Stefan is awesome. He always comes out within 24 hours and he’s so courteous and professional! He goes the extra mile always shows concern and compassion for our situation. He really cares and it shows in his attitude and his hard work.I only wish more companies had people like him. We have a 21 year old special needs child, so we’ve been doing this a very long time and it would make our life so much nicer if more of the people we deal with were this helpful and nice. Both the service in the store as well as the delivery driver for the oxygen were extremely helpful and positive. Even with the shortage of portable oxygen, the staff was supportive and responsive to do there best to help find information and work with me to help my situation. The staff has always done everything they can to accommodate my ability to have the proper medical equipment and knowing this helps reduce the stress of my situation significantly and I am incredibly grateful! The fact that the staff is still so helpful and handle situations with grace and compassion while dealing with the current crisis makes things that much better.

Came in yesterday to get a breast pump through my insurance and had amazing help from Ashton. He was kind, patience and knowledgeable. He gave me time to look and decide which one would be best for me and explained the upgrade charges. He let me know from jump which pumps were covered through insurance, and which ones I would have to pay more for. He offered amazing customer service! However, there was a dark haired male who was also there apparently working. The whole time I was there he was just riding around on the scooters sold in store like a child. It was pretty annoying and unprofessional.

The young man that delivered it was here at the time he specified and he was very cheerful and happy and efficient and set it all up for me showed me how it worked… The whole process went seamlessly so I appreciate that in a time when you’ve got a lot to do it’s good to know you can count on the service. This place has gone downhill big time. I used to be able to walk in and grab at least 10 portable tanks the last 2 times I went in to the Murray office I was told that they had zero tanks available. How can you be an oxygen company company and not have oxygen to give your customers. Not only that but starting 6 months ago they told me the most tanks they were willing to give me was 6 at a time and that they were currently doing 1 for 1 meaning one empty tank for a new tank. Now their policy is theyre only willing to give a maximum of 4 portable tanks at a time. They told me that there is a nationwide shortage of oxygen tanks and that every company is struggling to give out portable tanks which is a lie. I suggest not going to this place only reason why I go there isbecause my insurance covers me at this particular facility. The one good thing about this company is the delivery people are awesome to work with and they go above and beyond to make me happy with what they have.

I came looking for medical support hose. I had been given your name by my podiatrist following a non-healing calf wound caused by my ill-advised wearing of shorts while using a string trimmer. I had merely put on a bandage to stop rhe bleeding. After 3-4 weeks the wound had not healed over; infection set in; and my calf ballooned to twice its size. My skin became quite friable and several new wounds opened up merely rubbing my leg against an object. My Podiatrist recommended support hose and recommended Alpine Medical because of their selection of size and compression strength. After a bee sing on the other calf and subsequent swelling, my primary care provider recommended I go back on support hose daily and diagnosed me with venous insufficiency. Your socks are great and much easier to put on. Thanks.

He was very very nice. He explained what to do when. When it’s full turn until you see green dots. No green dots it’s not locked on.I breath through my neck so he set me up with a regular cannula I can tape on and a pediatric little cup thing. I’m sorry I forgot the name. I can just put it around my neck and tighten it.He was very knowable but just took his time to make sure I understood everything.

I went to alpine for a blood pressure cup, They made it easy and they helped me with my insurance, I had a great experience there . They were nice but Ali professional. I have used Alpine Home Medical for various medical equipment needs for more than 15 years. It is my “go to” DME store. The store is spacious, clean and organized. If you’ve ever visited another DME store and then visit Alpine Home Medical you will quickly see the difference . My husband and I switched our CPAP supplies to Alpine a year ago and couldn’t be happier. We get our auto-ship supplies on time and we were able to quickly replace our recalled Philips Dream Machines with ResMed machines. The staff is knowledgeable, but their call-in hold times could be a little better. ;)

I am so grateful for Alpine Home Medical! About 2 weeks ago i ended up in the hospital overnight and then sent home with Oxygen!! Courtesy of Alpine home Medical Supply, it was all new to me and Alpine when they brought my new best friends, were so kind to me and quite patient, even for the day after day i had to call with questions, I finally did catch on! I have been looking for a power lift chair for my father. After searching on the internet I realized there must be local medical supply stores that carry them. I called Alpine Home Medical, Jose answered my questions and we went to the store a few hours later. Jose was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful showing us the chair we were interested in. We were able to purchase it and he was able to get it into our car! I highly recommend Alpine Home medical Supplies.

