Our door also looks really nice & runs smoothly.I think that is part of the job that the salesmen will try to up sell the customer. For instance, when we were not certain we actually needed a new garage door (just wanted the springs fixed), they told us how poorly our door was installed & that we needed a new door as all the springs were failing. We pointed out that their company had installed our garage door nearly 20 years ago. They immediately walked back their installation claims and just said our door is old. Nevertheless, their pitch worked & we purchased a new garage door. When they installed our garage door (which was 2 months later than promised -- apparently a manufacturing issue), they told my husband our garage door opener was old & wanted to know if we would like to pay for a new opener. We chose to stick with our old garage door opener & it continues to works well.

Great experience with Wasatch Overhead door! They were able to answer all of my questions as I was getting the garage door opening framed to make sure the dimensions were correct. The door got installed last week and looks fantastic! The installer did a thorough job of getting the door tension correct and making sure the bottom seal lined up — and the door itself was well built and properly reinforced (both the panels and the door opened bracket). Coupled with a belt drive DC opener, my garage door is silent and I’m getting compliments from the neighbors already on how good it looks. I highly recommend this company!

The staff was very friendly and helpful when i called. Our garage door is original to our 90s house and when it stopped working i was debating between fixing it and just replacing the whole thing. I had way too many questions and they happily helped me with all of them. They quickly came out the next day and when i decided to fix the existing door they had parts ready to go and fixed it the same day at a good price. I would highly recommend them!

I have used Overhead Door twice. Each time I received prompt, courteous service. The first time was to replace one of the coil springs which balances the door. Fernando was the technician and he did an excellent job. While he was there, he pointed out to me that the drive spindle on the motor was tilted, a sign of wear. I decided to wait until the system failed, which it did 5 months later. I requested Fernando and he again did an excellent job. As he was testing the new (and much quieter) belt drive, he noticed an unusual noise. Fernando found that one of the hinges had broken, so he replaced it. Fernando is professional, thorough, and friendly. I have high standards for repair people who come to my home. Fernando exceeds every one of them!

Wasatch OHD is absolutely amazing! I run a company that uses Wasatch 1-2 times a week for many needs, they have gone above and beyond for me from normal requests and the odd ball one. Their after hours responce is spot on, I had a guy named jessy show up and he informed me when he was leaving to get there and every detail in between when the job was completed. I highly recommend because they will give you the details on what to look for in the future.
