Learning about coats and the science behind them is like learning a different language. Nick was super thorough with me, even noticed when my brain was getting fried. Gentle and kind. Q took her time making sure my coat was properly assessed before shipping it off to repairs. Really grateful for the oval black patch she put on it during the assessment. Her kindness is like the warmth of the sun. Shannon was amazing at guiding me to different possibilities for me to choose from as I can be very free-flowing in my search for what Id like to invest my money in. Really appreciate how her kindness melted me too. Just chill people who arent really chill but who are actually warm. Well done Patagonia, your team here is epic! Highly recommend Patagonia, not just for the incredible products they produce, but for the folks they have in their tribe.

Superb staff! This store seems to have an even more robust repair department and they helped me very quickly fix some zip ties. Also it is sort of a one of a kind Patagonia store where the majority of the store is indeed marked down items that are either slightly irregular or returned from other stores (all excellent quality just better pricing!) They also do have a smaller selection of regular current season items. Just to clarify - this store does operate as a regular full service Patagonia store meaning you can return any and all items to it. Its a fun store!

In addition to great clothing they fix clothing as well. Brought my Mtn Hardwear puffy in and they fixed the zipper with in 5 minutes. Thanks y’all!

My boyfriend and I went backpacking last weekend in the fire we had burn holes in our Patagonia sweaters. I took them into this outlet for repair. The staff said that one of them was too damaged for a good repair. So they replace the item completely for free. The staff was so kind and absolutely exceptional. I will be a lifelong customer. Thank you for treating your customers well.

The employees at this store are amazing! They are incredibly knowledgeable about all their products are were super open to chatting and giving recommendations for different types of activities. Its really nice to be in a store where it feels like theyre are trying to give you the best advice they can and not just tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy stuff! They were very straightforward with me if they thought that a product I was looking at wasnt going to be a good match for the activities I needed it for.They do a great job creating a welcoming and fun environment in the store. Not to mention they have really great deals on gear! I picked up a pair of bibs that I have been eying for months and they were half off what they are on the website! Im definitely a lifelong customer of Patagonia because I know I can trust that the products are going to stand up! Im so glad to have this place in town!

Lots of good deals and friendly staff. They were pretty low on stock for many items when we visited because they were having a 50% of sale on most of the store, so we couldn’t find our sizes in the clothes we wanted, but we’ll just have to come back to check later. This place is great!

Nice store for a great brand, but if you’re looking for deals shop online instead. I did some price comparisons while shopping and wasn’t compelled to buy anything after finding lower prices on sites like backcountry.com.

Took a couple pieces of gear in here for some minor repairs. Theyre backed up on official gear repairs, so they gave me a couple reasonable options. I opted for the quick fix, so they patched up my gear while I waited in the store. Friendly staff and a good place to find some deals.

Fairly good selection but most Mens M/L sizes are gone. Price is fair but many items arent as good as the Web Special sale happens every now and then. Great staff tho!

Great selection of clothing and gear! We love their mission and ideals. We shop their products when we can since its guaranteed for the life of the item (we have had items repaired/replaced) so it makes economical sense too.

Manager was hostile and rude. She should be fired.Two of her employees told me to arrive before opening and knock on the door to get an item I’ve already paid for. She was sitting in her car until she suddenly jumped out to shout at me, then drove off. Feel bad for anyone that has to share a space with her.Edit: Complaint is not with “wrong information”. Complaint is with the manager shouting at me in the parking lot, and driving off.

Great staff, and happy they finally opened back up! For same day shopping you need to go to the store and be added to the waitlist, which typically takes 30-45min. You can also book a time slot online but it wont be for same day shopping.

Outlet is a loose term here. However- you get what you pay for with brands like Patagonia. While most items are expensive (and not outlet prices) you will get quality clothing that lasts for life. I have a winter coat from them that is still going strong 5+ years later. I travel frequently and have brought their clothing all around the world, and it still looks new.Was in last week and impressed with the staff. I had questions about a few products and they knew their stuff.So, I dont go here expecting outlet deals. I go here expecting quality clothing and good service, and thats what I get.

