Nice dollar tree location. They almost have everything you need. First time I went there, I was looking for clothes hangers. I looked everywhere, and I couldn’t find. When I asked them they just showed where it is. It’s better to ask sometime. They also have great party utensils and decorations, and everything for 1 dollar.
Cluttered. Shelves mostly empty with HUGE and HEAVY carts blocking what had been shelved. The employee stocking was unpleasant. The 3 stars are for the wonderful lady checking folks out. She was kind, smiled, and yet fast at ringing the items up. Will most likely stick to the usual one off 300 by Costco. Nice folks all around. Traffic to get in during construction is abysmal, will not stray in the future.
The experience was as great as can be expected and I also had fun with the security tv that watches for their products. Understandable technology but still fun
This is the better of all the dollar stores aka classy not trashy has the things the other stores dont have and more. Can find most things that u expect and dont expect.
I walked by here once and it was on fire. Like, there was a literal dumpster fire. They’re advertising team is absolutely killing it!Let’s just go all in on the idea of a store that only provides single use plastics and other mass manufactured consumables in the frame of a capitalistic system that places consumption over longevity or sustainability. Hey, while we’re at it, let’s make it “accessible” by making it as cheap as possible. What’s the value of a dollar if that item doesn’t last? What’s the value of a dollar if this level of consumption starves us all years down the road?
This Dollar Tree location is one of my favs. It is a great place to pick up Halloween stuff and great for goodie gift bags when the kids are having a party. My only warning would be to shop early because the seasonal stuff sells out really fast. So, if you are looking to do some decorating for Easter, make sure you stock up early.
I loved it, they were very nice n helpful the two ladies that were they made sure we found what we were looking for.i would go there again n tell my friends about them to.
Haley one of the managers was extremely helpful and the store seemed to be kept up much better than usual!!
Rebekah is the best retail cashier in all of Salt Lake City to my knowledge! Shes the best!
They are doing the best that they can, even being short handed. I all ways can find what I want.
The place is good for a cheap and pocket friendly gift items😁
I called to ask if they had frames and the lady on the phone said “why don’t you come look”😐
I always find what I need & the staff is always wonderful
I LOVE DOLLAR TREE! . . .Its the bachelors Costco !!😉
We had to make an emergency stop. My daughter got sick and we stopped on the corner right by this store. They were open it was great. The issue was they did not have any baby wipes. So I bought wash cloths and bottled water. I was bummed to find diapers but no wipes... it was an emergency situation.... oh well we were able to clean things up and get home to take care of things.
Love this store Ive worked there and shopped there, I love the energy and the customers are always friendly and fun to chat with.
Nice store, clean, pleasant staff
The store was empty
Store looked a little rough, but not bad compared to other Dollar Tree locations (ahh-westjordan-choo 🤧). Cashier was very friendly and helpful. Best place to stop for a snanck on the way to the movie 🍫🍬🎟️🎥!
Them 2 dollar bags of sour patch kids are 1 dollar here. In fact everythings a dollar 💵
Good prices for holiday stuff and many common non food items.
The cashier was excellent at customer service blowing up my balloons taking care of me the Dollar store was excellent because of her customer service I go there because the customer service at the store she had brown hair I dont know her name but she was younger I wish I could give her credit for her customer service I have to go back and get her name post
Just fine for a dollar tree. Yes shelves are empty, lines are long, and place is ugly. What do you expect when there is historical inflation and increasing rents? I think they should just change prices to $1-2 to increase cash flow and take better stewardship of this needed business.
I found what I needed.Good place to shop for many things.
They frequently, and I mean several times a year, have random changes of hours. Like, closing at 6 pm on weekedays. Apparently its always temporary, but its never updated online.
Smaller dollar tee. Always great dollar deals
I really like this store staff greet you when you come in and are very help when or if you need help.
I looked up their hours online and it said they were open until 9pm. When I got there they were closed at 6pm. Please get your site corrected.
Nice people but really cluttered
This store is full of 1 dollar items .. that are so amazingb
2 very helpful ladies and super nice helped me to get what I needed when I got to the store at very least minute before they close, thanks
People are nice, but they are never stocked well and there are always boxes in the aisles.
Lies about their hours. They close at 6:00 not 9:00 so dont waste your time like I did. Like come on really why would you not update it Its not that hard
Love this place, somewhere that does not go up in price (especially in a pandemic), so take advantage of Greenbacks All A Dollar because nothing lasts forever.
