So after a decade of being a customer here, I was told to go away today, apparently they have changed their walk in hours to 11AM to 4PM and if you want a color match can made up they now need 24 hours notice. Time to move on to a new company. If you show up be prepared to leave without what you need . I wont ever be back 😒

Great knowledge base and excellent products. My motorcycle DIY paint project turned out a hell of a lot better than it would have without all their help. Walked in with zero experience painting anything automotive and a month later Ive got a pretty neat looking bike. (Be warned that turning your apartment patio into a paint booth does not keep the paint fumes out of your apartment despite two layers of Visqueen and masking tape on every door and window. Nor does it make your apartment manager very happy with you lol.)

No entry or paint matching due to covid? What? Get real. Just close the store, why waste peoples time. Wouldnt recommend who is still working either. Guys on the industrial side were nice, the auto side is a joke.

Auto side has the WORST customer service i have ever experienced in my life. I tried calling in to the store, Kayla & manager Reed we’re both super disrespectful and not willing to help out. I got hung up on multiple times by the manager. Do not use the auto side of ncs they’re not helpful at all

No entry due to coviD. ? Makes it impossible for the DIY-er or single job guy to get what we need. Sorry but if auto zone and outher auto supplies are open to public there is no need for such an operation to be closed. Except fear.

Don,t go here! I bought auto paint on 7/10/19. Needed another can on 7/16/19 and went there 30 minutes before closing. 6 people standing behind the counter with no customers in store. They told me they wouldnt mix my paint (even though I had the old can they could get the code from) because it was too close to closing time! They are only good at customer service when ITS CONVENIENT TO THEM! I protested their bad service and all the employees started grumbling. I left, went to SALT LAKE AUTO COLOR and they were GREAT! Not only did they match my paint, but they were $5.00 cheaper and had 5 customers in their store... hmmm, I wonder why???

This store is one of my favorite, answer questions, quick turn around and best of all; great people to know and associate with.

Just stopped here for paint supplies for a fender. Guys that helped me were really knowledgeable, nice, and knew just what I wanted. Thanks guys!

I had done business with this company several times; Im always working on something that needs paint.My current project is a 40 year old muscle car that had been sitting in a barn for over half its life. I stripped and sandblasted the frame and wanted a good coating and discovered that NCS had something that worked well.I bought a pint, thinking that would be enough, but thought better and decided on a larger can. I went back to NCS asking to exchange the unopened can, explaining that I would like to purchase something larger.Their policy is to not accept returns without a receipt. My policy is that if a company wont work with me, I wont be back.
