So on their website it says theyre open at 10:00 and it even says it was updated when we could go we got there that was a lie, they close at 9:00 it even says on the front door. Amazing work dollar tree. You really want that hard-earned dollar dont you 🤦🏻‍♂️

Wish they put out pots year round. They switch seasons very quickly. And I Feel sometimes I cant find item I just bought so I buy more. They always closed and need be better stalked on products. But overall I do like most of there products and enjoy shopping there.

They refuse to keep their hours updated on google. Like, I understand staffing shortages and all, but a piece of paper in the window doesn’t cut it especially when the operating hours are this volatile. It’s disrespectful to potential customers. Updating google hours literally is not that hard-and saves people gas and time and frustration.

Friendly staff, convenient location with many nearby restaurants and gyms.

They always seem to be closed, even when their hours say theyre open. Staff also is a bit rude - the one time we were able to go in, they advised us they were 15 mins to close, which was fine as we were only looking for one thing and knew where to look. Then they proceeded to chide us at least 3 times in the less than 5 minutes we were there. Also just had a staff member stand outside to chit chat with someone, but made sure to tell everyone they were closed. Pretty unfortunate.

I went today about 1:00 in the afternoon come to find out this location is now closed on Sundays like what why?? And there regular Monday thru Saturday hours are now opening at noon, that is an inconvenience for sure. Now I have to go to another locations. Why bother with this location any long with these new hours might as well just close it for good.

Dollar Tree is a great place to get deals wherever it is. This location has wonderful employees who will stop in their tracks to help you find something.

Every time I come here theyre closed, middle of the day or when I get off work, closed quite annoying... feel like theyre to lazy to keep it open or no one wants to work for the lady who runs it cause shes a little rude.....

What happened to this store? It is trashy and it looks like they forgot to clean up from the previous day. Trash on the floor in aisles. I don’t that I will come back to this store. They opened the store after 9:00 AM and signs on the door are misleading.

I was looking for a new book and some assorted flowers and their selection was limited. But I found thank you cards 8 for $1. Score. Service was great.

This store is absolutely filthy. It is not uncommon to have 8 to 10 people in line this one cashier and the other employees are not doing anything but standing around. Thank goodness I found one that was clean.they do no deserve any stars but you cant post with out selecting one.

Ha so they obviously got new people bc of the holidays but the new “old lady” that’s working here is a witch, I literally sat my basket down for 20 seconds, if that, to walk to get a cart and she takes my basket and of course I’m looking everywhere and I ask her and she says I did, and she’s like you left it so people would trip over it, NO I didn’t and her being in “customer service” was literally saying things that could of easily provoked a yelling match and if I wasn’t working on my inner peace would’ve probably happened... maybe she needs to work on hers so she’s not so damn angry... it’s helping me

I like Dollar tree. Only bad thing was the shelves were kinda bare. But they did have like 5 people unloading boxes and stocking. So, way to go!!

Staff at this location were super friendly and helpful, but this location is in desperate need of an upgrade/makeover. Store was disorganized and it was hard to located things. Other than that, the store is great if you know exactly what you need/want.

They close at 5pm????? 5!!! anyways I called and I guess they close at the same time everyone gets off work.

Hey, its All.A.Dollar. While the prices may be great, quality might not be. This last visit, I was trying to hurry, with a cart. The isles are too narrow, especially when someone is trying to restock the shelves. Help was slow to come up front to help check out. Then, I had several bags, and the carts are fixed not to go out the door! I was quite frustrated.

I was incredibly bothered at the Dollar Tree in Murray. Went to get a couple Halloween decorations and was happy to see the “masks are required” sign on the door and the social distancing signs on the floor. I did my shopping and when I got to the checkout Clara (or Ciara) was at the register. She did not have any mask on. As she started scanning my stuff she kept stopping to rub her eyes and her nose. My 9 year old even questioned why she wasn’t wearing a mask and kept touching her face. I almost left mid checkout because of her complete disregard. My decorations are now sitting outside in Lysol just in case..

