Bj was great to work with always kept me up to date on what was going on with my truck. Understood my concerns about my upgraded parts.. I hope nothing happens to my truck again but if it does ipac is the place Im going, as long as bj is still there lol.

Ive had work done by them in the past for minor damage to a rim and they did a pretty good job of fixing it up for me. The bottom tiles underneath my car that helps reduce the sound to the undercarriage was damaged from The Storm recently and it took a couple of days for them to get the parts. But once they got the parts, they told me it would take about an hour to replace them and it took about an hour for them to get the parts replaced and have me on my way. They do very good work and I would recommend them to anybody.
After attempted theft of my truck, which broke the ignition switch, it was towed here by the tow company that the police use. They would not answer my phone calls for the following several days nor return voice mails so went there in person after 4 or 5 days. They wanted to charge me something like $200 for the tow (1.3 miles, probably not their issue if they werent skimming) plus I believe $125/day storage plus a service charge of around $200. They had done NOTHING to the car and the reason it was still there was because they wouldnt answer my calls. While Im standing there, the guy starts to search for the parts to fix it and comes back with a list of parts including an ignition *coil* (underhood electrical part) instead of a switch (the part you put the key in). When I explained to him his error, he said he had a buddy who knew all about cars and hed call that guy to get it right. OMG.Take your car here if you need to be ripped off and have no work done.

Don’t take your car here. Communication skills are horrible. Very horrible . My car was supposed to be ready 3 weeks ago. Everytime I asked when will it be done, they tell me “next week”. Been sayin next week for a month already . Just ridiculous at this point. Regret taking my car here to get fixed . Haven’t had it for 3 and a half months
Let me start by saying I was a little hesitant to come here, because I have had bad luck in the past with body shops taking too long, paying too much and with the end result being terrible. So trying a new place i had my doubts, but IPAC body shop was recommended to me by a colleague. From the moment i went in and was greeted by the Manager Roy Diaz, it went good from there on he explained to me the process and was very informative on the repairs it would need. When i left my vehicle there and had an employee by the name of John take me to rent a car, he was very attentive and well mannered, kudos to him. Roy Diaz did an amazing job on my car and it took less than a week and i am very impressed with the care he took and the courtesy update, he was very professional from the 1st day and wanted to just say Thank you for all yall do, keep up the great work and i will definitely be telling my fiends and family about IPAC Body Shop.

Took 3 weeks for a 1 week job. They couldnt even paint the entire hood and didnt align the bumper and the fender. I will not be going back to any IPAC business again

It took a while to get my jeep repaired after someone hit us...Around almost a month we got our car back. Car looks like new, no problems so far. It takes a few calls to get answers/call back from the person managing your case. Girls in front very helpful and polite.

Although I wasnt too happy with the lack of communication throughout the process, I was VERY pleased with the results! My truck honestly looks brand new. The repairs were done within the timeframe provided by the advisor. Aaron did a great job at advocating to have all the work done on the truck that I wanted, and ensured it looked its best. They even gave her a wash. Id recommend IPAC any day.
I have nothing but good things to say about this shop.The customer service is exceptional, from the girls at the front desk all the way up to the manager, Mr. Diaz. They treated me very well from the moment I first walked in until the day i picked up my vehicle.They were spot on on the time frame they gave me. They told me 2 to 3 days and sure enough they called me two days later to tell me it was ready. Even if they would have taken a few extra days I would have been fine with it. Id rather get a job well done than a quick rushed job.My pick up came out looking like new. Thats not hyperbole. I was extremely satisfied with the results. I couldnt believe how my truck was badly damaged just a few days ago and now it was perfectly fine, like nothing ever happened.Id like to thank Mr. Diaz and his crew at IPAC Body Shop for the job they did on my vehicle. IPAC Nissan...Worst body shop ever!! If I could give zero stars I would. My girlfriend purchased a vehicle from this dealership brand new, and had to give it back for a factory repair almost immediately after getting it. They had her vehicle for over 78 days, so it was a relief when she finally got it back. It rained the morning after she got it back for her to then see the inside of it drenched from the rain. She returned it that morning to find out that they didn’t seal the top. After about 5 days later, she was called in to pick up her vehicle. It was filthy. Whoever worked on it not only left scratches, but mud on and through her new vehicle, no one checked the condition of it prior to calling her to pick it up. Now she’s there again one day later, and nothing is completed. They literally do not care and gave her excuses as to why her car was scratched while in their possession. This is unacceptable especially for someone who has been a Nissan customer for years. To purchase a brand new vehicle in the month of August 2018, and still not able able to enjoy it. It’s less than a month until 2019. This is horrible customer service! Careless.
I’m not sure why they have a low score. They did some extensive work on my car in 2016 and did a great job. It looked brand new. The staff were very friendly and the service was done quickly.I’m here again in 2018 and they are still really nice and professional. Andre is helping me this time and he’s really thorough and friendly.I went to Ancira before I came here and as usual their front desk staff were rude and not welcoming. That’s my experience every time I go there and I only go for estimate. They have never done the work.I would recommend IPAC if you need body work.

