I will never go back into this shop due to the 2 young men that I think worked there. They were only irritated that I was there. They cared about each other only. So since they didnt want to help me,I left. Little do they know I had over a thousand dollars to blow in a smoke shop that day. I went across the street to shop. I was in the 3rd week of May 2021. It was about 10 am. The person working was a young man with very long hair. A blondish red color of hair. He really was not interested in anything I needed. Its sad.

They have the best costumber service ever

Use to love this place but as the months go by it became clear they do not put their orders in. They lie to you over and over. Well since they cant even be semi good with their orders especially after sending a dozen or more ppl for the exact product!So go across the street to smokers connection! They are polite, organized. They have CBD cartridges for only $20. They have hemp wraps that are easier to split for 99cents (they keep stalked up or will order your stuff if you order bulk like me!) Also my cigarettes are cheaper here as well!Done with walking in over and over to be disappointed and great pick for the new guy! Not!I average $150 in spending a week and its no longer going to your store. Not that you have what you advertise anyways!

My First time in this store I was looking for glass for my vape very helpful young man was working and find one for me He also also told me there was a deal on the juice 2×$35 So I bought 2 of them I I needed 3mg. And one was 6mg so he said hold on to it and we will call when they come in ! The Manager called me and said she was trying to get it in well with this Corona virus the shipping is slow which I totally understand a lot of people dont have patience to wait so I just choose a different flavor so she didnt have to go out of a way to find it and I can always get one next time so thank you very much to the house a hookahs for my 1st experience in your store was a good one ✌

When I had an incredibly off the wall issue, Curly went above and beyond to make sure it was handled, going so far as to calling me personally when a resolution was found. We love this shop and cant recommend it enough!!

Love the set up of this store.. employees rock but most of all there is this one employee Skyler who is the best out there! Always smiling and singing... making your time there the best time when you come in! Love that guy

Probably the best experiance Ive had at a smoke shop, I prefer menthol but a little fruity and Skyler knew exactly what I < wanted. Plus they carry my brand of smokes which most shops dont. 5/5 would recommend to a friend. And Ill personally head back next week to try their new suggestions.

Very unsatisfied. I purchased a glass replacement for my v12 prince tank, the cashier ensured it will fit (it was labeled for the v12 prince so Im not upset with the cashier, he was just doing his job), but when I returned home to put my tank together, I opened the container and the glass was filthy. There was film and fingerprints all over it. Quite upsetting when you expect to be the first to open it. So I washed it and as I went to assemble my tank, I come to find out it doesnt even fit! Ive been a vape user for quite some time now and know that smoke shops dont do refunds. So I am very unhappy that I spent 6 dollars on something that I will never use.

Im in a wheelchair and hometown from time to time I need my neighbors to go to your shop and get me my cigarettes. Today I am very dissatisfied with your cashier. 1 he tried to build me $30 four four packs of eagles 100. Theyre only $5 and some small change per pack. When I called him Tyler he claims that he tried to combine my cigarettes with my friends. She says that she never even told him what she wanted when she was getting my cigarettes. now I have to find someone else to go back to your store to get me two more packs of cigarettes. I am very angry and I definitely want satisfaction for my inconvenience and the rudeness that he was with my friends.

Best smoke shop In the city...sometimes when I don’t have the full amount of money, they still sell to me and till me to pay later.

Yesterday I went into this smoke shop to grab a few things for my vape, I was also running late for work. When I went in I told the young man what I needed which was a box of pods for my vape and also some juice, he rang me up for the juice and the pods but the employee was acting super sketchy and shaking uncontrollably, but to my surprise they sell the pods individually and he charged me $16.99 for just one pod when the box is $14.99 and I did not realize until I was half way across the city that he didnt give me receipt and over charged me, when I called to try to resolve the situation they were super unprofessional and they hung up on me and wouldnt answer the phone after that.

The price for the white rhino remix oil is reasonable. They have lots of flavors. My white rhino ecig is amazing. I was using the cheap ones, amd the tank lasted a week before it started leaking. The one I have was $60, and i havent had problems with it.

On a Dr. Green thumb note I give house of hookahs a way big 👍...great selection from normal hand glass tobacco pipes to your crazy chromed out hookahs...from the normal zig zag or swisher sweets to your tobacco and shish and also vaporizer needs...not to mention I can get my incense and accessories here, good selection on that as well...love the store great one stop shop...cool old dude with grey hair is very knowledgeable...and they have a good karma tip jar it never hurts am I right 👌
