Best furniture buying experience. I was switching states and they made it easy and convenient. The staff was very helpful and the price was great! One of my chairs was scratched and they replaced it within a couple days. I am very thankful for their help and service. I will definitely be going back. I recommend them to anyone!

I ordered a very nice King Mansion bedroom set from this store. Joe and Rudy were so nice! They kept me informed of shipping and delivery. When the delivery guy arrived at my house to set it up he was very careful and mindful of the walls. (Which I appreciated). After unpacking my bedroom set a couple pieces were damaged from shipping. (Not from furniture warehouse). Rudy immediately made arrangements to get replacement pieces. Love my beautiful bedroom set! Thank you Rudy and Joe! I will be back :)P.s. No prices posted online so Ive called the store to get info I needed several times & nobody answers the phone. You cant even leave a message either because the voicebox is full. Next step ask for a qoute online. Have yet to recieve a phone call. Wish I wouldve read reviews 1st I wouldnt have wasted my time.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THEM*** They took our money quickly and easily but when it comes down to getting help they dont help you! I paid extra for insurance service and all you get is the run around. We needed to see our original receipt because the carbon copy is not legible for the insurance and they will not even show us our original receipt. Please DONT buy from them they will not help you. There is a sales person name Joe and he will not help us and all he is doing is giving us the run around. BAD BUSINESS! I will let everyone know about this place.

My husband and I walked in looking to purchase an item we had seen on the website. The gentleman was helping a customer at the time so we just looked around the store for other items we might like. After we saw that he was finishing up with the customer ahead of us, we walked back over to the counter. The gentleman never greeted us. We waited until he made a phone call and all. We slowly walked to the front door with out him saying a word. At one point I thought he was trying to get our attention but silly me they didnt want my business. Never will set foot in this place again.

Upon purchasing our new furniture we asked for because the floor samples were badly damaged (Warning #1) they told us sometime in the coming week the shipment would be delivered and we would have to pick up. Wanting a good night sleep on our bed that we had been waiting for, we tried assembling it and turns out that the foot board was missing. Here we go calling back and forth for Joe who wasnt in and didnt have any information about our sale (that HE did for us) and assured he would call Rudy to let him know of the situation, and with luck Rudy WASNT even there for the next 2 days. If it wasnt for constant calling we would not have received a phone call or our floorboard for probably another week. When we finally received our missing part to our set we noticed that even though we asked for it new IT WAS STILL DAMAGED! Our dresser has a huge scratch across it and the foot board was OBVIOUSLY dropped on the corner. Joe then continued on to insult me and called me una delicada. Never again.

I wish I could rate this place with negative stars. My wife and I came in and purchased a sofa and a loveseat from them to be delivered in two weeks. We put a deposit down to hold the couches and came in two days later to pay the rest off awaiting delivery. Cone delivery day, after calling in to find out what time the furniture was to be delivered three times; we were met with no information what so ever, being told that it would get there when it got there. My wife and I both being in the military took the day off for this, waiting for them all day long. Finally, late in the evening, a sales associate, Adam, called us to inform us that they sold our furniture to someone else, and that we could order another set that could be delivered 7 days later or come in and pay extra for a better set of couches. To add insult to injury they told us that we would be required to pay a restocking fee for furniture they never delivered and sold to someone else, and then wouldnt even give us a specific date on when it could be sold. Im surprised this business is still running, literally garbage salespeople and horrid business practices. They way they treat military is horrible, I would highly recommend that you NOT purchase anything from this place, as they are an absolute nightmare. Not only are they liars, but they have horrible customer service and do not own up to their mistakes.