Car was towed here after an accident I was in. They immediately started to charge me storage fees the first day it was sent there, before they even gave me an estimate on damages. They are very rude and do not even know there own policies. In the end I decided to move car to another shop. Weeks later I got a lien on car stating they charge me for fluid spills and glass they had to pick. The nerve of these people!!

Took my car in to get serviced, the first time was a wait. Really long wait so they loaned me a temp and took 5 days after saying it was gonna be 3, they gave the car back and everything seemed fine. Month later a hose busted it started leaking(last check up they said they replaced a hose) So I take it back, Im greeted with no respect by a lady who I didnt catch her name, she then commands me to hold up and hands me over to a guy who seems less interested in helping. He says itll take around 3 days (funny right lol) and I ask if I can get a temp, he says my sales person has to do that, I go in and ask for him and hes not there. I go in the next day and tell him what I was told, he sends me back to service, service sends me back to him. The run around gets me to just say forget it, this is day 2, day 3 nothing no call or anything, this is day 4 I called and the lady had an attitude, transfers me to service, he says that my car isnt even there or checked in, ask me to give him a minute hell call back, the service center is closed and that call took 45 minutes spent more time on hold, he never called back. Tomorrow is day 5. Buying a car here is forced and after you buy the dont care about you. You cant even pay your note there. Go somewhere else take my advice.
Hey Paul, you really need to learn humility and now you have made your crew appear incompetent thanks to you. You worked on my brothers black mazda and you missed some pretty obvious things. First off, the hood is still bent, if you compare it to the side that wasnt hit, its very uneven, the window washer fluid hose is broken and the cars alignment is still very very off... Ill will speak to the dealer about on this and let them know about how you didnt really care to take care of an airforce soldier who is a quadriplegic. Attached are 3 images since I cant post a video of the alignment. One is the driver side of the hood as a frame of reference and then the other is the passenger side where you can see the major difference.
Too many things not done right . When they replaces my back fender they didn’t adjust it right so now it’s not flushed with the trunk . The deal on the convertible top was not replaced so my car got wet after it rained . Now it has rattling noise on the front where the latch is for the convertible top. I wish I would’ve found a different place .

Unfortunately, over the years, Ive had to use a lot of body shops and mechanics for various automotive problems. However, Ive never had service as incredible as what I received from IPAC Auto, and especially from Darrell. We were traveling through and were staying in a hotel in the area, when an urgent issue came up with our car. Not only was IPAC able to take care of it, they did so quickly, and with an incredibly high level of professionalism that Ive not seen rivaled anywhere else. If you have to take your car to a body shop, anywhere in the San Antonio area, theres no way you could find a place better! Thank you Darrell and IPAC!
So it flabbergasts me that when I have a known recall issue for a jeep wrangler and a issue with a speaker I get advised that it takes 7 to 10 days to diagnose the issue to fix or tell me what needs to be done. If a vehicle is under warranty and I have to get a sensor replaced and a speaker I would think it would take a day maybe 2 max depending with volume of vehicles at the shop but 7 to 10 days is ridiculous.
Can I give them zero stars? They have kept our car for over three months, have not kept our insurance up to date on repairs, and consistently give us the run around on what is happening. We will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone. DO NOT trust them with your vehicle.
Avoid this place if you can. Kept my car for over a month. Keep saying they are ordering parts for the mazda. My mazda was one month old since I bought it from IPAC. Did a terrible job and I have to go back the next day after I got the car fro them to actually align the door. You think they would do that when they change the door. Poor communication. No one o that office knows why is going on. They have the front staff ladies go through the file of what they fixed and when you ask a question they have no Idea why? You have to wait for the service manager. Unorganized and poor customer service.

I needed a simple estimate for repairs on my vehicle and receive the run around for nearly thirty minutes. This is unacceptable to say the least. I can say they have lost a potential long-term customer.
Do yourself a favor and avoid IPAC’s service department. I dropped my Jeep off for a repair on Monday June 25th, 2018. I was told on Friday that it would be done by the end of the day, yet they did not complete the service until Tuesday July 3rd, 2018. As soon as they gave my Jeep back, I noticed the center console and glove box were broken into. I had locked both before leaving it at the dealership for service. All my things were scattered around the front seats and floorboards so it would be impossible for them not to notice. Even the Officer that came out for the police report said they had to have noticed how all my belongings were thrown out. Along with the damage, multiple items were stolen. I immediately notified my service advisor who claimed it couldn’t have happened there. I then proceeded to talk to the manager, who denied accountability but said they would do me the “courtesy” of repairing my center console. I have yet to hear back about the repair. Not only that, the original repair I took the Jeep in for was not fixed. There’s still a leak on the top even though they “fixed” it.A year ago I had taken my Dodge Challenger in for service, they kept my car almost two weeks and when I received it, it was infested with ants. Turns out a mechanic had ate a 20 piece McNuggets and stashed his leftovers under the seat. The service advisor called me a liar and said it couldn’t have been them, I spoke with a few managers before they took any responsibility on the matter. The only reason I went back to this dealership is because I do love my salesman, I have bought multiple vehicles from him in the last 7 years but their service department should definitely be avoided at all costs. You’ll come out with more problems than you went in.

