They didnt answer the phone. They have stock, I figure to just stop in.

So this place doesnt repair blenders, man on phone got offended that I asked if he repairs blenders. Well I also have two washers and one dryer that need repairs but due to rude response from him I will take my business else where.

I called them to come take a look at my washer. I had an old front loader. The same day I called them about my washer they came out within a few hours to look at it . Told me what was wrong, ordered the part in front of me. They had it fixed the next day. They were professional and courteous. I recommend them

Never buy from this place waste of money. The washer and dryer pair broke after 4mos they ignored my calls for help. Then say its only a 3mo warranty. Look at reviews and do research before buying any appliances from any place. It just wrong hiw they treated me. They are also never there on site and say they are out doing jobs. You call and wait so long for them to arrive. They like to respond to your bad reviews but really they are bad and will continue to get bad reviews until they change their attitudes.

0 star really never there. They have you wait like an hour then they hand pock the ones that work overly priced for refurbished appliances. They break down right after their warranty. Then want to charge you more than what you paid them originally. Dont go here!! Youve been warned

Great customer service, no pressure and helpful. Prices are reasonable and they have a good delivery service. The young man who I dont remember his name was positive and professional. It would be nice if they had bigger collection. They are doing a good job.

My appliance issue was fixed the same day, price was reasonable compared to a different repair shop. I feel the owner and his worker were very professional and efficient. I hope my appliance continues to work properly.

They Fixed my Samsung dryer at a great price! Honest and fair. I rated a 4 because I Had to call him a few times cause they didnt tell me they werent working on 4th of July so I was waiting and nothing. Either way they came the next day and fixed it. Thanks!

Call for estimate on stove. They came out to look at stove. They damaged screws on my stove top to open and look but where not successful in opening stove top. They told me to buy a new stove or it would cost me money for paying the damage they did on my stove top and replace any other parts they would damage and pay for the parts that i really needed and then pay labor . Then they try to charge me for coming out here and damaging my stove further. These guys had no clue what they where doing. Plus they try to charge me $25 to come out here after they damage my stove further. No shame they should have repaired what they damage then maybe ill pay them $25. I called for an estimate not for them to damage my stove top further.

Over charges. For a part, he wanted to charge 4 times the price ! also told me hed be at the shop in an hour, went by and wasnt there. Called him to see if he was on his way said hell be there in 45min. Wasted my time and gas.

Poor customer service. Sales person very short and abrupt. Not willing to help and is fine sending business someplace else.

Guys came out same day, inspected my oven, turned out it was just a breaker issue. Guys just charged me for call fee. Will definitely will be call for all my appliance needs.

They didnt show up when they said they would, and didnt call back when they said they would at all. (twice!) This may be because I am on Lackland AFB, and they couldnt get passes (Im not sure why) but it doesnt excuse not calling back or coming the next day when they said they would.

Terrible experience. Called ahead to buy a dryer. Got there at 3:30 all locked up. Wasted time and trip. No way to run a business.

No one is there at the place. I dont see how they havent got robbed already. We were there parked for like 20 minutes looking around for someone, calling them and nothing. As far as Im concerned, this isnt even a business.
