Got to give a shout out to my great experience at Audi Dominion. I found a vehicle I wanted online and reached out to the dealership. I was promptly communicated with by Patrick P. I need a few pictures of the vehicle I was interested in, and he sent me both pictures and a walk around video.From there he kept in constant communication with me. After setting up an appointment, I came to the dealership and was warmly greeted by Cam and the vehicle I was interested in was pulled with my name on it.We took the vehicle for a test drive, they took a look at my trade in, and one of their sales managers came and went over the numbers with me.After some very brief negotiations, we came to terms and went and met with Ross in the finance office and was very professional.All in all, a phenomenal buying experience. Cam was amazing, managers were non-pressure, and was in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Audi Dominion, especially Cam.
The staff you’d call “Salesman,” don’t sell anything to you. They give you insightful information, statistics, & facts, while still speaking to you like a normal person who happens to be looking for an invaluable, beautiful vehicle. I worked with Jazz, or rather, Jazz worked with me during my time at Audi Dominion. There are a ton of positive adjectives I could use to describe Jazz and the conversations we had, as well as the experience, but I’d run out of characters. Jazz is the perfect person you want to go to, especially at a luxury dealership like none other. I never felt pressured, confused, or frustrated. The buying cycle doesn’t seem to exist at this dealership. They’re just here to get you what you came to get. Moreover, you have a team of people working with you, for you to get you the car of your dreams. Every single person, from Jazz to Kyle and in between, treated me with dignity, respect, kindness, and integrity. I don’t think I’ve ever met so many great people at one time. The paperwork signing portion with Claudio was exactly what it needed to be- no pressure, kind, informative, and welcoming. I’ve never felt more welcomed and appreciated by a group of individuals who did everything they could to ensure my time with them was enjoyable and deserving. The cherry on top was the big red bow!!!

