Being born and raised in the Slc, everyone here knows house of hookah by name! This location has indeed been taken over by new management in the last few months and let me tell you what, dude knows his stuff. Plus he’s a really nice guy! I’ve taken to his recommendations many times and honestly can’t say I’ve been disappointed yet.10/10 recommendation since the new management took over!

By far the cleanest, organized, knowledgeable, and kind people.I go in there ask questions about any products and they give me personal experiences and feed back to help me choose what nicotine product would best fit me. If you haven’t came here yet I HIGHLY recommended you do so.

Went in to get the Hyde Energy drink flavor these ladies were very helpful especially to some one new in town and with very little knowledge of vapes!

The shop hired new folks the last couple of weeks and they’re incredibly helpful, sweet and patient. To anyone who had a bad experience here before I encourage you to give them a chance again. I always feel really dumb when I shop for stuff but the guys working here take their time and explain things out super well. 10/10 service.

Let me start by saying the owner is absolutely great! 9/10 times, this is the best smoke shop to come to. He is very knowledgable and kind. I honestly wish I could give a higher rating, but today really left a bitter taste in my mouth. The shop seems to have a new employee with no energy at all and kind of a bad attitude. He was entirely unhelpful, and I can honestly say that I might have to look elsewhere for regular service. Huge bummer, but I dont want to risk dealing with him again. I doubt anyone else would savor the experience either, so I left this review. Hope it helps!

The manager here is amazing and cares about his clients! All the negative written about him is most likely because you had an attitude?! I’ve never ever known him too be negative! He knows me by name. And always has a great attitude! If I have any problems with your VAPE he can find what’s wrong! And he gives great advice to get the best bang for your bucks! I’ve really gotten to know the manager over the years! This is the only the vape shop I’ll go too! And sorry if you want good juices you pay for what you get! You can go cheap or pay more for a juice that not only tastes great but last for months! Believe me I know I vape all day and night!! You know one has the right to judge someone they don’t know patients is a virtue! Greatest customer service I don’t care what anyone says! The manager is so knowledgeable about all they sell!

The guy working was helping some people ahead of me with a purchase. I waited and when they were all finished he began helping me. I got a couple coils and then he was helping me find some juice, which in this store is more difficult than any other one that Ive been to because there is no book that lists brands and flavors. Midway through helping me the people he was helping before me decided they wanted something different. Without any communication to me he walks away and goes to help them which included exchanging items and checking them out. I felt this was extremely rude. I told him that. I felt a better way to handle that situation would have been for him to tell them they needed to wait until he was finished helping me, since I patiently waited until he was done with them. Seems fair? So he continues to help me with selecting a juice. I ask about a certain brand and he tells me its really good. Its like strawberry candy. Like Starburst perfect! Just what I was looking for considering that when I first told him what I was looking for I said I like fruity, candy flavors. So I buy everything, change my coil, fill up my tank and about puked when I tasted it. After further examining the box its sherbet as in Sherbet ice cream. A dessert. Not a candy. Sherbet is not even close to strawberry starburst. Huge lack of knowledge on guys part. So I call and come back in. I expressed my frustration with A. The rude and inconsiderate way that I was treated earlier and his poor knowledge of juice descriptions and flavors. So he takes the sherbet juice back and I pick something else and still end up paying $12.00. Sort of unacceptable considering the situation. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store, and if you want someone that has knowledge about juices types, flavors etc. I would recommend you avoid this store as well.

Not great customer service or help whenever asked. Very pricey & tend to overcharge. The worst of all is two employees (an elderly man & other woman) came inside the shop without masks on. Will never return.

Bought something from them it leaked from day one and they will not do anything about it stay away so many other good reputable places

Fabian was great I came from Vegas forgot few things and he was stocked up on everything. Even things i can’t find at most smoke shops in Vegas . I recommend this smoke shop !!!

Youll be able to get what you need, it has a lot of options. but the old man at the counter has a negative attitude, and is quick to have zero patience. each time Ive come in there, hes had an attitude. I understand once, but every time ive been there hes been short and irritable. he told me go across the street if I dont like it customer service is the number one aspect of anywhere to keep a customer coming back, then to tell your customer to go across the street if I dont like it. I work in customer service and this is completely unprofessional how this guy is.

House of huka is hands down one of the best smoke shops in the valley. The manager there has done a great job remember all the products in the store. He knows everything about the mods and can even repair them. I came in the day I had to learn vaping is not worth all the my precious time I waste with up keep. With that said he helped with my first coil and answers all my questions. So if you injoy doing your shopping sophisticated professional shop this is where you wont to shop. Oh they have a BTC atm there as well.

