Irene was super helpful with my many questions and equipment problems. She allowed me to voice my specific concerns and answered them each. And she let me take a loaner machine to help with my headaches and snoring. She showed me all about the new machine and set it up on my settings.Several hours later when I was home, I called Irene back with technical problems with the loaner machine. She walked me through what I needed to do. When I called back again when my charger cord wouldnt work with the loaner machine (different brand), she mailed me a new one to go with the loaner, and it arrived the very next day so I was only without the use of the loaner machine one night.Thank you so much, Irene!

This is the absolute worst business I’ve ever seen. You can’t even get a hold of them on the phone, good luck getting medical tests done and results received within any timely manner. Hope these guys go out of business.

If you want to be ignored and NOT get what you need and get BILLED for it, This is the company for you! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! I would give zero stars if I could.I have been trying to get my husbands CPAP Supplies for almost 4 months. I have received a bill for the supplies but no supplies. Absolutely no communication on the companys part. The Rep(David) somehow got promoted and dropped us as customers and hasnt responded to any of my requests.Ive contacted my insurance company to put a complaint against Lincare. I hope they drop them like they did us.If u have to use this company dont walk... Run!

My father passed away April 2020. I received a refund check from Lincare six months later in his name. I sent it back like they asked me too with the documentation. I have called four times since then trying to get the refund reissued on my name, two weeks ago when I called they said his account was still open and she was closing the account and I would receive the check within one week. Still have not received it. I will call again.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get good service from this company. My mothers concentrator was dropped off for servicing in January with a promise of it taking 1 month. She is STILL without it and no one will own the problem, look into it or try to get another one. They DO however keep billing her Medicare each month. It is complete FRAUD and I think there should be a consequence for them doing this to my 86 year old mother.

Lincare honestly has not Idea what they are doing. their staff are untrained and do not take good care of their patients needs. My doctors office constantly has to be calling their office to obtain my results. Lincare is the worse DME company out there. save your time and go somewhere else.

Ive used oxygen at bed time for yrs. And they keep sending maintainence people to check and want to enter without masks. I can never get anyone on phone about billing problems either. Theyre awful with customer service

Absolutely a joke of a company. I spent 35 minutes trying to give this circus of a company, my business. Was simply trying to order some CPAP supplies for my grandma, and option number 4 is specifically for that. I got transferred 6 times by some random girl that gives zero Fs about her job. She literally told me oh dont press any options just wait for someone to answer then transferred me to the main menu. Those people told me to call the number i had already called. Just an absolute joke. Im going with another company because obviously if giving them my money is this hard, i cant imagine how bad their customer service would be. And based now on their reviews, its clear they are fing terrible. Glad I didnt use them.

Horribly complicated phone tree. Wait times for help over 15 min I hung up and tried a different phone tree number that was not the right one and finally got someone to answer. Luckily they were able to answer my question. Delivery of oxygen is on THEIR time schedule. If your not home they dont deliver. They can only give you an estimate of the time the will deliver. Requesting a different time is available but has never worked due to poor communication with driver.

Every interaction but one with this place has been awful. There customer service is non existant and if there is an issue (and there is always an issue), they play there blame game. There is only one problem solver in the bunch that I have come across. That is why I gave them one star, was for the one employee that actually had any customer service ability.

I think your attitude reflects the responses you receive when dealing with healthcare on the road. We need help and its their responsibility to provide it but remember to act like a Christian and you will be responded to appropriately. Amanda acted like she liked her job and was very pleasant. Lincare I needed a nebulizer my insurance pays for one and told them i didnt want to rent one. I thought it was purchased outright when a yr later i get a bill called to find out why and the billing office stated i was renting it but the time was up so actually then it goes to purchase. So i get 100.00 nebulizer but insurance paid way way more than that this is fraudulent and why our healthcare system is failing. Disgusting