The people are very nice. They are completed understaffed. They do not answer the phone most of the time and voice mails are not returned promptly. They lost my doctor’s faxed request with cost me a 2 week delay in getting my equipment. They owners need to make some changes and increase staff before they open more locations. These delays will cost lives.

Their customer service is terrible. It takes 30 minutes to buy one item. They dont answer their phones and dont return voice-mail. I have an issue that its been two weeks and still nothing has happened. I bought two things, paid for both at register. I returned one item which I never used but they wouldnt give me full refund on it saying they have to destroy the item and cant restock it. Then I get a bill for 350$ in the mail. Why would I get a bill? I paid for them when I bought them!I started calling and leaving messages but no one would call back on or check their voice-mail. I had a lady who I finally reached who gave me her direct line and insisted that she would fix this. She ghosted me after that and after many messages and calls I finally got her on the phone only to find that she has done nothing and is now saying that she needs to talk to someone who is not in today. She also explained charges and said ideas charged a restocking fee for what I returned. Why would they charge a restocking fee if they were going to destroy it? Dont even walk in this business... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

If Alpine would devote even one tenth of the time to their Customer Service as they do to attempting to respond to their fictitious 5 Star reviews, they could avoid the huge number of 1 Star reviews. Their problem is that they NEVER answer their phones, especially Customer Service contacts. You ALWAYS have to leave a message, but then they NEVER return a call. These people will CHEAT you and your insurance company out of every cent they can. As others have indicated, your best bet is to simply go to another medical supply vendor; AVOID ALPINE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I hope I don’t ever have to dealWith Alpine Medical again. It took 3 calls from my doctors office and 2.5 months to even get a pulse Oximeter. Then the results which were supposed to take 1-2 weeks are still not reported to my doctor. And it’s been 5 weeks. I’ve called and left a message and they haven’t called back about the results. They said they tried to call me about the pulse odometer but I had no messages. They don’t communicate well at all or seem to know what they are doing.

After having issues with the Ogden store, Chris in Re-supply stepped up and resolved the problem in quick order. Chris went above and beyond to resolve my Rx and order, far beyond my expectations as I was ready to take my medical supply needs to another company. This place is so unprofessional and customer services is garbage. My son was born very early and has had oxygen needs for 3 years now and they have been so awful to work with for these last 3 years. We’ve gone months without a phone call from them to deliver our monthly oxygen. My sons health is finally in a much better place and his dr finally discontinued his oxygen. They came and picked everything up. The next week someone was here trying to deliver more after our service was canceled. No call to say they were coming or anything. Just tried to stick everything on the porch. Very odd because when we still had services with them, they hardly ever called or showed up each month. They don’t communicate with each other at all. Now we are trying to do an over night pulse ox study done for my sons dr. When we picked up the device, they gave us sensors that were not even compatible with the machine so we could not get any readings. Went to the store the following day to get the correct sensor and was given a sensor that also does not work and won’t pick up a reading. Called the over night on call service and was treated very poorly. Told me “Your now just figuring out it doesn’t work at 12pm? I can’t help you with this issue and you will have to call them tomorrow.” I am a working mom and don’t get off work until midnight and my husband does not know how to set it up. I don’t appreciate being belittled and treated so poorly especially when we have been customers for years and we know what we are doing. This is not our first rodeo. Can’t wait to be done with this place for good. I highly recommend going to a different home health company for your medical needs.

