I got home from work and my garage was broken. I called and within 30 minutes Amir was there to tell me what I needed to have done, he explained the process and the charges very well and an hour later they were cleaning up to leave. My garage has never worked better and I’ll be sure to use these guys again if I ever need to. I’d give 6 stars if I could

I had a horrible experience. I called and the receptionist and she said that she could send someone out to give me a qoute on fixing my garage spring. No mention of any fees. The owner came out and when I told him I was going to wait he told me I owed him $29.00. I told him that no one mentioned a fee at any point in scheduling. He got upset when I questioned him and stormed off saying, dont ever call me again. Very unprofessional. I called the scheduler and she openly admitted she forgot to tell me about the fee. No worries. I will not be calling this company again.

If I could give them zero, I would. They were extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me as he was telling me to not waste his time. This was all because I had called a couple of other garage door places arranged to get multiple estimates and they didnt like that

Terrible service. Could have put in a whole new opener in for 3 times less than what they charged me. And the only thing I needed was new sensors. Cant figure out the rest of the costs. Wish they would have said something before starting. Or been able to explain what he did in plain English.