Its Dollar Tree. You get cheap stuff for a dollar. Signs everywhere say no public restrooms so I took my six-year-old into the parking lot to pee. I wouldnt go there ever again, but they sometimes have cheap plastic bins elementary teachers love.
Ive bought an obscene amount of nail polish from here, I appreciate them tolerating and encouraging my artistic endeavors
They have shopping carts, some stores have none.
Great service
The only problem with this location is that there is no music playing in the store, all you can hear is th annoying sound of the over head lighting
This store use to be decent. Now it’s just a mess. Shelves are either empty or a complete disaster.
Best dollar store around! Ive gone there for containers, dishes, party and holiday supplies, and candy and have never left disappointed. Totally worth $1 ;)
As usual a lot of stuff but they were out of what I needed
Love, love, love this store! many brand-name household products, and a variety of seasonal holiday items. Kitchenware, cleaning and paper products, and many snack items as well. EVERYTHING in yhe store is a dollar or less! This is always my 1st stop on shopping trips. Check it out!
Give James a raise. Thats a good guy, right there. Very nice. Went there first time today, didnt even know there was a Dollar Tree in that area. Very cool, great selection for a store smaller than most other DTs
Of course a random, fun selection of stuff I didnt need to buy...but still did. However the place was a disaster. Couldnt even walk down some isles. Empty boxes strewn everywhere (the kind the employees should take in the back once done).I dont expect much from a dollar store, so a 2 star rating days a lot.The staff were very friendly though.
Great company with friendly staff! This location is very dingy, dark, and depressed. The shelves were very empty but great deals!
INTRO: If you know what a dollar store is then you know not to expect too much. I’m still surprised by what can be sold for a dollar.THIS TIME: When I walked in the isles seemed a bit chaotic with all the boxes that were in the process of being put on the shelves. They seemed super understaffed though so it was like it was adding to the madness since they just don’t do it at night or something.WARNING: Don’t try to walk out too quickly. My friend almost smashed his face on the door because it moved so slowly. #AutomationFail. sucked for him but I had a good chuckle. 🤣
I love this Dollar Tree! So much variety and the store is pretty big. My only complaint is that because its such a good store it is always packed and theres always one or two cashiers. Only come here if you have time to spare
Continent location, friendly staff, decent supply of products
Theyre currently closed on Sunday
This location is in a sad state of affairs. Shelves empty, almost barren. Place is dire need of an update, the mustard yellow on the walls and floors is repulsive. I give 2 stars because you can get some quality funds if you know what to look for, example would be Bounce dryer sheets. Its a 15 count big but thats perfect for bachelors and college students. Small, cramped parking lot and dont even think about getting cashback here as they charge you to do so. If this location were to get cleaned up, renovated and have full shelves, I would rate higher.
Some of this stuff is okay. Their cleaning supplies are a good bargain. They really need to upgrade their dog food selection and brand. But then again, its for a dollar.
Very understaffed, slow service. However, you can find some great stuff hidden in their old store. I always find something useful there, and always $1.
The store on the outside looked horrible. Garbage all over the place, animal fecal matter everywhere also. When you enter it looks like a tornado hit the store. a complete mess. The employees kept on arguing the entire time I was there. When I asked a simple question they stated I dont know did you look for it? I am the type of person to look before asking so of course I did look. When I checked out they charged me a service fee. which was $2 extra added to my bill. When I argued about it they stated it was a new policy. I left immediately after that leaving what I needed.
Not always fully stocked but its near n staff is friendly n helpful
Not a bad place. Good selection and nice staff. But the isles are sooooooooo narrow. Two carts can not go through at once.
A whole variety of products available for just a dollar. Quality isnt bad either. The sweetest cashiers. What more can you want?
Pretty much your average dollar tree.
The boss in charge of this stores area is an azz hole ... He/she always has the locations in their charge understaffed. The 1 cashier working is therefore subject to handle a store full of people by themselves and this, coupled with what Im sure is a pay wage thats subsidized by a tremendous amount of government assistance (your tax money) unquestionably leads to the astronomical employee turnover. This shite is ridiculous.