Bad customer service.Alpine medical regularly sends me supplies (Air Fit Masks) like a subscription. The size needed and what they have on file is size S. They sent several times masks size S until they sent a size M instead of size S.I noticed it late, the 30 day return period has been expired. It was clearly their fault: they sent the wrong item.They refused to exchange the item claiming that it was past the exchange date. They offered a discount and asked only $100 for the item.They were completely inflexible and accepted no responsibility for their fault.

Every time Ive ordered CPAP supplies I have to call twice. The first call is to order them, then after a week or two with no response and no supplies I call the second time and thats when they actually get ordered and shipped.It shouldnt take 2 calls to order supplies once.Their products are good and prices are reasonable (comparitively). The people are always nice so thats the good part.

The sales agent were very kind. However, after being released from the hospital, I called to get more oxygen tanks. I spoke with a lady who was extremely rude and kept saying that they dont rent out oxygen tanks and I didnt get it from them.. She was very combative and rude. I had the receipt and the oxygen tank had thier name on it. I tried to explain this and she said contact your doctor and hung up on me. Here I was out of oxygen after lung surgery even though everything was set up at Huntsman. I then had to call an on call doctor at Huntsman to try and get oxygen. The doctor was working on options and what I needed to do since Im in Tooele when another sale agent came with oxygen. Once Im done with the treatment and need/require any medical equipment I will utilize another company. Lung surgery was hard enough to get through, then to add stress, trouble breathing and to be treated so unprofessionally is disgusting.

This was my first visit and I was lucky enough to have a student therapist along with the doctor. Her knowledge was outstanding as was the doctor. They explain each exercises in detail and gave me a work sheet so I can use at home. Can’t wait for next visit

This company will try to charge you full retail price rather than provide prescribed equipment at the rate they agreed to under the contract they signed as a preferred provider. If this happens to you too, I recommend you contact your insurance carrier and file a grievance, and report it to the Better Business Bureau. Good luck!

As I entered the store there was a guy wiping down the walkers, I asked him the price range of the scooters, his only reply was they are thousands of dollars.. thats it, not can I help you or which scooter, NOTHING.... the other guy was awesome. He was courteous and kept me in formed on the progress of my order. This would have been a 5 star except for the greeting and great helpful walker wiping dude when I came in.

I would probably never recommend this place to anyone else. I had to visit their state street location 3 times before they could help me. Their staff can be lazy and rude. They almost turned me away on my third visit because the guy helping me didnt want to switch accounts around for a rental machine that I shouldve been scheduled for, and they rudly handled other customers concern while I was there. They just seemed like they didnt want to help anyone with anything. Not impressed whatsoever.

I never give anybody five stars. Helps them to keep working harder. BUT I will say the service was Johnny on the spot when I told them why I was there. Helps to call ahead and it shows employees were sharing customer intelligence to provide a better service, smoother service, CUSTOMER ORIENTED service. THAT IS worth*****. I only needed a simple regulator change out and they were ready. There was only one other customer that I could see and he was being rended too. Goid job and Ill tell anybody.

Staff were friendly and payment portal was very convenient.However, 4 stars is probably too generous considering the quality of the knee scooter I received from Alpine, which was more like 1.5 stars. This was my first knee scooter rental and I didnt know to look for the following:1) inflatable tires, not the rollerblade-like wheels that feel like youre reinjuring yourself on every single sidewalk crack and cannot go over even small bumps2) make sure the knee pad is soft and not totally worn out3) make sure the brakes work4) one that easily folds up into your car is a plusUnfortunately, due to all of the above, I would recommend renting elsewhere. Again, staff were nice and helpful enough. The product was the issue.

Equipment is good, the staff that set you up with the equipment is good. It was a good start.The people over phone are little impatient and not very polite. Its not 1 time thing, its repeating. Specially the lady that calls to send the supplies. Are you guys rude to all or only to people of color?I got a call more than a week ago saying my supplies has been sent and today they are still in the warehouse, never sent to me. Has anyone called me to update this? Nope. After many calls thats what I figured out. Someone called me just now all moody to conform my supplies has not been sent yet. Why do you lie and make false promises? I would be ashamed of myself to lie to people that pay my salary and run the business.