Shaun is the greatest help and has a pleasant attitude and is the hardest worker Ive ever met I bet they pay him very poorly but he is a great worker anyways one day I couldnt find what I was looking for and he was there ready to help he even went and checked in the back he is the most respectful person there.

Ive been shopping here more lately especially because of the name brand items that are appearing here more. Not to mention I can use my food stamps here which just help them last better. Manager seems attentive and polite.

Called on the phone to ask if they had helium to fill balloons I had for a birthday party, they said yes they have helium. When i get to the store the manager tells me they dont do that because they only fill in store balloons. I try to pay for the in store balloons but have her fill the ones I actually want but she says no all they cant do that and all in the worst attitude Ive ever seen a manager have anywhere. I guess its my fault for expecting anything at all from dollar tree. Would give negative stars if possible. Going to be shopping at zurchers or anywhere else for party things like this in the future and I urge anyone and everyone else to do so too.

Customer service at the registers is most often an issue. They dont call for back up cashiers until there is a long line. When you finally get to the cashier I feel like I am imposing. I try to use their other stores....but I keep trying this one to see if anything has changed. After today....I can say nope.

Of all the stores, this is the supplier I strongly support. they order steins 24oz and I pay a dollar @ glass. normal pricing through distribution channels are as much as 80% above my price. I am in the Night club business and go through cases yearly. The store Mgr is very Service oriented and I highly reccomend...

Ive been to this Dollar tree many times and in the past I have been disapointed at the disarray. Products were messy and spread all over the floor. Today when I went in the store was clean and organized. I had just stated that it was the most disorganized and ugly Dollar tree in Utah. I was so impressed by the change that I even congratulated the cashier. I dont know if there is new management or employees that care but the store looked very nice.

I feel that for how much stuff and the quality of the products it should get a four stars.

This store is majorly understaffed. If you shop at this location, plan on waiting in line for at least 10 minutes. Every time I go in, there is a HUGE line. The one cashier they have on duty almost always calls for a backup, and the plea for help is almost always ignored for several minutes before an employee comes out of a back room somewhere to help. The store itself is also incredibly disorganized and messy.

I personally witnessed SHERRY the store manager yell at an employee and tell her she was going to slap the S*** out of her. and PUSH her!! Dollar tree how can you let the managers treat your employees like this!The person who has helped me tremendously every time I have visited this store is CAROL and she needs the recognition she deserves.EVERY job is stressful you just dont treat people this way!THE ONLY REASON I AM NOT GIVING A ONE STAR IS BECAUSE OF CAROL.

The cashier was pretty rude. I only bought two items and she acted upset that I wasnt getting more. She was nice to everyone in front of me that had baskets full of items. She wouldnt even have me my receipt.

Found what I needed and then some!

We visit here often for treats for ourselves and our dog. Although we generally find what we want, the store is always filthy and the cashiers are ALWAYS very rude. I guess you have to give up some things for discount prices.

I have shopped at this dollar tree for years but today I went into the store to grab something’s for the kids I babysit while they are off from the panademic here in Utah and the cashier was so rude to me. She was very pushy and not friendly at all it was different from the lady behind me she was nice to her. I am not a mean person and did not deserve to be treated the way the cashier treated me. The manager has always been so sweet and very customer service oriented. To bad the cashier ruined it for me.

Worse visit to this store ever!! Manager, cashier, and a customer argued for almost 20 min!! He watched lines grow, heard customers complaining about the wait, and still was clueless to open another register. When he finally got the hint...he had no money in drawer, 2 lines of at least 10-15 people each, and still whined about being there all night because he had to do an exchange. People even offered to help the manager to speed up the process.

Has a balloon boutique and gas tanks. Small store but well organized.

This Dollar Tree is just sad. You can tell by the attitude of the staff the management of this store is not very good and the pay must be terrible. No one cares when they walk into the store. The customers just let their kids ask like heathens and nothing is clean and organized. I have only been there once and will not return.
