I love this place so much, but, guys, when there is a shoe drop, can we make sure someone is there with keys on time? lol You guys are some of the coolest dudes around. Waiting around in the cold (wasnt that cold, Im just a wuss) was terrible for me. Again, Im a wuss. Thanks for doing what you do, though. Cool store, great location. The website was much more helpful than the employees.Its obvious that they love shoes, so maybe Im just not their target audience and thats why they werent in a rush to help me out? Seems like you can find some cool stuff if you know what youre looking for though. Im a big fan of boutique stores like this, so Ill probably give them another try someday.

Love this place. a staple to salt lake citys sub culture. Great place for sneakers, apparel, and art!for you art connoisseurs out there they have a piece done by Retna and El Mac on the side of their building. in the alley behind the shop is copper pallet a screen printing shop that is really cool!

Dope walls. This is a really fun location for me to take my photography clients to for our photo shoots… Very safe and clean with amazing art on every wall. Also the shoe store is amazing and I love getting new kicks from there… They never disappoint.

Awesome little shop that has a lot of great pieces! Can be pricey so bring your moneybags would recommend this to everyone and anyone that is always wanting to dress in the latest fashion.

Great customer service, awesome selection of sneakers and clothes. I do wish they kept their website updated, but they do post new releases on their Instagram so at least customers aren’t totally in the dark on what’s in stock. Love shopping here, great atmosphere and place to be.

This use to be the spot we’d stop in for new kicks but wasn’t too impressed with the selection the last time in. Not enough variety & it’d be nice if they more clothing selection for both men & women, style & size wise. Still worth a visit if you’re young & looking for trendy athletic shoes.

Worst customer experience I was going to buy some sick white shoes and the employees didnt even try to help me at all and we were the only people there. Then when they finally did he treated me like I didnt know how to wear shoes. Never going back, Ill just buy the shoes online.

The customer service is horrible! My 13 year old son bought a pair of Jordans there. The next day he needed to return or exchange them. Although the sign in the store said 10 day return policy, they wouldnt take them back...said there is an unwritten rule horrible. Ill never do business there again.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I had seen fice for quite a while but never actually gone in. On my first time in I was buying something for an event that night. Not only until after I made the purchase the salesperson decided to tell me that I couldnt take it home, as it was part of their wall display. I was so confused. They told me they would call me in A MONTH when I could go pick it up. I decided I wanted to return it after all since there was no point of my paying for it and not having it for the event. They said they dont do returns and couldnt refund my money back. AND I HADNT EVEN LEFT THE STORE. Still dont have the shirt and its been over a month now.

My experience was horrible here, I went here because I heard about all the hype about it and I dont know why if the costumer service is poor . I went to buy some shoes and as I was paying they told me that I could return the shoes within 10 days, obviously they dont keep there word, I went to to return them and they said I couldnt that I could get store credit and not get my money back... Um if you actually knew how to run a business you would know that costumer service is the number one key to keep your business .So I would be more specific and clarify your words so that costumes know your policy .Also have some respect to your costumers when it comes to someone being angry and not to laugh at them. So your business is completely unnecessary to have running because you can obiviously that all your reviews are horrible .

Super nice place ran by super nice people. You can tell they want you to be swagged out. The made me look super swaggy and for a good price too. The asian is super cute and made sure everything fit good and it got everything in DS condition.

If its in store credit To make them look professional like an actual business there should be a BIG sign saying IN STORE CREDIT ONLY NO CASH BACK !!! I HOPE THIS BUSSINESS GETS SHUT DOWN
