At first, my husband and I were hesitant about going with this company because we had never heard about them. Jason was the representative that came to my home and explained the security system and informed us that they were local. I was honestly very skeptical in regard to our very long list of must haves and wants for our home security system. I wasn’t sure if the price would meet what we needed it to to ensure we got everything on our list. We met with Rosemary and provided her our NEED list then our want list. She ran through the entire process with us, educated us on the system, especially with having young children at home. She gave us different scenarios and took the time to explain everything we had a question on. Her professionalism and knowledge is outstanding. I first had reached out to APEX when I needed to have my water filter system changed out. The technician that came by was very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to. During the freeze some components had broken and i text the technician that helped me out he stopped by and checked it out and said they needed to order the parts. Of course I wasnt the only one with issues so he was pretty busy. I was grateful that he made a quick trip. Once the part came in came by and got the unit running as normal. Always offer great customer service and gets the job done. Even offer a discount when you pay in cash.

Showed up late for my initial quote. I gave my exact address with the name of my complex; whomever showed up at the complete wrong complex. I was directly across the street and they still showed up 22 mins late to be exact. Mind you my appt was scheduled for 245pm and 300 pm. Punctuality is the most importance especially when it comes to a potential customer. That said, I hope this company takes this into consideration!

Jose from Apex was very helpful and took very good care of our water purification system! Due tp the freeze in February, some of the pipes broke and we could no longer use the system. It wasnt under warranty but Apex was recommended to us when we called Puronix. We definitely plan to keep Apex in mind for any future repairs or services to our Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System.

My journey with Apex Smart Home Protection was interesting from the day of first contact to the day of agreement to the day of installation to post installation. For those interested in a long version read on and for those who want a short version ....experience was very good and you should give them an opportunity.I first met some of the Apex Smart Home Protection crew at the San Antonio Alamodome Home and Garden Show 2021. Demonstrations of what they have to offer were great at the show but I leaned more towards the CCTV security cameras since my current setup was outdated. Crew was charismatic and this visit ended with a business card from Mike Decker.Beginning the following week I called Mike Decker to discuss what I was looking for in CCTV cameras and location of installing. Later that day we schedule a conference call with Mike Decker and Mike Thompson to discuss in details what CCTV cameras fit my needs that could replace my dated system. We talked about a PTZ camera and how this particular camera has many customizable feature for the individual need. We ended our conversation with the potential to modernized my outdate still functional 25 year old alarm system.Several days has passed and more questions. Once again I had another conference call with Mike Decker and Mike Thompson with my additional questions. I felt totally satisfy and decided to proceed with the work. We agreed to replace and install security cameras including adding the PTZ camera. We also decided to updated my old security panel with Qolsys IQ Panel 2 Plus with takeover wired/wireless module.On day of Installation I received a call from Jesse with an approximate time of arrival. He was on time and began the work. Installation and updates went smooth. When completed all systems were double check to make sure communication between cameras and NVR were properly setup and to make sure Alarm system was working properly. Jesse was very knowledgeable with user interface of the panel and the NVR which made it easier to understand. Finally, Jesse helped with apps set up on mobile devices for remote access.A day after installation and setup, I received follow-up calls from Apex.I will not make this review longer but will finalize by saying ...I never felt pressure in any way to buy or use any of their services. What I like the most about APEX is how they listen to their potential clients and suggested what best fit their needs. As a bonus, the location (Coastal Bend of Texas) for this particular job was welcomed and not challenging. If you are in the market for, Modern Home Security System, CCTV Cameras, Home Animation, Audio Media Services etc I highly suggest you give them a call and give them an opportunity.

Installed in San Antonio, 3 months after it was installed someone broke into our business got him on camera and police identified him and his stolen vehicle, you need decent internet to use the app but everything is backed up on the dvr a little clunky for the novice but dooable. Everyone you deal with is very professional and they don’t mind helping you.

Tony, Jose, and Juan provided fantastic service and were very informational. I never felt pressured and was fully educated about the choice I was making for my home. Now that everything has been installed and weve been using the water the past three days I havent used lotion once and my hair is way softer! The dishes I used to hold water are spotless since theres nothing in it to leave a ring or spots (of course) ... I am amazed. I’m happy to have my water softener installed from Apex. Brittney was very knowledgeable about the system itself, San Antonios water quality along with personal health issues that could potentially be fixed with the use of cleaner water. She gave great insight on the original water quality vs the water quality after the softener system is installed which helped me understand what type of water I had before and why I should change that. The Apex team is very professional and I can’t wait to reap the benefits of the system.

The sales team was not pushy nor did they insist on any particular quantity of a product. They simply asked questions and sized it to the home. Their installation team was out in a few days and completed the install in a few hours. The team was courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves.The system installed and the associated apps have operated without a glitch. I have called the team to ask questions and they returned my calls in short order. I will use them again for solar.

Jose Rodriguez was absolutely amazing! He had all of the qualities you want in a customer relations specialist that built trust immediately with the company and product. He was respectful, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the water softener we needed for our home. We had a lot of water softener companies vying for our business but we were impressed at how he answered all of our questions and recommended the right water softener for our needs (not the most expensive)!!!