Their billing office will not listen or assist me with my balance. They bill the wong ins for months after I called and provided the correct ins. Now they say I owe. I do have a high deductible but I refuse to pay the amt the ins would have adjusted as a contractual adjustment just because they cant get it straight on their end.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT SHOW ANY COMPASSION FOR ANYONE WITH URGENT NEED FOR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. EACH PERSON IVE TALKED TO WAS RUDE AND THEY WERE NOT CALLING ME AFTER RECEIVING THE DOCTORS ORDERS A WEEK AGO... THE PHONE AGENTS ARE NONCHALANT ABOUT THE IMPORTANT NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS. THEY ALL COME ACROSS AS IF ITS JUST A PAYCHECK TO THEM AND DONT CARE TO DISREGARD YOUR NEEDS TO END THE PHONE CALL. Excellent Customer Service! My fathers physician faxed over to Lincare an update prescription for an additional oxygen concentrator and it was delivered and hooked up within two hours after leaving the doctors office. Thank you so much for taking care of my fathers oxygen needs.

We had been renting an oxygen machine for my wife. Because it was going to be long term, we bought a new one for her. After we returned the rented machine to Lincare, they refused to sell us supplies such as the tubing etc. for the new machine. It is their way to penalize you for not renting from them. Childish behavior at best.

The only good thing I can say about them the driver was polite and concerned but could not find a script and I would have to wait till today, even tho they said they were coming I hope this is not what to expect from them in the future. My doctors nurse even told them it was an emergency. in a month or two I am going to review them again and see if it was just a glitch

Poor service. No matter what time of day I call I get an answering service. Have been trying to reach for 2 months. I was home one day and found a tech note on my door, Sorry I missed you . I have three dogs, even if he knocked lightly the dogs would have barked. I did not get a call telling me anyone was coming. I ordered my cannulas online from another medical supplier and paid for them.

If I could it would be zero stars. They dont say who they work for when they come to the door. They dont ask if they have they correct address or correct person before coming in to drop off anything. I had someone from this company dropping off oxygen. I was the wrong person and wrong address and I am not on any oxygen. Then they had the nerve to come by again to drop off more oxygen to me. How many times do I need to tell them I am not who you are looking for, in fact they dont say who they are looking for. They shouldnt get mad at me just because they went to the wrong apartment. This happened twice already. I will be calling Monday to complain as well this is so stupid.

I would give zero stars if that was an option!Worst service ever!! From the 1st day of service on was a joke! They cannot show up on time, they bring wrong product, miss delivery, or simply out of stock etc. When we called to complain I was told oh well your on Medicare and they dont pay us much so there for your not priority!!!! Seriously?!! My mom is now on hospice and calling to cancel lincare was the BEST feeling!!! They are terrible if you can go through a different company do it. Lincare will cause nothing but grief and problems!!!

I am on oxygen, and unfortunately have other illnesses that cause me to be quite forgetful. I came on a trip to Salt Lake City and completely forgot my 25 foot green tubing, which I need to hook up my oxygen to my CPAP at night. Lincare was the only supplier in the area that was willing to help me. They stayed late just to make sure I got the tube and I highly appreciate what they did for me. They also did not have any kind of attitude or resentment towards me for the fact that they had to stay late. Thank you guys!

My dad was discharged from the hospital at 5pm with a 3 hour tank. We were told that Lincare would deliver the oxygen within 3 hours. I called and 7:45pm and was told the driver would be there by 9:30pm. Fortunately we have a concentrator at home so my HYPOXIC father was able to still have oxygen. (Medicare required that another concentrator be sent out with the smaller tanks even though we already own one). I say fortunately because if we didnt have the spare concentrator, my father would have been in real trouble when the 3 hour tank ran out. This is really unacceptable and scary. If Linecare cant meet their time commitments then they need to send more tanks at discharge. My other concern is when we called on Monday to have more smaller tanks delivered, they said they dont have any available and to check back Friday. How are we suppose to go to doctor appointments etc without portable tanks. We are looking into another oxygen supplier.