I used to like Patagonia but now I hate it. Super hard to work with and annoying about COVID that has a 99.9% recovery rate.

Very good selection of clothing, last season and also some newer clothing -- as in this seasons colors. Good variety of sizes in much of the inventory, and about the nicest sales staff youll find anywhere.Sometimes the staff gets so chatty with a customer ahead of you, you wonder if youll ever get checked out. But you want what youve picked out, so in an extra minute or two youre through the line and out the door.EXCELLENT staff who knows the inventory well.

Send a big F you to the sell out policy and organizations and support a company that actually put their money where their mouth is!

Shopping by appointment only and no times available (in the next four weeks, which is as far out as you can look.) Appointments are 45 minutes long, if you could get one (personally I would have been in and out in 15 minutes so they are building in a lot of inefficiency.)

Check our their WornWear initiative. It’s pretty epic. If you consider yourself a ‘recycler’ then I think you’ll thoroughly enjoy the program. This store has always sold high quality gear at high prices. I think ppl notice it more because Patagonia’s popularity has grown tremendously.

Went in today to get a new pair of my favorite shorts after I ripped a large hole in mine. The staff was incredible and even ordered new shorts for me! Truly an amazing company, I am a lifelong believer in the good Patagonia does.

Great outlet store! I love having a local Patagonia outlet store close by. The staff is always nice, friendly and very helpful. Helps a lot to have this store close by in case I order something offline and have an issue with it, and they allow my pup to accompany me in the store if I have him, which is awesome of them! I find that the store is always clean and organized (when there arent people filling the store wall to wall haha). They also are always willing to help with online purchases as well and making sure you leave happy.

Honestly, I dont understand why this place is still open. Theyre only open 12-6pm & have very limited capacity. Every time I try to go, I cant get in. I dont understand why theyre open at all. They should just close.

Second time Ive been there. Made it in immediately after opening, store was well ordered, previous visit it appeared to have been tossed. Mens selection was poor for discounted items, either small or huge sizes, moat items in store are full price. Order from Patagonia directly.Did have a super nice young women working the worn wear repair counter.

I have been visiting this outlet for over a decade and it remains as one of my favorite companies to support. Yes, it is expensive. Even the outlet prices can be higher than you would expect. But I work in the retail world and I can tell you that unlike 90% of other clothing companies that operate outlet stores, Patagonia doesnt manufacture cheaper clothing specifically for their outlets. They use their outlets to liquidate late model product, less popular product (which includes colors, sizes, etc) and even slightly blemished product. (Which I have happily bought several times). If you go in thinking that they will have every size you want, youll be disappointed. We are not wealthy by any means but we have chosen to purchase our kids coats and jackets every year for over a decade. Those coats have been worn and abused by two boys and are then passed down to cousins multiple times. One of their retro jackets is now on its 8th different 5 year old in my extended family. The staff has always been helpful and kind to me.Considering the phenomenal product they produce, the warranty and service they offer, and their unrivaled commitment to preserve the natural environment, I will gladly continue to give them my money and support.Keep it up guys.

There are few things I love in this life. Chicken sandwiches, sriracha and most importantly Patagonia. Patagonia everything is the way to go. If only they would make bomb looking shoes again. The people here were rad and i love being surrounded by Patagonia.

This outlet is one of my most consistent shopping destinations. They have excellent service, great product selection, and generally you can find treasures at great prices.

I was greeted by a smiling employee, had all my questions answered quickly and accurately, and there was a great deal of personal opinion on product that I was seeking. I left with a jacket that I was sure Id love, and it has performed as I had hoped. Great people at this store. Great product. Great company. Customer for life!

