I’ve been doing business with this location for sometime already. Raul is not a very good on returning calls. His customer service skills are in adequate. I would not recommend doing business while he is at this location. Not recommended at all.

Never had a problem with them I make my payments on time. They explain that if Im late I will have to make double payment and never had one problem with them. They provide great service

The manager Mike is awesome and help u out on what ever he can,,its hard to find a kind person,, he listens and understand,,,

Worst place ever, they dont care if they take money out of credit cards that are not authorized to be takin out of and there response was as long as you pay we wont take out of the card thats not yours. This is considered stealing because its under someone elses name just used it once to make a payment cause I didnt have a card at the time. Never ever dealing with these thieves again

They seam to have nice appliances, furniture and electronics, just havent informed myself with anyone there, usually just browse.

Overly priced items made out of particle board. Other rental items such as couches are poorly designed. Washers and dryers are small and TVs are no names. Do not recommend !!!

At first, I was going to give them a high star rating, but because of TODAY, that was definitely the last straw!Sometimes in life, we fall a little behind in our finances, because of how the world is now, and Im pretty sure I can speak for most people on that. Yesterday, I called and spoke to a guy to let him know that my husband and I will be making a payment this week for a t.v. that we have been renting with them. I called there after 6 and asked if they can work with us and that since weve been renting from them, this is the first time that were a little late.I was assured that as long as I take in a payment this week, he can work out the rest with us from there and he was cool with it. But fast forward to the next day at 12:11 p.m. which is TODAY. So the same guy that I spoke to come to find out, he pulls up in the Flexi truck with a clipboard in his hand and had the nerve to tell me that he was trying to see if he could collect the payment from me today and this was after I already verbally communicated with him to re-assure him myself that we would make a payment! Why would you still come to MY HOUSE in broad daylight asking for the payment when weve already reached an agreement about it yesterday?!One thing about me is that I do NOT LIKE BEING HARRASSED! Youve already came to my house yesterday and left a note and Ive contacted you to take care of business!I dont like what they stand for! How can you be flexible when it comes to the terms but you go back on your word and take it upon yourself to show up at MY DOOR WITH THAT TRUCK! Why not just drive your personal vehicle to do that?! So its like youre looking to get the t.v., too! Youre not putting your customers first when youre harrassing them in the afternoon about something theyve already settled with you!If this happens again, I will be contacting his manager or going even higher than that along with my husband! I wouldnt even rate this place 1 star. My girlfriend and I would pay on time til some things happen(which is life) and we told them as well. We did pay on next check. Anyways we are a day late and they go to our jobs and to our house which is extremely annoying!!!!!!! They tell us we need to have our bank account on file WHICH WE DONT!! Then tell us if we are a day late then we need to pay double payment for the next month due to them changing policys and that there names are now called Buddys not flexi. I never signed a policy for that which is just BS. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
