I was looking for a golf cart for my family in our neighborhood and found the perfect cart at RMT. Ryan Bryant walked me through all of their models, features, upgrade options, benefits/drawbacks of all models, and helped us customize the optimal setup. What I appreciated most was his professionalism and helpfulness with no rush or being pushy and his experience/knowledge of the products. After getting the mods complete he also delivered to our house and has answered follow up questions after the sale with courtesy. Highly recommend this location and our sales rep.

We are a small charity that took us three years to raise enough money to purchased a Kioti tractor from RMT Equipment last year from Jaime Ovalle but he does not work there anymore. Well I have called them, text them 48 times, talked on the phone 10 times to staff members and cannot get my tractor fixed. It has been down as of July 4th 2021. Plus I want to order a mower deck on this tractor I asked 3 weeks ago and cannot get a quote. Is RMT even in business? Plus called and emailed Kioti tractor with no response. So we have a new paper weight that cost us $20K and the charity is out of luck.

Austin rocks! My favorite part is that not only does he sell us the equipment and bring it to us but he knows the equipment. Austin takes the time to show everybody how to run the machines, emphasizes what we need to keep an eye on to prevent any issues, and gives us support as long as we own the equipment.

A couple of years ago I purchased a grasshopper landscaping lawn mower from Rhett Messersmith! I have been thoroughly impressed with his customer service and help along the way. The mower has worked incredibly well and Rhett has been more than helpful in educating me on blade sharpening maintenance. Proper blade usage for mulching vs bagging. I couldn’t recommend RMT and Rhett strong enough!

RMT equipment is our go to company for our specialty equipment as we began working with Austin Petterborg. Austin is very friendly and knowledgeable with the equipment. He brought multiple large mowers to our property to try onsite, 100+ miles from RMT. Austin has been conscientious in learning our needs and bringing items to try that may fill these needs. His visits resulted in our purchasing a HR 9016 wide area mower which we have been extremely happy with. We wouldn’t have found the perfect piece of equipment for our needs without his efforts. Additionally, while making the delivery of our purchase we were working on an unrelated smaller mower we have that was having issues, which we paid multiple local people to make unsuccessful repairs. We mentioned what we were working on fixing, he actively listened and provided input and was able to fix our problem in a matter of minutes due to his knowledge, again after we paid others with no success. Austin in our go to provider and advisor for all our property equipment needs.

Come here quite often to get Curtis plow parts for our side by sides. We occasionally have their service department work on our R-311s or HR-600s. Giving them 5 stars because of the people. Everyone their is great. Great customer service and Everyone their is very friendly. If you are planning on buying a HR-600 or 700. think again.....great machines. But very complex. Alot of things going on. we bought one, and its been nothing but problematic. We have another one thats been great.....so far. But it seems with the Jacobsen R311T-R311, after 1500 hours, they leak and never ever stop. They are good machines though. Good place to come and buy a kawasaki side x sides.

Great place and nice people. Cindy took time to work with us when she could have sent us away at closing time. Good selection of tractors and mechanic we talked to was very nice and helpful.

I bought a skidsteer the end of January 2019 and when I went to look at it the battery was dead but overall the skidsteer was in good shape for a 2008. I bought forks with it and it came with the bucket. I agreed to buy it if they put in a new battery and made sure things worked. I got it home and the first time I used it I had to jump it cause it wouldnt start. I let them know about the problems I was having. I found a loose connection and tightened it up and charged the battery. I used it for less than 3 hours, then it wouldnt start again. I texted and called the guy I bought it from and never got any response other than let me see what I can find out. Never heard back after calls and text so I took it to Valley Implement here in Logan. The park brake kept coming on while I was driving it, the reason was had a broken wire in the seat belt safety switch and instead of putting a butt connector or soldering the wires together they were just tapped so it wasnt getting a good connection. The alternator had a broken terminal so it wouldnt charge the battery and the serpentine belt had 2 ribs that were completely gone. You can get a good deal on equipment here but their customer service is terrible.

If you are looking for golf cart repair I would consider other shops in town. I was quoted over $1200 for a controller replacement ($700 parts, $50 controller flash, $50 freight, $20 hardware, $25 shop supplies, $400 labor). When confronted I could not get a straight answer what the hardware charge was for?!? The shop supplies are also outrageous given the nature of the controller replacement.Parts were priced competitively, but labor time allocation for the job (3.5 hours) and rate ($115/hour) were out of control. Other shops in the area would do the same job for 2 hours at a labor rate around $85/hour. Bottom line is RMT is not competitive on labor.Shame on me for not seeing the review below before I took my cart in.

If you want to pay a premium price for mediocre service, these guys are for you.$1,200 to replace a golf cart controller. A $600 part, they quoted me $778. This is an hour worth of labor and they wanted to charge me $422. They charge $115 an hour so their estimating it would take 3.5 hours to change the controller. Regardless of actual time spent, expect a minimum of $115 diagnosis fee. Not impressed.

How do I express my gratitude to these guys? I drove down to pick up some parts and my truck broke down in their parking lot. Evan though they dont work on vehicles. They offered to help me get it fixed. I would highly recommend this company.

If you looking for equipment do not call RMT. I have called, text to get a quote on a mower deck with no response. Plus have a warranty issue for two months with no response. This company does not care about their customers!

I ordered parts giving them all of the part numbers a few days later drove an hour to pick up the order and olny one of the four part numbers I gave had been ordered two weeks later the remaining parts still havent been ordered properly and every time I call its a different parts guy with a different story. I finally ordered from another company online and had it shipped to me.

Looking for the EZGO dealer that can repair my golf cart. Ive left 3 messages over a few weeks and the service manager has not returned my call once. The person who answers the phone is very apologetic and promises she is giving him the messages. Business must be so good that they dont need new customers.
