Definitely recommend. Unfortunately my front bumper couldnt be painted because he recommended it be replaced if i plan on keeping the car. Anybody else would have just done the job and taken the money. That shows integrity in his character. He did, however, wet sand and clear coat my headlights. His craftsmanship is seen by how well he pays attention to masking, detailing, and cleaning up after the job is done. I definitely plan on getting more worked done in the future from him.

Chris did a great job and for a great price. I quoted $1300 to paint my front bumper and the scratch at the rear. Chris did the job in less than a day for $500, highly recommended!

I guess I wasn’t as lucky as everyone else. When Chris first came out the bumper looked terrible after his first attempt to paint it. He faulted using the wrong type of clear coat and said he can’t be at his best everyday. He offered to come back and wet sand the bumper to improve the end result and it did, but it still wasn’t great. Chris said that’s as good as it’s going to get. Unfortunately, in this process my fenders and hood were covered in over spray dust and had to be clay bared and polished to get it all off. I called and left a message regarding all of the overspray, but he never called me back. To make matters worse the paint is already chipping from the front bumper. If I had to do it again I would have paid to have it done at a body shop, which is probably what I’ll have to do anyway.You get what you pay for! I would recommend this for a lease return or when you plan on getting rid of the car.Chris,I didn’t think it was necessary to text you after calling you and leaving a voicemail message. You had a missed call and message to see I reached out to you. I’m not interested in calling, texting, and emailing to get someone’s attention. Not to be rude, but you are monitoring your reviews closer than your messages. Allowing you a third attempt to get it right didn’t seem like the best idea. If you want to stand behind your satisfaction guarantee and really learn from this experience you can mail me a refund check. You know the address and phone number. Wow! I can’t tell you how happy I am with the job Chris did on my bumper. I am very OCD about paint on cars and notice every detail when something is not right. Called Express Bumper Repair and scheduled an appointment. Chris was timely and very professional. He fixed two vehicles that I had and only recommended necessary work unlike most placed these days that try to talk you into more than what is needed. Chris did an excellent job on our 2009 Toyota Sienna. The 2 front corners had scrapes and one rear corner was mashed. A couple hours later it looks like new and it cost much less than replacing one bumper skin. I highly recommend Express Bumper Repair!

Best car repair experience I have ever had. I had put off the work because I thought it would be expensive. The repairs were less than my insurance deductable. I wish would have called these guys a lot sooner. It is this simple: submit photos of your bumper and they will follow up with a quote. No one came close to their price (one company quoted me $1000 more) and needed to keep my car for 3 days to do the work.