The older (Hispanic?) man whos been working here for a while has finally made it to where I wont return. He acts inconvenienced when you come in, will ask what you want before he gets up to help you, then come over to where youre at and ask a second time. He had an issue with the credit card terminal, and insisted the issue was with the multiple cards I tried. I went across the street to the gas station, my card worked just fine, they sold me the same product for 5 dollars less, my card worked, and they didnt act like a dbag about me coming in.

Always really friendly. They didn’t have my juice for a while, so the woman who works there personally drove to their other location to pick it up for me. Fantastic customer service

The employees have always been nice. And provided good customer service. Selection is good too. But half of the time i try to visit before work in the morning. They are closed even when they say they are open. Quite annoying

Terrible customer service from the old big guy. I Went here to buy a couple raw things and as I was looking around to see what else I wanted. The older guy was like so what do you want. It’s not the first time I get attitude from him. Its almost always when he’s there.

Worthless employees would rather play on their phone than help. We were told they didn’t have the coil we needed and had to buy a completely new mod and then noticed the coil we needed after the purchase and they wouldn’t let us return the mod that we spent $80 on, didn’t even hit it or put juice in it. I will never go back and hope the place goes out of business.

I bought my first Vape here @ House of Hookahs. I also went back and bought 3 more. Sadly, I went there as an uninformed buyer because they COMPLETELY RIPPED ME OFF!! Im talking about charging me 3x over the cost for my Vapes that they retail for at Blackhouse. Shame on them for taking advantage!! Funny thing is I thought that they were actually giving me a good deal because Id bought 3 Vape kits and asked if they could give me discounts on them since I was buying so many. The guy was taking off $20-$35 each one (which is crazy if you think about it that means that even though I paid 3x what they retail for elsewhere, that I could have paid even a ton more!!!) Also, since I was new to Vaping, they didnt even tell me that I needed to buy bateries for them, or even show me how to put them together and use them! I could have dry burned the coil or atomizer (still a bit new to all of this), anyways, Im lucky I didnt, however I could have dry burned them! Just to explain what they charged me for the Stick Prince Baby it was about $85.00 (and I came to find out that this model is discontinued as Blackhouse sells a newer model thats bigger but lighter in weight, and check this out, they sell it for $35 or $45 dont quite remember.) The other two that I bought were about $150-$200 each. Im just so disgusted. Really I should make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau - how dare they rip of the uneducated or new consumer so terribly the way they do!Response to Owners Response: I have attached a picture of the Smok G-priv 2 that i bought at your store wherein it lists the item that I bought at $139.99. This is in response to your statement attempting to discredit my review: So Im having a hard time seeing how you would have paid $150 - $200 when the most expensive vape in our shops are no more then $129.99. With tax its well over $150. If one performs a search online this KIT goes for anywhere from $60-$99 (max) thats for the kit, not just the mod. I would have absolutely been more than willing to email you to try an work this out had you not tried to say Im lying (in different words). Then we could have seen what could have been done to right this wrong and i would have been more than happy to edit my review into my stating how eager & accommodating you were to help me remedy a situation Id had whilst making my first ever Vape purchase at your store. Im even more disappointed with my experience at your store. However its not me you need to worry about - Youve already taken advantage of this (prior) un-educated consumer. Im sure that you will continue to do the same to furture un-educated consumers; sadly however you wont retain customers or be able to grow a customer base whom are loyal to your business.

The gentlemen that works there don’t know his name he has grey hair and comes off prickish but getting to know him he’s a great guy extremely helpful.But if you have any Smok mods or tanks this store is the place to go comparable prices and tons of flavors of juice recommend this vape shop for a majority of vape needs

If you are looking for a honest, knowledgeable and hard working employer for all of your smoking needs just ask for Fabian. Fabian was so helpful when I had an issue. He helped me resolve my issue and made sure I left a happy customer. I really appreciate that so much Fabian as I thought I would never ever step my foot inside another House of Hukas. A previous employee I had been dealing with was very unprofessional, sold me the wrong vaping items and then didnt want to help correct it at all. When asked for the owners number she kept giving me fax numbers. So I decided to call another House of Hukas and that is when I found Fabian! I will never go to the WVC store again! The owner of House of Huka should definitely give Fabian a raise for his amazing customer service!I spent a good amount of money in the WVC store and was shocked how unprofessional and rude the lady is there. She wasnt willing to fix her mistake. I am very pleased to have had Fabian backing your company or I would have never gone back in and would have warned all my family and friends.Thank you