Horrible customer service. They are scammers that send equipment out that was never ordered and then they charge not just your insurance but send you a bill a few months later. They sent me 6 size large C-Pap masks that do not fit me nor did I order. I tried to call them several times after the delivery and kept getting their voice messaging system, which I left several voice mails with. I never received a call back. I finally got a hold of them and was told You cannot return or replace items 30 days after delivery and you owe us $ for these masks I explained that I had not even ordered these masks and were the wrong size and also told them of my voice messages I had left. There response was We dont show any record of you calling or leaving any voice messages, sorry cannot help you So now I owe almost $100 on useless equipment I did not order. Go through another cpap supplier, or another medical supplier, otherwise you will get items you did not order and will have to pay for them.

But that is probably something you hear a lot. These companies like to take your money but they dont like to pay out! Anyway and thank you for your help and your time I wish I could remember the womans name who helped me she was also training a young man and they were both helpful and kind. The staff is cheerful and helpful and quick to get to work on what you need. I went in for a breast pump and left about 30 mins later with what I went in for. The only thing that is not ideal is the location and trying to get to the store, but I know there is not much they can do about that unless they move somewhere else.

WOW! I have been on CPAP for more than a decade but really didnt know how to use and maintain it. I met with Darlene and she fitted me for the correct mask, showed me how to use and care for my equipment then gave me her phone number so that she could answer questions going forward. They seem very anxious to sell you product, but are not helpful in the support of those products. I was sent an item and the size was incorrect. When I asked them if I could return the unopened product, I was told on a few occasions to just bring the item in and they would exchange it for the correct size.  When I went to exchange,  they then said they have a 30 day return policy and will not take the items back, yet prior to that there was no mention of such policy. I asked, if its an unopened product why would that matter?  Response was because of pricing issues???

I really wish I could say that my experience was a positive one, but it wasn’t. I placed my order. A few weeks later I received a call saying my order had arrived. A few minutes later I received a message saying the rollator I ordered is no longer being made. I went in to see which phone call ( both from the same person) was correct. At that point, I was offered a more expensive rollator to purchase. No thank you. Then when the compression stockings I ordered finally came they were the wrong color! Who wears black in the dead of a Utah summer?!? This whole experience made me sad because I have worked with them in the past without any problems.

I had great service from the team. My only complaint is that it took 3 phone calls... on 3 different days... before I could actually schedule an appointment. I feel like this is unnecessary and frustrating when Im literally oxegyn-deprived as I sleep. I called them asking if they could fill a breast pump prescription for me and they checked to make sure my insurance would cover it and I came in. Someone helped me immediately. I was explained my options, I picked one and they took it back and cleared it through my insurance. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Very professional.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service….It took them two trips and 30+ minutes on the phone to finally deliver all my oxygen supplies. The first person only brought part of what I needed and had left it at the top of the driveway where we found it the next morning, after I had waited several hours for it to be delivered. No one had a clue what was going on or needed to be delivered.Several miscommunications and heaven forbid you be Covid positive…. They dump and run. They deliver to the front porch and you have to drag it all inside and figure it out. Inter Mountain had no problems coming in and setting me all up when I was Covid positive. If you don’t want to deal with sick people, then don’t work in the home healthcare line!

Went to purchase a new mask. Inventory showed there was no mask but the cashier searched the warehouse and found one. Attendants on the phone and in person were nice and helpful but things seemed to take forever. Lots of paperwork for every purchase, prices not available on the warehouse and things are more expensive. I’ll be using Amazon from now on.

They are a little too over zealous when it comes to communicating. For example I got five identical emails from them about a supplies order being fulfilled. All messages were the same, about one piece of equipment, but sent several minutes apart. Could have been a computer glitch. And despite my profile preferences asking to communicate only by email, they are still often calling my phone. My work schedule makes it nearly impossible to connect by phone. Turnaround time after placing an order has been slower lately. I’m better off getting some of these supplies by Amazon where it is cheaper and faster.

