Had to grab some parts for new appliances being delivered and installed tomorrow. Was a bit overwhelmed as a new home buyer about what I needed and the right stuff. Amanda I believe was her name in appliances helped me out. She was extremely helpful and nice and made me at ease I got the right stuff. Will come back again and look for her for her assistance. 10-11-2021 around 630pm.

The customer service staff at this location are masters of the online order universe. This Home Depot Location is impeccable in overall cleanliness, organization, and overall customer satisfaction.

Loved their garden center, easy to learn what grows well locally, whether in shade or direct sun. You can order plants from them, theyll tell you when they arrive and are ready to pickup.. I find this to be a handy and great supplemental service.HD Staff? No Problem locating a red jacketed employee, willing to walk you to the shelf in the Aisle for items you wouldnt find. Now Thats Customer Service.Has handicap parking spaces, but not enough. Had only 2 motorized carts. A bonus: cute shopping cart with a little child- sized steering wheel built into the handles of cart. Cute.

Customer service at Return is 5 star, but customer service at Appliances is a zero to the left

Great store. Lots of products and helpful ideas. Can be difficult to find an employee for help. Thats pretty normal everywhere it seems. Also seem to be experiencing some product shortages like a lot of other places. Overall a great place to shop

Mary at this location working on 7-7-21 in the Home and Garden section was absolutely phenomenal. She may not have had all the answers to my questions but she was honest about it and just goes to show you how far honesty and having a kind soul goes. You dont need to know everything, you just need to know how to treat people and that is what she has Mastered in.Thank you once again Mary for your help! : )

Major issue between what the website, computers and stores say are in stock. After getting the run around from several other Home Depot locations, the Dezavala was awful, we just gave up and went to our closest store for face to face help. The young lady, Keli (I hope I spelled it right) and a young man as well, were wonderful! They were just as frustrated with the system as we were and experienced the same long holds on the phone from the other stores. We were in a bind and needing these supplies for our contractor or pay more for him to wait on them. Keli was able to explain to her Manager and was able to get them shipped to us in time, to our home. She went above & beyond and we cant praise her enough!

Always friendly & dont give me a hard time like Lowes does over my military discount.

Its Home Depot. Ive been to hundreds. This one ranks in the top 100. Its Home depot, not a Cafe. Given the choice of three in the immediate area, I choose this one. Regularly.

The customer service is terrible! Jakob had to have been the most disinterested employee, except that it has been the majority of my experiences at this location. Luckily another shopper was able to actually help me. An employee a week before tried to get me to cut my own keys, he unlocked the machine and walked off without further instructions! It is not a self service kiosk, but luckily another employee broke the mold and was actually helpful (he made my keys).Home depot tends to be a good store, but this location is pretty terrible.

A perfect home Depot for this area. Need to stock more items as there are many out of stock items.

The store is clean and shelves seem to be neat everywhere; I didnt notice misplaced items. Staffing was about right, maybe just a little on the sparse side. Bathrooms needed attention, but they were functional.

If you want to save yourself a headache and time, do not go to this Home Depot. I will be writing a letter to corporate tomorrow. I have been coming to this Home Depot multiple times over the weekend for a job we are getting done and I cannot believe the service this store gives to its customers. I also asked for the manager, Carl, and he never came to assist. As a matter of fact, he never met me. Horrible store! Go to the one on Sunset!

Called and confirmed that a wheelbarrow was available in store and asked them to save it for me. The person on the phone took my info and said the wheelbarrow would be held at customer service. I arrive a few hours later and the wheelbarrow was not there. They do not have it. Gigantic waste of time. Went to Lowes instead and got what I needed. Gave 2 stars because the head cashier was helpful and did all she could. Otherwise would be 1 star for utterly wasting my time and gas.

Friendly staff and service. No more headaches asking friends for help with a pick up truck. For $20 I walked in rented a cargo van to move out of a storage unit. Voila! Everything fit in one move and I had the van back in an hour. The unit had a/c, low miles, backup camera, and was easy to maneuver. So thankful for this service! Highly recommend renting this as opposed to the headaches of anchoring stuff down to the bed of a truck.

My husband got me a mirror that I’ve been wanting for so long now but we didn’t check it before we got home so when we opened it it was broken I was devastated but my husband inserted on taking it back and exchanging it. When we arrived the next day the people were so kinda and helped us right away we felt so thankful l. Definitely recommend this place for your needs

Paint department is one of the slowest. Apparently they can only work on one order at a time. While the paint is mixing for one order the can’t start a second?I left for ten mins to give them time to fill my order only to come back and they hadn’t started yet it because they couldn’t remember how many gallons I wanted (two).

All employees are helpful..but Ricky really went the extra mile for me. I was stranded with a flat tire...Ricky helped me find what i could possibly use..w funds real low..another option he suggested ..was to take his break and change it for me. Wow, I normally have really good service here but had a really bad experience today with a really disgruntled employee at the Spring Branch store...Al on the loading dock needs some customer service training and an attitude check or Ill need to find another hardware store.

Home Depot does not carry appliances parts cords and hoses do not count

I needed help from someone. I couldnt find anyone, so I called the store and asked them to send someone. I waited 10 minutes and no one came. I called again. Waited 10 minutes and no one came. Another customer was able to help me. Help from a HD employee never arrived.HD used to be very customer service oriented. I think this is how they grew and put Home Base (remember them) out of business. Now help is nearly impossible to find.

