibility on the price in case something happened later on they were SO rude to us like we were making it up and trying to scam them, and they would have no problem selling that car so if we didnt want it you can walk away kind of talk. Us being the naive first time car buyers we were, and since it was the only one of the car we wanted on the market we bought it without any sort of haggle. Only one year later, the engine noise got worse so we took it in and found out a bearing rod is failing and it needs a new engine for $7,000. We cant even come close to affording that since were still paying on the loan for it.

AutoForza had the best deal on a cheap used car, a 2002 Volkeswagon Jetta for only $2999. I was lucky to find it, and have owned it for two weeks. This car is in excellent shape for its age. There were written maintenance records, a complete CarFax, and my mechanic found no serious issues with it. Alex and Fabio were friendly and knowledgeable, remembering my friend from three days prior when he showed up. I love this car and expect it to last me a while! Thanks, AutoForza!

Driving in during a rainstorm....almost deterred us from our now, favorite buying experiences!!! The staff here at AutoForza was so nice, so friendly, so wonderful. They told us our bank declined our credit (when we were already pre-approved) and tried to get us to go with a different loan at a higher interest rate.Buyer beware!Nice try with your response.Mary is not my sister, and nobody told you she is.Mary was pre-approved with her bank. They did not decline her.We would have paid cash if not for the interest rate her bank offered.You promised you would not run her credit, and as you are aware, credit scores drop each time they are checked.The credit rate you quoted was higher than her bank.Keep lying...... it shows everyone what you are about.

I purchased a 2013 Mercedes-Benz from AutoForza, A beautiful car, low miles and purchased it under the CARFAX listed value. Alex was able to acquire me a 4.4% interest rate, a rate with credit union no less, this is something that even Larry H. Miller of Lindon could not do. There was a issue with the LED lights flickering at night, Alex to the car back even though I purchased it as is and repaired the issue. I am very happy with my car and would recommend Autoforza to anyone. Michael Daniels

Ill update my review after I go check out the lot this afternoon, but from my phone conversation with Fabio, they sound very experienced, extremely friendly, and willing to help in whatever way possible.I found AutoForza on Car Gurus. They have plenty of well-framed, illustrative pictures and are able to answer your questions about mileage, emissions, handling, and quality.... Lets just hope those are all honest answers! JK Im sure they are. Fabio was very sweet and I will confirm these facts when I see the car in person this afternoon.--I stand by my review. Fabio and Alex were suuuuuper easy to work with and gracious people. I love that Fabio encouraged me to take my beloved Solara for a test drive to any mechanic. I really, really wish I could have given them my business. Unfortunately, my family didnt want me driving a convertible 😥 I hope she goes to a good home.PS Fabio mentioned they are revamping their warranty and it sounds like a pretty good deal- no interest for 12 months.

This place is horrible! They only make their vehicles last about a month or 2 until you finally run into major problems. Most dealers just paint & patch the car all nice and shiny but put cheep material in your engine.YOUR MONEY YOUR CHOICE! BUT TAKE YOUR TIME CHECKING OTHER PLACES B4 TRYING 2 COME HERE!

Pretty good, your typical small used car dealer, they treated me right and had what I wanted.

I bought two cars at Forza, they have really good prices, and Good customer attention I like these guys.

We werent hassled by salesmen while we looked at the cars. Everything seemed clean and all, nice lot.

Our experince at AutoForza was top notch! After dealing with a lot of other dealerships along State Street, we came to AutoForza and were very pleased. We definitely felt at ease here, loved the service and the no pressure sales, and ended up buying our daughters first car. They were down to earth, knowledgeable, and clean. I am currently looking to purhase another car for myself from here. They have a variety of cars and all for reasonable prices. We recommend to check this place out!

UPDATE-im going to have to agree with an earlier coment i read stating that these guys are either extremely ignorant or they are straight up screwing people but its to hard to say ( i really hope its that first one)that being said im still happy with my truck because i paid quite a bit less then what similair trucks were going for but i did have to spend nearly 5 grand to make it safe now its possible i just bought one that had been hammered but seems unlikely side not there was a gal that purchased a white f150 ecoboost like a day after mine if you read this message me id be interested to see if yours had the same problems mine didSo before i go into my experience with auto forza i would like to stress how much i HATE car shopping salesmen are usually pushy and annoying that being said these guys are the exact opposite of that they have earned a customer for life with their excellent service when buying a my truck fabio was very professional and easy to work with i am also very impressed with alex they both actually care about their customers and if at any point you have an issue based on my personal expierince i can say it will be takin care of very quickly and professionally i have already referred them to all my friends and family and it will always be the first place i look when looking for you new car
