I wish that there was a lower ranking than 1. This company has delivered to us for years. We recently made a steel order, they agreed to deliver it, and had it scheduled. Well, it never showed up. They finally called us the next day and said that they would not deliver to us anymore.No reason or explanation and I assume it was due to our remote location. However, I do not know the reason as they did not give one. We have always paid them, and I am surprised at this.I would think that they would have at least honored their commitment and at least fulfilled our order, the order that they agreed to deliver. However, we are now stuck, without steel.Hard to believe businesses are ran this way....

We get our steel from Pacific whenever we can. Our experience with them is consistently good, prices are fair, and their steel is second to none.

Bad place to buy steel. will not guarantee sheet metal will show up un damaged unless you pay extra( the hole order was 36$ and they wanted $50 extra just to make sure my order wasnt damaged) booooooo!or order more than 5 sheets. so if your a small business or need just a little dont waste your time with these guys!