Great customer service indeed!!!! I’d like to thank Mr Landry, Mr. Martinez and the finance mangers for such a pleasant experience. I walked in the dealership and within a few hours I was on my way home with a super clean vehicle. Trading in my car was super easy. I have had both excellent and fair service at Cavender Audi Dominion. The actual purchase process of Q5e PHEV was excellent. The salesmen (more than one) I dealt with had a range of experience from minimal to a wealth of knowledge. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and make the car buying experience very positive. The floor manager did his best to provide me a good deal offering me a $750 military discount, which is not well advertised. However, the sale manager, who I didn’t meet, knew he had a car in high demand and would not budge on MSRP. I’ve never paid MSRP and had I not known the value of my trade-in I would have been out additional $1,000+ I get it, it’s a premium car with a premium price. I found another Audi dealer who would sell me a Q5e for less but they did not have the color or options my spouse wanted. Additionally, I may have paid less than MSRP but I would have spent what I saved in transit cost. Be prepared to haggle, do your homework and know that if you want it be prepared to pay for it because someone else will; a sign of the COVID-19 and chip shortage times.
Best Experience ever!Gabriel the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions so completely. It was as if he read and memorized the entire manual for my Q3.Also, we had limited time because my husband had an appointment on his business calendar and Audi was able to get us in front of a closer in record time.The entire team was able to communicate effectively and work together smoothly.I will buy from them again and you should too!
Ms. Mojda always takes care of us! She is always prompt in returning calls (if needed). She is professional, nice and always makes sure to discuss what was taken care of on my vehicle as well as any other needs or concerns. I never feel pressured to obtain extra services she might let me know are available. I can always trust she is looking out for me and my vehicle first.
After totaling my previous Audi, I thought I’d never find a deal as good as that one. José Luis made my first purchase from Audi Dominion a perfect experience. My experience at Audi Dominion was nothing short of exceptional. I was a first time buyer and went in feeling pretty nervous but Gabe helped me out from start to finish, all while I was still undecided and trying to make up my mind! I wish they had a 10 star rating. I contacted Audi Dominion in San Antonio which is 300 miles north of me because they had the car we wanted in stock. Little did I know they also had the best customer experience I witnessed when purchasing an automobile. From the first words of our conversation their representative, actually ambassador, Aaron was totally at my disposal and performed an iconic job of fulfilling, beyond our expectations, the sale and product support. As usual, Audi Dominion makes getting ones car serviced as pleasant as that experience can be. They provided me a Lyft when it became necessary to keep my A3 for longer than expected. They updated me with an informative video and necessary calls along the way. No pressure sales. And the service reps are always at 100%. Audi Dominion, from Rick to every other position, is an organization imbued with quality.
My last visit at Audi Dominion was splendid, Ric Caldera made me feel at home. He is the perfect example of a great worker and why I keep coming to Audi Dominion.If you’re doing maintenance to your car go with Ric, he’ll take good care of you.
This has been an interesting experience to say the least. In under a week of ownership I have dealt with service, parts, sales, and finance at this dealership. I would leave a five star review for service and parts. The gents I have dealt with have been superb. I also feel horrible, because they are the only two people whom I cant remember their names. Sales and Finance were a bit more slippery to deal with. The younger sales guy I had, Hector, was green and didnt really understand all the features of the vehicle, but he was kind and willing to get any answer I asked for. Then came Joey, like the baby kangaroo he said, who ended up doing the dealing on the price. I feel like this is where things get slippery. At no point during this process was I made aware the vehicle I was purchasing only had one key available, nor was I made aware that the MMI was inaccessible due to faulty USB ports. Maybe that isnt part of their however many point inspection process. Then onto finance. I specifically asked to pay for the extended warranties on my credit card, because I knew I would have a few days to review the fine print. This is where Fabiola got me, she was slick. They took my credit card payment as cash down instead of as payment for the extended warranties. I should have paid better attention to the paperwork, and caught the mistake. I guess I just thought the finance person (Fabiola) would have done as I asked. All in all mixed feelings on this purchase. When I contacted Brandon about cancelling the warranties he was quick to respond and told me to drop by whenever and they would take car of it. When I went in to cancel the policies I was smugly told by Ross it wouldnt change my monthly payment....to which I told him to do it anyway :). I also found I had to be specific in exactly which policies I wanted to cancel, all didnt mean all to them. Perhaps he couldnt see everything I had purchased. I will probably utilize their service and parts departments, but I wont ever buy a car from them Audi Dominion again. All in all its a mixed bag for me. I do like my car, and I will fix everything myself in time.
We worked with Sam Sanchez and he is super great! We initially went in just to see what an offer on my trade in would be like having purchased the vehicle just last year. We went in and had already done some research on their website but Sam was able to make the process fairly seamless! The great part was that they were able to work with us and give us a fair amount for my vehicle and get me a great monthly rate! Still super happy with my Audi Q3 purchase!! If I plan to purchase additional Audi’s in the future we will definitely be returning! Sam was amazing and the staff was extremely friendly! Including the financial service woman who assisted us!! It was a great experience!
Professional, quick, and friendly! I had called another dealership about a similar car and was not contacted back, Audi Dominion picked up quickly and I had an appointment set within minutes. Robert was my salesman and he was a gem. Had the keys for the car ready and was ready for all my questions and was very efficient in telling me the details about the car. Robert was able to get me in and out without me being there all day and I didnt feel hassled or like I was getting the run around. Very happy that I went to this dealership.

Bought a 2021 e Tron from them 2-3 weeks ago. Very happy with the vehicle but unfortunately there were 2 major things that keep me worrying. First the vehicle did not come with an owners manual then I found out while looking at the spare tire/ trunk area that there are things missing for me to safely replace a flat tire. The sales man was fantastic but it is apparent that the car was not inspected thoroughly prior to sale. The manager said that since it’s a Pre owned car that the manual is expected not to be there and that he will give me one once a manual arrive or I can get on line. For a luxury car, that is not quite acceptable. I have driven German cars most my adult life and this is pretty disappointing. I took a picture of the tools carrier and it is apparent, things are missing. I will call the sales person again to see what he can do about the missing tools.My sales person made it right. They ordered an owners manual for me and explained to me what I could possibly be missing did not come with the vehicle. All in all it’s been a great experience.10/02/21 Christian, my sales person is awesome. He pulled through for me. 2 thumbs up!!! Got my manual today.

I have been with Audi for 4 years. Their service is excellent. Each time I just made an appointment online, went there, checked in, got a loaner car if needed, then received a video report, made decision based on the condition, waited for their job done, and came to pick up the car. No hassle and the job was well done. The service advisors were always kind and friendly. Very impressive.
Didn’t expect as much repairs needing to be done as there was but Bryan Gonzalez went the extra mile for me and helped get things under control and taken care of at a reasonable price. I really felt like he was behind me and doing his best to take every Avenue possible to help me out with the repairs. Standing ovation for the customer service at Audi. The entire staff there is really hospitable. Thanks again Bryan for you extraordinary customer service to me. It’s not an easy thing to find in this day and age but Bryan brought it !!!!

