Great place, the manager went out of her way to help me,she did an outstanding job.

Had this service for over a year. Needed a new phone but they try selling me a $80 K51 for $170.Nothing cheaper and their service sucks. The unlimited is not really unlimited. I was at reduced speeds after a week in to the billing month. Go across the street and get a good phone and 5G service!!!

They were fantastic! My phone had quit receiving calls. I had tried everything. They worked on it diligently and got me going...no charge!

I Made insurance claim in store got the phone the next day with they help transfer all my stuff over.Great store

The only person ever there doesnt seem to want to help anyone. I have been there multiple times and she just directs me to the website or tech support. I went to the new store off Garfield and the loop and Sonya spent a half hour on the phone trying to find out exactly what I needed to do. The DB at Sherwood is no help skip it.

Person was friendly but, limited stock in store. I wanted to change my phone number since I moved from Lubbock to San Angelo and therefore hasve a local number but, I wanted to choose from a list of numbers like I have before in Lubbock. They could not do this as it is not as option. Also the sales person was limited in knowledge to what iPhone they have and only limited enough knowledge to sell the other phones.P.S. DONT ASK FOR DONUTS!! .....LOL

They took care of me and have subs I made the switch back in 2012-2013

Rude service, the lady stopped in the middle of helping me answered her phone to tell her boyfriend why didnt you answer when i called you earlier and ok well you gonna pay me back that money so i can put it in my savings, then after she hung up looked at me and said ok what now, you need a phone. I dont recommend this store at all oh yeah and the floor was dirty in there. Not a good look for boost.

I waited over 30 mins and wasnt even acknowledged. The rep was gossiping with a customer who Id assume is a friend. When she finally decided to see what I needed she walked away AS I was talking. I went in asking about switching bc I saw an ad saying Id get a free phone with an unlimited plan. She just said yes and stared off behind me. A different customer came in she she started helping her right away. I was wanting to switch but think Im good. Worst customer service around.

Switched from att because we were paying to much and the lady told us wed get 4g LTE where we currently live. We come home and we have no service what so ever were roaming and besides getting unlimited internet, we cant even use. Its so upsetting if I could out 0 stars i would!

I waited over 3 and half hours was not happy at all the service was suppose to be free phone for switch and i got a free phone cover but its funny how fees and tax was $120.00 dollars what the hell...check everything before getting a phone with two phones its close to 200.00 and close to 300 for 3 such a freakin hustle wheres the deal should have went to metro pcs