One star is too many. Stayed home all day on three Thursdays with no show or call. Supervisor arranged forth try on Friday wherein I said I would be at doctors office from 11am til 2pm. They came at 1pm, I still need them to pickup these tanks.

(Zero Star rating) I would suggest to anyone that is considering this office to RUN to the next oxygen supplier. I would never recommend this location! This office has the worst customer service and management that I have ever dealt with. Their business is to supply oxygen needs to customers but they make you feel like you are begging. Not only that, they will look you in the eye and call you a liar in so many words. The only positive thing that I can say about this location is that they have a very professional and compassionate driver in Steve. It is too bad that they do not have more people like him in their office. Unless you like stress and like begging, I would not consider this office as your supplier.

Worse customer service I have ever had to deal with! My 80 yr old mother forgot to order new tanks, I called was told no problem they would be there before 3 today I called at 2 and was told no delivery today (she had a doctor appointments) today they were not going to pay another $75.00 for a special trip to get them to her! I was dumbfounded!

Been with Lincare 4 many years. They have NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO APPRECIATION FOR CUSTOMER LOYALTY. The only reason we were with them, is because my mother started using them so many yrs ago. They treated me abominably when I called about a failed O2 delivery the day b4, even though I was home. They insisted they called, (I have caller ID, & they did NOT call), insisted I had been given a time for delivery (which NEVER happened) they want me to haul 10 tanks down to their offices on the other side of town (Im disabled, can barely walk, & only with excruciating pain) or wait until next week. They DONT CARE, WONT MAKE ANY ACCOMMODATIONS. And, they will treat u like crap.

If I or my family have needs for this type of company I will not use Lincare if at all possible. Every time I or my Mother called their company we spent most of the time on hold while they were looking for the right information. They also seem very disorganized. Take notes of all conversations but Im not sure that would even fix issues. My Mom needed oxygen and when she called to get it, was put on hold for long periods of time, disconnected, told by their employees not to hang up if she wanted service (what??). When I finally got involved, I received the same lack of customer service.

When I first started with Lincare they were great. But now the service is terrible.They never deliver when they say they will. They do not call back with information when they promised to do so. They also just let things sit rather than follow up with the doctors office for needed reports.It took me over two weeks to get supplies after calling on the same order three seperate times. When I questioned them on the matter they gave me a song and dance as to how busy they are. Their busy schedule seems to be more important than the patients ability to breathe.Medicare really needs to evaluate them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am really surprised Medicare cant get a better company to contract with! They were suppose to deliver a concentrator at 5pm, it was 11pm by the time we got it. They never called to tell us that they were going to be late. I had to call them. The O2 concentrator seemed like it was calibrated incorrectly. It was really loud! (Cheap brand-I know my concentrators) and I called to see if we could get it exchanged...Nick was rude, berated me and didnt listen to any of my concerns. Jason the manager didnt call me back. Kim wasnt nice either...Angela was ok...Devon that delivered it was nice. Keith the guy that picked it up was nice too. I will tell EVERYONE I know not to use them! This company needs an overhaul in customer service! They are the sick that they serve and there is ZERO compassion!

They must have too many customers. Because after my 79 y.o. mother waited all day for her delivery, she was told that she didnt get a delivery because she had failed to call in the day before. Apparently she has to CALL on a weekly basis, because they have over 4,000? customers, and they cant possibly call them all! And they dont have a robocall system, and they dont have any way of setting up an automatic delivery, and they dont have a way of ordering them on the internet. So, their only FIX for my Moms need for oxygen was for her to get in the car after loading it with with 5 tanks of oxygen and drive 20 miles, or wait a week. Isnt that nice. Im advising her to find a different company.

If I could chose a zero star I would.My father BOUGHT his nebulizer, we have the receipt and the check cleared the bank yet they still billed to Medicare and him- with dates of service after his death.When I called them they stated they do not show the payment, they needed the nebulizer to be returned and they hadn’t been informed he passed away.They came to get all of their equipment -oxygen tanks-within three days of his passing, three months ago...They are either extremely incompetent with billing or willing committing fraud and identity theft.When I called I was lied to (they stated they had billed Medicare- which Medicare actually hadn’t been and if they had it would have been denied- and been paid for the months after his death which is an outright lie) and hung up on, apparently they thought I was mean for stating facts.I do not recommend them and if you do have to use them, keep an eye on the billing.