This is so far the worst Home Depot store I have visited in San Antonio and New Braunfels area. It is typical of this store to be disorganized, dirty, and with fewer supplies products when compared to other HD in the city. Dont trust when you go online and see they have a product available at the store, many times the product is not available, or if any employee needs to find it in the storage area takes forever due to the lack of organization in the store. If you need help and it is a weekend, or the store is pack with customers pretty sure you are not going to be helped at all. Unfortunately, this is the closest store to my house but I prefer to drive a little bit more to the Home Depot located around 46 Hwy. which by the opposite is the best HD store in town.

Most of the time this store seems to be out if stuff I am in need of. Homedepot also doesnt do a great job with its app. The app kept saying that the items are available at store, but apparently they were not.

Store is the least clean, most disorganized, and the least handicapped customer friendly among the HD Locations i do business with.Often one can’t find parts because they are all mixed in a same location.It is difficult to find a cart for handicapped customers by the entrance. The reason I would use this type of cart is because it is painful for me to walk. Then after walking to where the carts are often they are barely or not charged at all, and not even plugged to an outlet.I would well recommend the Bitters & 281, and absolutely my favorite, for all the reasons stated, the one store in Bulverde. I t is pleasure to shop at these stores.

Employees talking amongs each other and when you ask them for help they end up not being helpful and seemed to get bothered. Went to walmart instead. Ill just skip HD and go to Wally world. Only good thing going for HD is its stock.

I was very frustrated with the Home Depot on San Pedro they where rude and did not help me with my purchase. I Came to this location an Matt from appliances was super helpful friendly with my purchase he came all the way from his department to just help me in the floor department. He deserves recognition from his supervisors top and beyond excellent work Matt!!!!!

Although, previously I had poor experience at home depot. Lately the quality of service has been very good. This is definitely what can make the difference between where I go.

They now have in home serves and will come to your house for a/c and heating repair through well fix it and there in store associate is just great

Home Depot is the nearest hardware store to us and is pretty much my go-to for a lot of what I need for home projects and fixes. My only negative is that there is often a lack of staff to ask questions and you have to go without or hunt one down. This is a stigma HD has vs. Lowes and competitors, and it is not without merit. Id actually prefer Lowes if it was closer, primarily for this reason and more in-stock items. Otherwise, great source for all home projects.

The curbside could have been easier, but I was glad to have gotten my item without getting out of the car.

My water softener was very low on salt this week, so I went to the HD web site and ordered six bags of salt. Im not as young or strong as I once was, so I requested curbside pickup. Notice came by e-mail an hour or so later. When I arrived at the HD lot, the pickup area was easy to find, and it was quick to notify HD that I was ready to pick up: Click the orange button on the e-mail and enter the parking place ID. In three or four minutes, a young man came out with a cart containing my salt, and loaded it in the back. The process has been simplified since my last pickup. Good work!

Busy store, had what I needed, just traffic and people not knowing what to do with the construction.

With the pandemic, I have been placing curbside orders to reduce exposure. However, the Home Depot app has some bugs where items show in stock (IE 40+ available) in the store, but they got canceled from my order due to being out of stock. Unfortunately, they do not have a “substitution” option like H-E-B. I called the store to ask about my options and Gina went above and beyond to help me add replacements to my order and to my surprise, even comped me for the inconvenience. I really appreciate when companies go the extra mile to make customers happy, even though the pandemic and app developers are out of their control. ;) thanks Gina!

Its Sunday and the place is busy as an angry fire ant mound thats been kicked ... OPEN MORE REGISTERS!!Found everything I needed ... But wish youd wake up and make masks optional🙄 ... Social distancing is a joke with that many people in there!

Dont know why I continue to shop at this Home Depot on 281 and Evans. Have been there a few times in the last two months and the saw always seems to be out of order This is never an issue at the home depot on 281 and Bitters .

Overall the store is clean and usually plenty of product. Staff at registers are lacking most days, but are friendly.

Lots of kudos to Carmen Cruz and Craig for their excellent service. Carmen went out of her way to assist me. I left with the item I needed.

Handicapped discriminatory.I parked closer to the door and put up my placard just to have a store associate knock on my window and tell me to move. He stated I could not park in that space because it was their Curbside pickup location. I kindly advised him that in the state of Texas with a valid handicapped placard and I have the right to park there regardless of what they want to designate it as. He then began to raise his voice and told me “it’s not a handicapped space and I need to move my car or get it towed”, which I told him was illegal. I asked for a manager and he told me No, and refused to get his manager. He then yelled to someone (who later turned out to be he manager) near the door that “This lady is refusing to move her car”.He then looked around, found a man legally parked/idled in a disabled space and ASKED HIM TO MOVE to have me park there...I then called the manager from my car who proceeded to apologize to me but didn’t walk over to speak to the associate who threatened to tow a handicapped person who was legally parked. To make it even better, they didn’t even have the products I was looking for! They should really not threaten to tow handicapped vehicles when there aren’t anymore spaces and not attempt to intimidate people. Btw, this was all recorded on my dash cam so if there’s any question about the validity of this review, please feel free to request the video!

Every.single.time. That I come to this Home Depot and need assistance I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get any type of help you handle this Home Depot is closer to my home I will no longer uses Home Depot I would rather drive to the Bulverde Home Depot Where I do get assistance when I need it