The selection here at the outlet store varies, but the organization is very confusing. I asked a sales associate for help finding a coat and he kept pulling out different jackets from the same rack saying this one is last years design so its $x.xx and then would grab another jacket (that looked identical to the first) and would say but this one is this years so its this much and it was a huge price jump. I couldnt tell which was which design and the price tags dont reflect the actual price they will end up charging you. After about 5 minutes of helping me, the sales clerk simply walked away and started organizing racks. He did not want to help me any further and simply ignored me when I asked him another question about prices. I have recently moved to SLC so I needed warm clothes and they didnt want to help me out at all. I was very disappointed with my experience and would suggest going somewhere else if you think you may need help. I ended up choosing a jacket that one clerk told me was 40% off the tagged price and even though I had a calculator, the price when she rung it up was $20 more than my calculator came up with. I told her the discrepancy and it turned out the discount wasnt as much as she originally told me it would be. I would not recommend going to this store unless you know 100% exactly what you are looking for.

Patagucci has sales on stuff?! Good selection on off season gear and Patagonia branded items. Overall, mostly a clothing store. The ladies section is quite a bit more expansive than the mens.

I dont often have five-star retail experiences. At the Patagonia outlet I found not only professional customer service but employees that were obviously passionate about the outdoors and clothing that heightens your adventures. I was received with smiles when I brought in a jacket that had been absolutely abused. Since Im not easy on my gear it was comforting being helped at Patagonia where they understood me. They helped me order an item and have it shipped across the country to meet me before an expedition. They gave excellent feedback on all the gear I asked questions about and really knew what they were talking about. I recommend you pay a visit to this Patagonia outlet store before purchasing online. The customer service is so great that I guarantee they will help you make the purchase that is right for you. Great store!

Ok folks. Let’s get real. Calling this place an outlet is a stretch. Patagonia is a pricey brand to start with but marking a $200+ rain jacket down to $188 is not really outlet pricing. They have a nice stock of items but if you’re headed there to get their stuff at rock bottom prices save yourself the trip.

They didn’t let me shop. Apparently, you have to have a reservation.

Tons of inventory and some closeouts at great prices. They also fixed the zipper on my down sweater in the store while I waited! Saved me from shipping it in and waiting a couple months!

Very sad. Visiting and drove out of my way to visit. Absolutely, without a doubt not an outlet. Basically a full price store with a sale section like any other normal store. And if your a large don’t bother. I found nothing in the sale items that was large other than a few items. 90% XXL, XL, and small. Some mediums. I expect more from Patagonia, but I guess corporate is corporate after all.

I had the right pants ordered but after trying them on were not in the right size for Christmas. I went to the outlet to try and get them in a different size. Tucker was soooo helpful and kind as he called other locations to see if they had the pants in the size and with only one left at the location he got mine returned and the new ones ordered through tricky transaction process. Cannot pass up such great customer service!

Not an outlet store! I went out of my way on a road trip to stop here. A few years back it was an outlet store with really great deals. Not this store now. Things are discounted as they are at regular stores. Friendly staff and nice store.

Great if you are looking for Patagonia gear that is reasonably priced. I bought a few t shirts and long underwear. Everything fit right, is very comfortable and priced about 50% of retail.

Patagonia is one of the best, but not the most affordable. This outlet has a lower price point, than a regular store, especially when it is on sale. But the price is still very high and the selection limited.The return policy is great. Service is fine. They even fixed one of my Patagonia backpacks for free. I lost one strap.

Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. I used to avoid Patagonia because of the cost until I started to wake up to the crisis we have going on. Patagonia is working to change this industry and is worth supporting.

The staff here are awesome. I ordered an Arbor Grande backpack online on sale but decided i liked a different color instead, so i took it in and they refunded me and had the color I liked shipped to my house for free (they checked the stock and warehouse but didn’t have any of the item). Definitely willing to go above and beyond. The gear here is generally pretty expensive but patagonia stands by their products which i think is worth the extra cash.