I recently visited Audi Dominion and ending up leaving with a Q5 and it was one of the best experiences at a car dealership I have ever had. My intention was to just browse their selection and get a feel for the environment as part of my research into the purchase of my new vehicle. I worked with Josh Landry and his sales manager, Patricio Ramos, both of whom were very knowledgeable of the operations of the store as well as the cars they had that would best fit what I was looking for. Josh and Patricio helped me every step of the way with straightforward communication and helped get me to the price I could afford on my new payments as well as a more than fair price for my trade in. Usually finance is just part of the experience you unfortunately have to go through, but I got Claude as my representative and he answered all my questions in detail and helped me decide on what warranties were best for me without leaving me feeling pressured for coverages I didnt need. If I could give this store & the experience I had 10 stars, I would. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Audi Dominion and these individuals who made my experience easy and enjoyable.

I have had many experiences throughout my adult life with buying a car and the process you have to go through, I’ve never looked forward to this! I thought this situation would be no different! Unfortunately my Mercedes broke down right before I could pay it off and after I got into an accident and it would happen to me right before my kids go back to school and when I’m already struggling financially for the first time in awhile. I was blessed to get Ariel Esparza at Audi Dominion to help me!!! He was the most professional, most clear and helpful salesman I’ve ever met! He not only was able to work with my less than perfect credit but also my down payment, while the numbers were being worked Ariel had already found an SUV that he felt I might like! I was blown away how perfect it was for me and I didn’t even go into detail about what I wanted! I was so happy with his choice that I didn’t want to drive the others options! I completely trusted his choice and I was able to drive it off the lot in a couple of hours and not miss work or miss a step with my children going back to high school!!! I’m so extremely grateful for Ariel and the staff that helped me and my daughters! It was seriously the brightest moment I had in awhile!!! Thank you thank you Ariel! I hate going to a dealership to buy a car. Cant stand it. They were really good at reading me, and didnt mess around. Cut to the chase, made everything easy, and we agreed on a price that worked for both of us. This is a very high-end and luxurious dealership, and I was likely buying their cheapest used car on the lot. They treated me like I was buying a new R8. Felt very appreciated. Dealt with Fernando (sales rep) whomever the floor manager was, and paperwork dept. Liked all three folks, and would certainly recommend this dealership.
I had a great experience at Audi Dominion. From the moment I arrived, Hector (sales rep) took great care of me. He answered all my questions, and genuinely listened to me. I also spoke with Patricio from the sales office and also had a great interaction with him. Although we didnt ultimately go with Audi (went with a whole different brand altogether and a dealership in Houston), I wanted to give a 5 star review because the experience I had was far, far better at Audi Dominion than anywhere else I went in San Antonio (I visited 6 dealerships).

I bought an awesome Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon they had at the dealership. The vehicle was in great shape at a fair price. Omar Rivera was such a wonderful salesman to work with. He was on top of everything, not pushy at all, answered all of our questions, and was super welcoming and kind to our kids. Ross Bernal in the Finance & Insurance department finished out the deal. He was incredibly quick to get everything together to complete the purchase and thorough in walking me through the details. While we werent there to purchase an Audi, we were given the same level of attention and customer service!

I hate to car shop as much as the next person, times ten, especially as a woman, but this experience far exceeded my expectations. My salesperson, Yolanda Yesildag, was AMAZING to say the least. Being new to Audi, she listened to my needs and expertly suggested a perfect fit. She was never pushy, tried talking me into something more expensive or made me feel uncomfortable negotiating a fair price for the vehicle I wanted. I left there not only loving my new vehicle, but appreciating all that she did for me because I had the BEST car shopping experience. If you are in the market, I strongly recommend you go see her.

