I could not be happier with my experience today. Cori was definitely a huge contributor. I came into the store with a problem with my smart watch. Both associates remained positive as they tried and tried again to fix the problem. I left with a working watch and a smile on my face. Thank you Cori again for all of your help!

I LOVE MK, but this location needs to chill OUT. I went in yesterday with every intention of buying something and immediately left because I felt assaulted by the sales team. They were immediately too chatty, too pushy, asked me 5 questions I didnt want to answer and tried to indicate so politely, and I felt like I was in a fishbowl being watched. I walked right out because I just wanted some SPACE to look at their inventory in peace. If I had been given a quiet 5 minutes to look around they would have made a sale, but I was unwilling to reward the pushiness. Sadly I have felt this way two other times Ive been in the store. A simple Thanks for coming in! My name is X and let me know if you have any questions. is perfect! More than that feels like Im being interrogated.

Love the customer service. Ive stopped in right after work, so dressed up and clearly able to afford the prices. Ive also stopped by late evening in a tee shirt and sweat pants, not looking like I could afford anything and would just be window shopping. Always the same friendly and polite service no matter how Im dressed - which is NOT the case in some other stores.

I was looking for a bag that was out of stock on line. Samantha went above beyond to find the bag I wanted! She called a few different stores and kept me posted the whole time. She was not only very helpful but very nice! She is great example of what good service is! I know that its not the easiest job to deal with the general public so it’s refreshing to receive great help! Thank you Samantha!

This lady acted like I couldnt afford a bag here.. Asking me why i was in there, and was like oh doesnt look like your kind of bags... WHO SAYS THAT? DONT ACT LIKE THAT TOWARD PEOPLE. You dont know what they can or cannot do. YOU NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I just want to see if I can give the store 10 stars I would give even more than that because these people here are awesome they are so generous and kind especially the manager Cory she had help me so much today that I would do anything just to give her a personal hug I had recently purchased a bag or should I say gift card and the gift card from Michael Kors was acting up so they had to refund me and I was are you upset because I waited so long and then it comes to find out that the bag I was ready to buy when I finally got my money back from the company was sold out online and she went out of her way to find other stores who had the bag I wanted at the price I loved and I was able to find that bag and purchase it and so I just want to tell her thank you so much and you guys are doing a great job with her because she AMAZING!

Got an MK purse as a gift but it didnt have the price tag on it and I lost the receipt. Tried to exchange it at some other places and they couldnt do it without the receipt and price tag. Came here just to ask if they could and the guys there made my day! I told them the situation and they were right on it. They didnt ask any questions or give me any problem with wanting to exchange without a receipt. Ive loved Michael Kors for awhile, but this experience showed me that theyd do anything for their customers to be satisfied and I would definitely recommend this store!

So I dont know how I should approach this! Me and my wife are about 10 year customers of Michael kors. 2/14/19 today in the salt lake City Utah shop located City Creek Mall. I took my wife there to get her a new bag for Valentines day (I try and get her three or four bags a year) but anyways we where in the store looking for bags my wife found a white backpack she really liked so I told her to find a matching wallet but in the meantime I just checked the price of the white smooth leather backpack and the tag said it was 159. Then the Michael kors representative took the bag to check the price then returned the bag back to me at this time we have found a matching wallet and found out that since my wife was part of the kors VIP runway she would get additional 25% off of the bag price. I proceeded to purchase the bag and wallet come to realize that the Michael kors representative had switched the bag price to 179.99 then the representative said with the 25% would make the purchasing price at 159 even. After that I simply did not want to buy the bag after even when clearly the bag is for sale on the internet and other stores for 159 plus tax. I feel like the representative was trying to cheat me out of the actual sell price.

Ordered an item in the store from their website on Sat April 07th. The transaction was processed by their manager, Trey. I got a call from one of the female associates 4 days later on Wed April 11th to let me know that my package had arrived at the store and to come pick up the item anytime. There was no deadline. I called the store back on Sat April 14th to give them a heads up that I will be coming on Mon, April 16th to pick up my package and confirm if that would be okay. Once again, the same female sales associate from the first call on April 11th said it will be okay and there was no deadline to pick up.I arrived at the store on April 16th, Trey (manager) and 2 other female associates could not find my package in the storage room. The box had magically disappeared. So, I called their online customer service since the item was originally shipped from their warehouse because it was an online order. The phone Rep had a could care less attitude. He argued with me that since the transaction took place at the store. I should figure it out with the store manager even though I ordered it on the website and it was technically not an in-store purchase. To cut a long story short, I was at the store for over 2 hours. Spoke with 2 over the phone customer service Reps who refused to help me. Finally spoke on the phone with a Customer Service Manager after being on hold for a total of an hour. Who agreed to reship the item and waive the 2-day shipping fee.While this was going on, Trey decided to up and leave even though he was the one who had helped me with my initial order. He also had a could care less attitude. The 2 female associates tried their best to rectify the situation.I dont think its worth shopping here. Yes, its a luxury brand, but you will go through crappy customer service both in store and over the phone with foreign speaking customer service reps who have zero empathy and customer service skills even though you are a paying customer. Not worth the headache!

They wont accept online returns at the store despite the fact that the receipt clearly states you can return online items in store. The sales rep refused to even scan the receipt to see if it was possible.

Worst Customer Service!! They were IGNORING me the entire time, I was wanting to buy a watch and they decided to HELP OTHERS BESIDES ME. I felt like they were RACIST! I felt very JUDGED! never wanting to come to this place again.
