Workers are amateurs and don’t know how to get a job done without breaking something else. They don’t know what they are talking about and just say “no we can’t do that we need these specific parts.” You probably have a better chance doing it yourself following a YouTube video.

Went to take my tundra in for some new tint and thought they had to remove my old tint so I was priced for a removal and re tint. Come to find out I had colored glass and they kept it honest and lowered my price.. just honest people doing honest work. Great job.

The work is pretty descent depending on what needs to be done. I’ve been there on different occasions. They did an excellent job on my car alarm. However my back windshield tint wasn’t done that great in the first place. So now I have to schedule an appointment almost TWO months away to have it fixed. My biggest problem is the owner I guess or the manager. The same guy who has an attitude everytime I go there. When I called to schedule an appointment one of his staff told me just to come in when I suggested an appointment in the first place. So I show up and the owner wants to argue instead of apologizing about his staff giving wrong info. Absolutely no people skills!

This place has great and friendly staff. I went in to see about having some inserts installed on my jeep, Daniel I believe was his name was super upfront and NoBS when explaining to me the amount of work that needed to be done. He was very kind and knowledgeable about his work and the most important fact was his honesty. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Though I had to postpone the job until a later date this will be the place where Id go no doubt to get it done.

Bought a new stereo system and on driver side there is no sound. I went back and the guy said there is nothing wrong. I dont understand theres no reason he could just changed it out to bad they have a good star reveiws.

Great work, deceptive pricing. Got my windows tinted this weekend. Car looks great but they charged me 150+tax even through their sign up front says “99 dollars most cars”. I drive a Camry so I don’t see why I’m not “most cars”.

I had a wonderful experience at California Kustoms! Cisco was so friendly and professional. He needs a raise. Exactly the customer service experience any company would want their employees to provide. He genuinely enjoys his job and people. Not only did they do a great job with my window tint, but Cisco popped out a dent in my bumper for free, that had been there for 3 years. I didnt even ask him, just asked about where I could get it replaced. There was another employee there too, who was friendly and said hi to my dog. So that makes him awesome. :) Thank you, Cisco!!! Small acts of kindness go a long way and have ripple effects.

Got windows tinted, they were a bit busy but that did not stop them from doing a great job. Tint looks awesome and have not had any problems, no air bubbles or anything. They guarantee their work. Definetly going back to get other vehicle done as well.

Not sure about all the bad reviews here. Ive had 2 vehicles tinted 5% and had no issue with either one. I spoke with Johnny both times, he was real cool, told me that if I had any problems to save my receipt and just come back to get the tint fixed. I still have the receipt in my car but have never had to go back.

Had to fix my alarm on my truck everywhere else wanted to put a complete new alarm system. The guys at California kustoms just reprogrammed it and I was good to go. Saved me about 700 bucks. THESE guys are awesome

I went to install amp and subs, they were very upfront with price, at first had concerns about tech hes young but he impressed me with his ability to get work completed in reasonable time, was neat and professional. Told me what to expect with equipment I had, originally I doubted ... Josh knows what he is doing .going back today and plan to keep my business with them. Especially after owner gave me alternative to what my objective was for my car, he actually saved me few hundred bucks on unneeded equipment including all. Customer for life, even if hes across town

Went Friday to get subs installed in my 97 blazer, spoke with Johnny. He is a great man who helped me with finding the right equipment that was in my budget and I am very pleased with the audio and bass in my car now. I am planning to go back to have some tweeters installed very soon.

Took a car there to get the windows tinted and there was some miscommunication on how dark I wanted the windows. Went back the next day and they retinted the back end of the car WITHOUT argument or discussion. Ill definitely use these guys again.

I had issues with my alarm that was installed by the previous owner. Had no clue what kind it was so I went to mother windows tint first. And he basically told me he couldn’t do anything for me unless I knew what brand it was. After telling mwt I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO LOOK FOR. He said well I can’t help. I shoulda have just gone to California kustoms first. I walked in and JOHNNY took care of it. Got a better alarm than what I had before. Sooo satisfied with them !

I went on 9/13/13 to get my windows tinted. Everything looks good with the work minus a scratch they made on the new tint but its very small so no biggie. But the service is garbage. They do not do returns or refunds. But thats not the the biggest issue. I was charged $150.00, but they ran my card for $1.50 and then another transaction for $148.50. Ok no real big issue, but then on 9/28/13 while looking at bank statement the reran my car for $148.50. This transaction was done on 9/27/13 and it was entered manually and my bank states the card and owner were onsite, which I wasnt. They refused to look into it, Help me, and straight out refused to talk to me about the situation. My advise is to NEVER GO HERE. STAY AWAY, you may pay less at first stop but they will get their money in the end. Filed a complaint with BBB.

They installed lambo doors in my camaro. The gentleman advised me to bring it back for door readjustment when needed free of charge since they installed it. Took it back and they wanted to charge me $340 for one door!! These people have no people skills. They act like they doing you a favor. Worse business Ive been to. California Customa acted like I was bothering them. They try to intimidate you with thuggish attitude. Give them 0 stars!Went to USA Motors Sports and they did it for $95 with great attitudes. USA motors even guarantee as long as I own car. WOW! It pays to shop around for good service.