Our Sales rep Maverick was nothing short of phenomenal. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. As we inquired between the SQ5 and Q7 and the various options between them Maverick stayed himself. After looking at a particular model on the lot hed ask what we liked and didnt like, and then take us to another model that fixed our dislikes. There truly was no pressure from Maverick to pick a certain model. After about 5 hrs we settled and completed the paperwork on a 2021 SQ5 Prestige. Highly recommend Maverick to anyone looking purchase an Audi, and will be back to see him soon to get out of our 2021 BMW X3.The dealership itself was very clean and nice. For it being a luxury dealership it was nice to see they had a childrens play area to occupy them as the parents car shopped. The dog parks were awesome to see as well!
We drove 90 minutes to see a Q7 at this dealership after talking for weeks with salesman Jose Castro. He setup an appointment for us which we made only to find out he isn’t at the dealership. He hadn’t told anyone what we were looking for and we had to start the process of explaining our needs all over again. How can you set an appointment and not show up yourself?!Just the customer service experience made us go 10 miles down to Mercedes and sign on the dotted line there cause when selling me the car I expect you to make the effort - these are premium luxury cars and the Q7 prestige we were looking at was 80k+. When your customers are making an effort to work with you any salesperson should do the same.The dealership seems huge but definitely ask for someone who isn’t Jose Castro. He isn’t worth working with.
I found our car on TrueCar.. and Aaron called me immediately after I inquired about it, and set up time for me to look at car. When arrived he set us up with Derek Pool to assist us.. and I have to say, I have always hated dealing with car salesmen, but not this time! Derek was awesome!! Appreciated the fine customer service and overall experience with Bryan G. as my service advisor. Being able to watch and review my multipoint inspection provides a better understanding on what specs or parts need attention and what the cost estimate(s) might be with the portal system offered. Love the Audi I bought here last year. Its insane! I brought in for service last week and service here is top notch. Kristen got me all set up with my finicky list of demands I gave her. I had an oil change, a new tire, and a dent pulled. I also asked to have my entire engine bay detailed. Kristen was so good to me and communicative. Everything was done by the next day.

When you drive up to Audi Dominion there is always someone right there to see what they can do for you. When I arrived David was there to greet me. He was a great salesman I bought my A6 from him he took his time with us showed us different cars answered all our questions was not pushy he was excellent. I worked with Davin in sales, and it was the best possible experience I could have had. He offered excellent communication throughout, and kept in touch with me about vehicles coming in to help me finally find the perfect car. Great experience overall. I bought my Audi SUV last year, and I couldnt be happier with it! The staff was very friendly - my experience with Aaron was very pleasant. Just like all dealerships, they will try to sell you a lot of options that are in my eyes not that great of a deal. For instance, the maintenance package will not cover my alignments or some other basic maintenance tasks. I wish I knew this before purchasing it. Nonetheless, I am far less satisfied with Audi Financing in general. Unfortunately, they will not accept credit card payments on site over $10k, likely related to the fees charged by card issuers (understandable). Mainly, I do not recommend using Audi Finance for your car loan. I received a 3.99% interest rate with a 800+ credit score, high salary and no active debt. I only realized that a year later (today). The finance agent had confirmed it was at 2.99% upon signing, and I trusted him as it was past 8PM. I called today to renegotiate the interest rate down but they were adamant about refinancing on my own (not with them). Not a problem: re-financed in one click with RBFCU at 1.95%, but not a great business model on Audis side. The centralized finance department has mentioned this is local dealership decision as many offer that option, so it may be worth trying North Park just for the purpose of it. I overall recommend this dealership mainly for the friendliness of the staff, but you clearly can find better deals around when it comes to financing.

Welcome to the Scam dealer1. They don’t show the actual price on the online in their website. Surprise 12. They don’t show the actual miles on their website even though it says it is updated 7 days back with 2400 miles more approx. Surprise 23. They say that car is serviced before signing the offer, and ends up saying it is not necessary at this point of time and it is not serviced. If asked, “I didn’t promise you that service is completed” Surprise 34. You should definitely take their financing with minimum of 3.63%, even if we get approved for much less price with another bank.5. Cannot get custom License plates with this dealer. You end up paying twice for License plates if you need one.All together if you love to drive an Audi, drive 100 - 150 miles more and get the car anywhere else except here.

Amazing experience! Dave M was fantastic. We called about a used Jeep on a rainy Saturday night a few hours before the closed. He was professional and helpful and told us we could still come in. He was patient and worked with us and our two crazy kids. Perfect sales person not to pushy and very respectful. The gentleman who did our financing was amazing too! Not pushy just right. I can’t remember his name (I just had it and it slipped my mind). A fantastic experience all the way around. We got the same experience as someone buying an Audi! I would highly recommend Dave and this dealership to everyone!
Have a Q5 with less than five thousands miles. Called the service department this morning at 8:32. I was on hold for some time so I decided to leave a message which the recording gave an option to do, and they would call back. I left a message with my name and number (number given twice). It is now after 6:30PM and no one has returned my call. I am not really impressed with their customer service. Oh and I did call the main line and was transferred to the service department; again on hold too long withno answer.Update: I received a call this evening from Kyle about this issue. Kyle was very professional and helpful. He was attempting to get to the issue of why my call was not returned. I appreciate the call back from Kyle and it tells me their customer service is better than I first thought.
Ricardo and the entire staff were amazing. I had tonhave a warranty repair and it couldnt have gone smoother. My next vehicle will be an Audi from Dominion. Their customer service is second to none.