Delivery was a day late then the driver told us all drivers were sitting there all day and he was the only one going out. I believe the kid since he was great to help my wife and me as her caretaker but I could tell his frustration with his co-workers. Now to return the equipment its been a nightmare over a month and they keep saying they need a DR. premission which keeps getting lost. Im just going to drive clear to Orem office since they have their act together it seems.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. The office staff are rude and refuse to work with the customer with regards to any change of pickup and delivery of oxygen tanks. My work schedule is Tuesday through Friday and the only day I could get ant form of delivery was on Tuesday only in Sandy. The fact that I worked on Tuesday and would not be home for a delivery for my oxygen tanks was my problem not their problem. In other words their attitude was though, so sad too bad

My experience with Lincare has been far from stellar. An agent brought my sisters oxygen concentrator on a Sunday night and rushed through the explanation and papers to sign. He assured us a rep would deliver portable (purse-size) oxygen the next morning. I have called repeatedly to get the oxygen delivered only to be told various things: Hes on his way. The drivers are just busy....and finally just now I was asked, When did you call in that order? Ultimately the rep transferred me to a 2nd rep that did not even know who was on the phone calling nor the patients name. At that point I canceled their service.

Horrible!!! We had to fax the doctors prescription three times in 8 weeks (they couldnt find it, they said the doctor hadnt signed it and the third was they couldnt find it again.). I called multiple times(6+) and still no c-pap machine. One man answered the phone twice (a month apart) and had the nerve to use the same line he had told me a month before Your file is on my desk right now. Really??? 4 weeks before he told me Your file is on my desk. I dont care where my file is I just want my c-pap machine! Obviously this office is not up to the number of clients they have.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. My mother is moving here from out of state and uses Lincare there for her oxygen supplies. Her local store had called to set up an order for some oxygen tanks here in SLC, so when we arrived (Im driving two days with her), she would have tanks available at our house and wouldnt have to wait several days for a delivery. The order was set - I was told I HAD to go today to pick them up as they wouldnt hold the tanks until Thursday (today is Wednesday, 1 day difference, ok fine Ill rearrange my work schedule to make today work). I then called the local office on Redwood to confirm the order was there and that I could go pick them up on my lunch hour. They said yes and said they wouldnt be able to give me all the tanks requested (16) and I responded thats fine, if we have just a few she should be ok, until a delivery can be made. I used my lunch break to drive 20 min to the Redwood office to be told by an extremely rude and unhelpful women with strawberry blond hair that they werent going to give us ANY tanks and we would just have to stop on our cross country drive with a giant Uhaul truck in one of the cities we drove through and find a Lincare to get new tanks because they were low on tanks and didnt want to give me any. Or, my mother can just wait until they can deliver some once we arrive in town (and their delivery day is several days AFTER we get here).The out of state office my mom works with in her home town will bring her 20+ tanks at a time and has exceptional customer service. Unfortunately reading the reviews on here, the Salt Lake store has horrible customer service and we will likely be finding another company to do business with that actually cares about their customers. On a positive note there was a lady with long black hair there that was TRYING to be friendly, helpful and find a solution, but the other women would speak over her, so unfortunately one more customer gone.

This place is a JOKE! Ive been trying to get my 89 year old fathers c-pap machine replaced for a MONTH now. The doc faxed the prescription over (three and a 1/2 weeks ago), and Ive heard nothing since. I call, leave messages, the call center in COLORADO answers the phone, and nobody returns calls or follows through.Shameful!

0 starscalled and asked them to send oxygen, the next week they said they never received the call, then they said they needed 2 days to deliver which would have been Friday. They then said it wont be delivered till the next Wednesday. No patient care in that office.