So, I am a couponer and have been enjoying the use of coupons at this specific Dollar Tree for the past six weeks. While I have had very good experiences for the most part, I had an issue with who I believe was a weekend manager. I advise couponers not to visit this particular Dollar Tree on a weekend! Issue was I had a $2 off 2 candles coupons. When I went to use the coupons, the manager said because they were more than a $1 they could not take them. But they are for $2 off two items, not one I said (the no coupons more than $1 is so customers do not get overage on an item). But she would not listen to me. I wish managers read their own coupon policies!
Stopped by there out of desperation today looking for stuff I couldnt get n the site for my wedding this weekend. Nathan jumped in and dug through boxes in the back to help me THEN packaged everything up and took it to my car. Ive NEVER been treated like that at the DT by my house. I wish I lived closer so I could just shop at this store from now on. Nathan sincerely needs a raise! He saved my wedding day!
WOW This USED to be the Best Dollar Tree. Must be under different mngt now? The shelves were bare with stock all over on the floor. Cashier was having trouble with the cash register, which was backing up her line. She called the manager up to help. He stood there with his phone glued to his ear trying to help her figure it out. And when it was fixed he just left again without opening a new cash register to take care of the backed up line. REALLY Mr. Manager???
Store was poorly stocked and checkout took a really long time even though the woman in front of my only had a few items. Not good for beauty supplies, or food. This Dollar Tree does not have Frozen or fresh food.
Not a bad dollar store. Friendly. This store has gotten better as far as stock. Used to be much worse. No frozen or refrigerated except for pop.
Fantastic store, I really liked that
Stores a mess but overall good selection for quick paper or plastic items, dont expect to find high brands, but really good overall
Probably the best dollar tree in salt lake. Most clean and organized. Good selection.
Isn’t open during operation hours. It’s 10 am and they should have opened at 9.
Quick place to get cheap stuff. Got a lot of containers for keeping loads of spices. They are a convenient place to shop, especially for disposable stuff.
Great place to pick up cheap Halloween items to decorate your home with. A few homelessness around, but all in all the store appeared to be clean with a gracious store staff.
Its a dollar store. Nick knack for day but some good items. Recommended.
Love the people who work there and the store is pretty organized compared to other dollar stores I have been to.
Nice clean and calm
Good store.. Good prices. A little overcrowded with stuff though.
So many cool things, everythings a dollar and their inventory changes often. Great!!
Everythings a dollar, greeting cards are 2/$1. Awesome Halloween/holiday decorations. Sometimes they have name brand items.
Great store, great staff. Always plenty of good items to choose from.
Love going here I get a lot of house hold good from here. Staff is always helpful and nice and store looks clean too
Good location, easily visible. Would be great if it had a refrigerated section.
I go there almost every day for my crafty need and they have all of it, in my position.
This the staff here is so amazing and totally helpful!! I love it
Almost never busy and friendly staff. The Dollar Tree is a great place to find shooting targets or cheap snacks. Just wish this location had a frozen food section.
A good dollar store. Surprisingly fun to explore the first time. I buy 1$ locks there for school lockers.
Why is it when they say next in line there is always some jerk who thinks they mean last in line ? Clerk diid nothing and when a woman called him out he called he names!!!! Clerk should have removed him for that
They have the type of clothes hangers I prefer to use. Not all there stores have the same type I like.
I like this store the employees are very friendly the store is clean and of course the prices are rite
Tends to appear like theyre going out of business half the time I come here. Items all in the isles etc. Tried to get some items I really needed today and they closed the register and locked the doors and it wasnt 9:00 yet.
Shelves were empty and only one cashier. Sad for such a great location.😡
Fully stocked shelves and limited waiting time. It seems like oftentimes these dollar stores have empty shelves but this one is always fully stocked with lots to choose from
One of the most organized dollar tree Ive seen in a long time
Its usually clean. I wish the aisles were a little wider so you are able to get around people in the aisle.
Shelves are everywhere but on the shelves, the floors like they buff dirt into them, and they flood the street median every morning, creating a breeding for mosquitos.Just happy all I have to do is stand outside of it every day.
Its a good store for some of your everyday needs like batteries and floss.
Always fine every thing I need and not spend a lot of money cheaper than walmak most items
Good place i went with my 8 month old son an works loved him
Its close to my home so I like getting regularly stuff like party plates, placemats, dishwasher, etc. from here.
Nice little store. Employees very nice and helpful.
