I had (years ago) a great experience with this place. Now? Not so much.Calling around for a simple plate/sheet that would cost me around 100$ at home Depot? Nearly 300 dollars here.Customer service can explain nothing. They have a hard enough time looking up an order or understanding other simple concepts. Absolute joke.

I dont recommend Metal supermarket, horrible price gouging and they failed to follow through with delivery. They also fail to wear PPE ( eye protection, cut resistant gloves)

I was running late and Google sent me to their back door (dont listen to Google if you are going there!). The door was locked and it wasnt closing time yet. I called but got their voicemail. Leaving the area I found the front door! They helped me perfectly, quickly and despite my grumpy voicemail. Excellent group.

The folks here were Great! I had a small backsplash project and they took time to show me options of choosing a full sheet to start, or going to the remnants section since the pieces I needed were small. Super helpful and made sure everything was correct!

Prices here are outrageous. Bought a tube that no one else had in stock so they got me on that one. Could understand price being slightly higher because of this but no where near as high as what they charged. Had them quote another item and they told me almost $200. Went down the street and got it for $70. Could have brought them more business but won’t be back. Don’t get taken advantage of by this outfit. They are price gougers.

Communication the owner Jordan is excellent and they are able to custom cut and bend everything to your specs and do a good job of it. They also deliver which is really nice when you are talking about large pieces of metal that arent so easy to haul. Also if its something they cant do they will tell you and even gave me a great referral when that was the case with one of my projects.

Excellent customer service. Fast responses to email questions. Short wait times at Will Call. And a large inventory... they always have what my project needs.

They cut to custom sizes which is a huge deal! I needed heavy duty steel square tubes cut to a specific length. Instead of buying full length steel from a big box store and then spending hours cutting them to size (with less than optimal equipment for 1/4 steel), metal supermarkets took care of the work in minutes with equipment made for the job.I ordered online, easy as can be. The wait for pickup was a little long, but honestly nothing more than other industrial type places.

Some of the greatest customer service Ive ever experienced. Very helpful and professional staff. My cut was right on the money. And,,,, very inexpensive.

I found this place because another supplier did not have the size of the piece I needed, and they recommended, it was a good recommendation, I got what I needed and then some! I was like a kid in a candy Store!When I buy a welder, they better increase the inventory! I gots stuff I gots to build, lol

The staff are always helpful. They let me look through their scrap bin when I mentioned I was a blacksmith. They always have the type and size of stock that I need.

I needed help figuring out a project and he was willing to give me feedback, explain my options, and provide me with an excellent price on aluminum tubing. In a day of, I dont care, and I dont have to customer service, I was thrilled to give Metal Supermarkets my business.

If they don’t have it in stock, they can get it. I’ve bought sheets of copper, brass, aluminum, as well as steel. They can even get in proprietary materials like 154CM. They delivered to my home for free and just put the material in trailer for me when I wasn’t home.

Go in the Remnants Entrance. Large showroom where you can browse easily. Big selection and friendly service. No order too small.

The prices are slightly higher than some of the other local shops, but the service is worth the extra cost if you need small pieces. Some of the big shops will barely talk to hobbyist/non-professional people, but these guys are always friendly. After buying there only a handful of times they know my name, which is a nice touch.

Kassidy on the phone was very fast and helpful, Roxy in the remnants section was also very nice and had a nice chat with my 11-year-old daughter I brought with me. These are nice people, nice selection of generously priced aluminum remnants. Will return.

I went there yesterday for a couple small metal plates in the remnant area. The prices at least in the remnant/scrap area were great, and the staff was pleasant and helpful, and they were even handing out little holiday candy bags to the customers, nice touch.

Easy to place an order. orders have been ready on time. clean facility. friendly staff.

They told me my order would be ready to pickup at 10am the next day, but when I arrived they told me that they had not started to cut the pieces I needed and that I would have to wait 30 minutes or cancel my order. Waited 40 minutes...terrible service. It does not take 40 minutes to cut 8 gussets.

Always have the DOM I need in stock and cut the 20 foot random lengths to manageable sizes. Great service and good pricing.

Awesome place and fast service. They accidently cut me the wrong piece of tubing, but they fixed the problem quickly and got me the right piece. Price was expensive, but it was worth how convenient it was.

I was looking for some scrap aluminum pieces and some aluminum angle and the two employees I dealt with were extremely helpful and even cut some of the metal for me to save me time at home. I also found that they were cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe’s.

Super helpful and knowledgeable, got me in and out with the pieces I needed cut professionally.