Lack of communication is Probably on top of the list I have to call every single time to get a update and they never return my phone call when Ive left a message. My family vehicle has been with them going to be 2 months. I REGRET BRINGING MY VEHICLE HERE. They should have decline to accept my vehicle if they were that backed up. Ive read other reviews and I agree with all the low ratings. I could go on and on. I wish I couldve avoided IPAC. Took my car in thinking the dealer would fix the car the best after I had been crashed in to and they took the car no problem. So 2 weeks go by and I havent got any word on my car so I decide to call and ask and Im told that theyre working on it but it wont be ready any time this week (that day being Tuesday) so I say ok fine it understandable then finally 3 weeks later I get a call car is finally ready on a Friday so I go and get the car looks good and is working. Later that night Im going down a street that will lead me to the access ramp of the 151 (for those of you who arent aware their is a very high traffic volume at the 151 to get on to the 410 freeway) so Im pressing down on my brakes and I hear a loud popping sound and immediately feel my brakes go out on my vehicle so luckily Im able to pull the emergency break and skid to a stop right before going in to traffic. Scary right? So I call the next day and leave a message. Never got a call back so the following Monday I call again and let them know what happened. First they tried telling me to bring the car in and my response no its petty hard to drive a car with out any brakes. So they tow my car back in and still no word from them. They even tried telling me on the phone if this is a part of the claim or the car is still under warranty itll be covered... well duh its going to be covered they took apart the front end of my car and took off the brakes. They even told me they had to replace a strut which is part of the suspension and holds the tire in place. To remove the strut you need to take off the brakes. Im not a mechanic but Im also not stupid. Well see what happens when I try calling them again tomorrow. To make it all worse I had a rental that I turned in so I could get my car and noe Im car less... yay
They have had my car since Thanksgiving weekend of 2016! It is January 25, 2017 and not a damn word from them unless I call them.. but when I call .. all they tell me is that my adviser is not available! I drive by this place every single day because I work a block from them... and my car has NOT been touched! State Farm has already paid them.... WTH? Horrible service.. when you call.. they act like you are bothering them! They dont return calls and obviously they take their sweet time on the repairs! Now I am scared because I am reading all the reviews o Google, Yelp, Yellowpages and even the Better Business Bureau... and they are all horrible! Wish I knew this ahead of time!!!!

They are the worst at admitting they made a mistake. Went in to replace a signal light they knocked out my headlights then charged me to fix what they messed up. My advice if taking a vehicle there record that your vehicle working properly before taking it there for Maintanence. They run that place as if they are a bunch of shade tree mechanic. If you complain they circle the wagons to cover themselves and keep their job but ultimately screwing the customer

