Someone recommended United to me YEARS ago, and I bought some parts from them and was very pleased with the service, price and availability. I always said I would be back when I needed someone like them again, and that happened this past week. They were wonderful. I am very comfortable with them. They care about sourcing quality parts, and no one even comes close to their prices in almost every case (and then you have to wonder about the other companys quality when you do find a better price). They guarantee their parts and will even take something back if you find that you didnt need it after all.

Very friendly staff, Ricardo. who are very helpful, a large selection of parts at very reasonable prices as opposed to the high prices at the dealer.

They had the part I needed at a great price. It isnt a box store, so it took a little bit longer than at somewhere like Autozone or Napa. The workers all seem to have a family like rapport with each other, the grumpy brothers and sisters kind, which makes the wait entertaining. If I need to get more parts soon, I will be going back without question. Just wish they were open on Saturday.
