Im a diyer and never had issues getting parts even when they had to order them. It may be an inconvenience for some you have to call and they come out and provide service. Due to covid its understandable. They were courteous and helpful.
I’m so surprised by all the bad reviews. I had an excellent experience with All Appliance Parts. Mike fixed my washer and even looked at my refrigerator as just a favor to let me know if it needed fixed (or serviced) he gave me some good advice and I would totally recommend them to anyone.
They should change their name to A couple Appliance Parts. I called to see if they had a part, and before I could fully explain the part he said they dont have it and to order online. Id never consider to call them for parts again
Perfect for diy repair parts and prices are really good . You can get parts for your appliances and save money too. All parts are manufactures certified parts, and the location is easy to find .They have parts for all major brands and those small parts when you need them . This is the place to go period !

This company (All Appliance Parts) was sent by a home warranty to fix a leak coming from our refrigerator. The technician finally came out after almost a week and spend less than 5 minutes working on my fridge. Reached behind the fringe and pulled out a plastic plug and put in on my counter and said that was the problem. He pushed the fridge back and said he was done. He charged me the $75 call fee and told me to unplug my fridge for 24 hours to defrost it before using it.A couple of weeks later, our fridge was leaking again. Again we called the home warranty to request a recall. It took over an hour but we finally agreed that they would not charge me the service fee again. All Appliance Parts was called again to come out. They scheduled an appointment for over a week later and then called me on the day of the appointment to tell me that they would not come out again because they felt that I just needed to defrost the fridge again. I called the home warranty place again after no follow up contact was made from them. Again after an hour of fighting with them to cover a second opinion service call, they finally agreed and sent a much more competent company Jim’s After Hours Appliance Repair. What a difference in the company. They not only repair the damaged parts but also looked over my entire fridge and hoses and also used a specific equiptment to defrost the fridge in a few minutes so that I wouldn’t have to be inconvenienced. They saved me hundreds in groceries and 2 days of having to live without a fridge. Thank you Jim’s After Hours!!
My home warranty referred All Appliance Parts to fix the inlet valve on my washing machine. The first time they came out all they did was clean the screen. Of course this did not fix the valve. I would still have problems with the water filling after a few washes. They came back out. It had sat for days before he came and when he turned on the machine, it worked ok. Even though I told they guy the problem was intermittent and got worse with each wash, he didnt believe me. He spent all of about 10 minutes letting the machine fill and flipping switches. Not sure if it was laziness or incompetence, but he did nothing. He never took out a tool, or a meter to test the solenoid. He then left and told my warranty company there was no problem.The very next load I tried, the water wouldnt fill. But they wanted to charge me to come out again even though he didnt fix it the first time and did absolutely nothing the second time. I had to fight with my home warranty company for over 2 weeks to overcome All Appliance Parts repair man saying there was nothing wrong with it. I even had to take videos and email them to prove it. All because their technician couldnt or wouldnt do his job.I finally got the warranty company, after viewing my videos, to send another company out and what do you know? The diagnosis is a bad inlet valve that needs to be replaced. Exactly what All Appliance Parts should have done the first time they came out. I wouldnt trust these guys to do any repairs because theyre either going to go on the cheap and not fix it right, or theyre going to do nothing and try to charge you for it.
Horrible customer service. After waiting for two days for an appointment to work on my fridge. The technician spends 5 minutes in my home and says he will need to order parts and it will be another 5-7 business days. How are we suppose to live in a home of 8 people without a fridge. They didnt even really look at the problem. This is the problem when dealing with companies that service home warranties. I called a different company ( Greenleaf Appliance Solutions)to pay out of pocket and get same day service and repair. I guess when they make so much money off the home warranty company it doesnt matter if the customer is happy with your service. As a Realtor, who whose business id based on referrals you can best believe this company will never receive a referral from me.
Never again. Yes sir I saw you locking up your shop as I parked 20 mins before closing time and you didnt even have the courtesy to ask if I needed help, you just ignored your customer with a locked shop during business hours. The place on Florida street was happy to have my business. I will never spend my $$$ here again if thats how little your customers mean to you. PS I just needed a simple start capacitor.
Take these reviews as a warning! Incompetent is the best word to describe this business. I read the reviews and still tried them since they are local. Big mistake. Waited a day past the week they said it will take for my part to come in. No call from them. I called and Ray said he dropped the ball and didnt order the part after he gave me a big story about why the part will take a week, where its coming from, etc. Ordered the part online from a company in Florida, cheaper and it was delivered in 2 days.Sucks when you try to support local businesses and they dont care.
Perfect place to go! Ray & Richard are fantastic! They make it a point to get your part when you need it & call you on status when its coming in! Found me a hot spot & will use them from now on!!

This company sucks. They dont come in and do a complete diagnostics and when called out on a mechanical issue with the appliance the so called technician doesn’t have a clue. Poor customer service and they rip off your warranty and charge fees for service and work un done. Diagnosed my fridge in record time less than 5 minutes. I will be blasting their company on social media and downloading discussion between myself and technician. I do NOT recommend this company please look elsewhere. Oh and the good reviews are from families related to technicians not real customers. Big time scammers. Totally not on point as one would say.
Poor service. Unreliable appointments....In my first miserable experience with AAP, they no-showed for the initial appointment, then showed up 30 minutes after the 5 HOUR window expired on the follow up.. Then had to wait two more weeks for them to order the part and come back out. All for a keypad on a dishwasher.This week, unfortunately my home warranty company referred my claim to these guys again. Suffice it to say it has been another less than stellar experience...first they couldnt come for a week, then at the last minute they call to say they need to reschedule and Ill be the last call on the new day. When I declined to reschedule bc of the short notice and previous experience and then insisted they keep my original appointment, the RUDE person on the phone was completely unhelpful and said he wished he had never called and hung up abruptly and with the status of my appointment unclear. Thankfully I was able to call my home warranty company and request a new vendor.
Ordered a part from them it came in, the problem is trying find out when they are actually open dont belive the hours they have posted showed up twice during business hours door locked not ooen called a third time nope no answer. Advice do not use them they are a joke!!!!!

I should have read the reviews as soon as American Home Shield assigned them to us... They are in no way in a hurry to help you, when I tried to reschedule due to an emergency, they said they couldn’t come back for 5 days! So I told them I would keep my appointment, but Richard (rude) canceled it anyway. Needless to say, they are not getting my business.
Terrible customer service. Had to give 1 star just to inform you all to not utilize a business that does not put customer service FIRST! This business does not support the Military members for scheduling.
After multiple failed attempts to call Sears Parts & Service and getting a busy tone or just no answer. I decided to call AAP. They answered on the 1st ring, they had my part available and put it aside for me. I drove by, picked it up and done.