My personal experience with the body shop was good to be fair since the recent hail storn and historical hail damage in San Antonio everyone has been swamped w work these people took me in on short notice and completed the job within a reasonable time frame (April 25-May 10) but the communication was not there you will have to be on their ass everyday along with my insurance company USAA which were also dragging there feet its understandable w all the claims from the storm but yea I had to call and call until I was fed up and demanded to speak w the manager Nathan I believe. Once I touched base w him everything was more clear and I was assured that my vehicle would be ready by Friday but no later than Tues. Well it was ready on Tuesday and I had to call and call to get in touch with someone to verify that which was a pain. The job and quality looks great so far and nothing was stolen out of my vehicle like Ive read in other comments so to sum it up understanding this is a high stress scatter brain process for everyone when your dealing w a body shop, supplements, and insurance companys I will say other than the lack of communication in some sequences overall the work was done fast and my truck looks great.
Horrible. They had my car for 3 weeks first week we went told then the issue and they didnt want to hear what was going on. They decided it was the battery when we told them it wasnt becasue we went to auto zone and got it check and it was a very well working batterym. They told us auto zone couldnt support are battery and they checked it twice and it was that. So we said I guess they charged us 375 for the battery and for brackets they said were missing which brackets were right next to battery the whole time but they didnt check that. Well got my car in a week and that next night I had the sae problem car not wanting to work etc so next morning we took it back same person we dealt with and tried to tell her the issue and show her a video of what the car was doing she ignored us and said she would have it send to the back. Well we left a few days went by and nothing. I went by there they said oh yea we are going to pull the car right now and start on it we said ok and left. Two days went by no call no nothing. Went again on Fri and they had no idea what was going ok and it was never check ok that Tue like they said. I sat there demanded to talk to manager . He even said he would work on it Monday morning homself u know whatever they have to say to get u out of there. Mon came they called and said it was the computer module part would come in Tue and it will be done that day. No call went Wed and car hadnt even been worked on but it will and they will work on it and he done by noon nope. Again. Well finally it is done but Im never going back again. Customer service is horrible. And lack of communication sucks also. I called so many times no one would call me back. Just fyi if u take it expect to be without a car for quite some time. And no calls on updates.
I would not recommend this facility to any friends or family. My 2012 Nissan Altima Cpe has been there a month today for front end damage that surely could have been repaired within a reasonable amount of time. I had it taken there because I assumed there was a Nissan affiliation and things would be done timely, accurately and professionally. They definitely ensure that they have you sign every possible protection for them when you leave the car, such as POA for cashing the insurance check and any possible delays resulting in rental costs are not covered by them. They have been paid on my repairs by USAA and cashed the check since February 4. Today is February 26, and the car is not ready! The customer service leaves much to be desired. The contact assigned to my car, Paul, should not be in a customer facing role. Sorely disappointed.Veronica
Worst service does not even deserve one star...When car towed by cops to collision center then they put some scratch or dent so they can get more paint related work from insurance. They do charge OEM parts from insurance but does not put real OEM parts.If anything left in car it 100% will be gone.During repair they never followup i have to go and see.They do not have any system that you can be sync together.I took my vehicle to IPAC though it is nissan dealership repair center but they run individually with one certified license but all mechanic are not certified.Workshop does not have enough space which can cause dent or scratches any side of your car body.They are helping until you trapped in there service, after that OMGThey bought cars from outside and get them repaired by certified mechanic and sell in pre-owned IPAC dealership. but collision cars get repaired by helpers who are not trained and not even have experience.If you talk to manager for the service and missing item then manager will be like i do appreciate for the chance for service we can offer but i can not do anything more then just apologize.Do not go, you would save time/money/extra peer pressure.

Took my car in for hail damage repair dropped it off with a full tank of gas picked it up 4 days later with an empty gas tank and a jacked up window on the drivers side. The guy told me he logged it in as full and they only drove it 2 miles if they only drove it 2 miles why was my tank empty the guy gave me 20 bucks to fill to put in my tank, and how did my window get messed up it took me going back 3 times to actually get my window it fixed.
DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!! From the beginning, we were told that our vehicle would be fixed quicker than our insurance collision center would be able to fix it...THIS WAS A LIE!! Our vehicle sat at Ipac for over 2 months and when we finally got it back, they gave it back with a dead battery and told us to handle it...and to top it off I had to bring it right back because they did a crappy rushed job putting it back together and they didnt install the front bumper correctly! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANAGERS!! They blamed it on being overloaded because of the hail storm...well then dont accept anymore vehicles if you cannot support the business!! The only thing that kicked them into gear with regard to getting my vehicle back was the fact that they had to put us in a rental car and I refused to turn it in until I got my truck back. I would never allow my vehicle to be brought here again and I would recommend that NOBODY else bring theirs here either!! And as I sit here in the office waiting for my truck to be ready, the receptionists and the staff working inside do not seem to care about the complaints they are getting via phone.
My car had multiple issues when they said it was done. Big disappointment...... car came back with dings and stains..i could start and drive it without the keyfob....the lack of communication is unprofessional. I could go on....update....18 months later...i was hit on the same side they repaired...found they repaired my rear quarter panel with over a 1/4 of bondo and multiple rust spots. The car has 19k miles...unacceptable....

Had an accident and the car was fixed by IPad body shop..when I picked up the car I was told that any thing that happens to the parts that was replaced will definitely be fixed by Ipac...After 2 weeks of driving the car I noticed a couple of things that was not done right...I called, left messages nobody got back to me...drove the car to the shop only to hear that the car needs to be dropped off for at least 5 days...the rental will not be covered and the work might not be covered either..

This shop is a disaster. I had my RAM 1500 repaired there and they did a horrible job from paint to using old damaged parts and charging as new parts. Stay way from this body shop at all cost. Youll be very disappointed if you ever decide to repair your vehicle there.

I have my personal reasons... maybe other people have had better luck but as for someone who was involved in a hit and run and didnt get a chance to call anyone they sent my car to this location. Unaware of their prices Im now having to pay almost$700. What Im tryingTo understand is how they come up with their administrative fees. $275 for what. They made one phone call and Ive gotten so many Ill give you a call back and Im waiting....