We KEEP getting bills literally months after we returned the machine. I would give them zero stars if that was possible. After my insurance changed I needed to get a C-pap machine from a different provider So I returned the Machine in Feb. Here it is the end of June and I have received not 1, not 2 but three bills for the machine that we no longer have and have not had since Feb when I was assured everything was in order. These people are scammers, or best case, their billing department is completely incompetent. Either way they are trying to extort money from me and I am furious.

I knew what I was after, had questions and it just got a run around and being told things I didn’t ask more than what I was asking. When I was able to finally talk to someone in the store, they were helpful. Gave me what I was asking for and told me the price. The other part I don’t like is the hours they are open. There are no Saturday or staying open late. For my DME it wasn’t a quick need and someone could go pick it up for me but what about caregivers who work and are taking care of someone. I got what I needed but not before jumping through hoops.

Your phone system is terrible. Not being able to get ahold of the people you worked with at a particular store is awful. Katie and Austin in the salt lake store were great but I had a simple question that they could have answered that the phone person could not even tell me how to turn the machine on and wanted me just to go back to the store.

Went above and beyond to get me set up with a CPAP machine. Were also able to squeeze me in for a fitting the next day! I drive a truck so not in town much so that was very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Travis Flynn tonight. He delivered my husbands oxygen to us at 3:00am and did it with a smile and answered all our questions. He was great. Very helpful and informative. Thanks again Travis for making this scary move to oxygen not so scary 😊

I am very dependent on a breathing device when I sleep. Recently I had moved and lost my tube. Alpine said I would have to have a prescription in order to get a replacement so I got one sent along with a entirely new machine as this one i use wasnt working. I waited a couple days and hadnt heard so I called only to learn that they had not even sent it to get the prior auth neededSo, They know how important things like this are as they are in the business of such, but fail to follow their protocol and in turn I am sure suffering. I had someone i know that used to work there told me to not use them, run in the other direction she said but I believe everyone needs a chance and my efforts in giving a chance has yielded exactly what that ex employee warned me of. The two stars id because the times Ive been in there I was treated well.Update:. I received a call telling me my machine was approved but they would need more money down to get it to me. I called my Dr and they told me that this company has a patient participation program and wondered why, in the face of covid, wouldnt they offer that to me and get me started?? Well thats a question for Alpine... Take your time we all have some extra time to learn why the employees at this company are not out to help the patient but only the pocketbook? I informed the person that I could not afford it and she said, well we would have to collect that money before we could help you. Medicare is my next call.. Again, Alpine we would like to know how long one has to suffer no breathing to get the attention of a company that has a main goal of helping people before being made aware that you have help you just dont offer it.??

Alpine Home Medical has been AWESOME!! Jason met me at the hospital for my evaluation for a motorized wheelchair. He helped me find a wheel chair that would fit my needs and my life. He took measurements so my wheelchair fit me perfect!!They worked with my doctor and my insurance so that my insurance covered everything. I was also able to add some extra features so that my wheelchair would last a lifetime.Delivery was great!! Jason came to my home and took the time to show me how to use all of the wheelchairs gadgets. He was very patient and made sure I was comfortable using all the features.Alpine Home Medical is a GREAT company!! If you need a wheelchair, you will NOT be disappointed. There service is impeccable!!They will definitely have my business for life!!

We bought a portable oxygen for my mother and it broke while on warrantly. They sent it back to manufacturer and said 3 weeks to get it fixed. Well, 8 weeks later they still dont have it and wont provide a replacement in the meantime and the managers have not called back. --As you can see below the company stepped up and offered a loaner oxygen concentrator in the meantime. This will make a world of difference for my mother. Thank you Alpine Home Medical! I appreciate your response.

Since my insurance company has gone to Alpine home medical I have had to wait 7-10 working days to receive my C-Pap supplies. (previous supplier 72 hours maximum) My most recent order was placed on March 25, 2021 today is April 4, 2021 and Im still waiting. Then they have the audacity to ask for a review before the product/supplies are delivered. Im giving them 2 stars just because the person I placed my order with was pleasant and professional.
