This is the second time Ive gone to Procare. I was very impressed the first time. But this time, not so much. Rhe work couldve been better. But its not real bad. It is decent enough for me. However, the staff was really courteous and respectful to me. Clarissa the intake person was super nice and knowledgeable. I want to thank everyone for all they did for me. But I think that next time, I will probably go to another company.
If I could give my experience with this place a zero star I would. My husbands car was fixed at this bodyshop because progressive recommended us to come here. My husbands car was fixed here over 3 weeks ago and having issues with how the gaps look on his truck and the fact the paint doesnt even match. The whole time the vehicle was at the shop Shawn didnt even bother to call us to give us an update. He stated he called us as well to let us know our vehicle was ready to progressive and it was not in fact ready we ended up getting our vehicle back 4 days after progressive told us we had to return our rental. When I went to pick up my vehicle the young lady in the front desk didnt acknowledge me or my husband. She looked to be on her cell phone. When I let Shawn know about our complains we met with his manager Adrian and told us that this is what the insurance paid for and thats all he could do. I will never come to this place again. Progressive needs to get better people to work for them.
Would have given my experience a 5 star if my vehicle would of been returned cleaned, they washed it but I could see dirt streaks like if they washed it in a hurry and was dusty inside but over all the repairs and communication by Clarissa was good.

First I want to say I am very happy with the work done to my husbands vehicle. Second Clarissa did a great job and kept us informed at all times. She answered any questions we did have. I would recommend this shop and work with Clarissa as she is a sweetheart. This is my second time getting my vehicle fixed here. My second experience here was excellent!
Place needs more parking i took my vehicle here to get fix. While being there sumone hit my truck in park8ng lot no where to park. Horible staff rood as hell
My sons car needed body and mechanical repairs. Including the air conditioner. The car was taken in before the new year’s holiday so understandably a delay. However a few times the wrong parts were ordered and no one called to tell us. We have had cold weather so we hadn’t run the ac and today we ran the ac and it doesn’t work. Again the car had to be taken back. Absolutely the worst service and the worst experience. I do not recommend anyone take there car for service at this location.
The shop always kept me informed of my repair status through texts. The only problem I had is that it was hard to get through to them when I had a question, as the line was always busy. But I have used them before and if ever I need to, I will use them again. Great work!
First time coming to procare. After coming in to get an estimate to pay out of pocket, Clarissa took care of me right away and was able to leave my car that same day due to such a good deal on the repair. Great quality work done at this shop and great service.

I dropped off my vehicle at this location because it was one of the few that was listed as an in-network service provider for State Farm, and because of its proximity to my work. I dropped off on 8-21-20 with an estimated date of completion being 9-14-20. I thought that was a little far fetched considering it was not major work, just scratch and dent repair. They notified me that parts needed to be replaced, but retained the completion date. When I called for an update, annoyingly, they always stated we are putting your car back together. Implying that my car was in pieces. This is the 4th time I have heard that statement. We are 11 days past the estimated date, my car is still being put together, and I have no clue when I will get my car back. When I called today, my car was being put together and no one was on site to give me any accurate information. This experience has been frustrating to say the least. I hope this experience takes a positive turn soon so I can update this review with a silver lining.Update: No resolution. My car looked good. Broken parts were left in the back of my car and vehicle was super dusty, as if my car had been left exposed to the elements.

Did not have my car ready on time, they kept getting the wrong parts for my vehicle and would never call me to tell me it was going to take longer then expected. I had to keep calling the manager to get information on my car and when I got my car back my horn didn’t work so I had to take it back.
They do great work, and take pride in their work. Our truck was a lot cleaner picking up, than dropping off.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP, THEY STEAL PARTS OFF VEHICLES. I called to advise that I was picking up my vehicle. Conrad advised me that I am welcome to pick it up whenever. I accepted and he called me back a short time later informing me that the car was missing the bumper and a headlight. He even had the audacity to coyly say that I was going to have to get it towed. Keep in mind I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday, August 13 to have Progressive assess extent of damages that were minimal. All of this is a shock in itself, I had already informed Progressive that I was going to take the vehicle to get it fixed elsewhere. Now I am mysteriously missing parts that got recycled and cannot find. The shop is partnered with Progressive, as per their claims representative. Though the vehicle was deemed a total loss, I accepted to take it and get it repaired elsewhere. The shop stole the custom 2017 front bumper off my 2013 Cadillac and claimed it was part of the loss, I have pictures of the damage and it was minimal to non-existent. Everything that was stated by Conrad regarding procedure is FALSE. No parts should be taken off a vehicle is nothing has been signed or released to the insurance company. Please make sure to be constantly updated about your vehicle if you take the risk and be very aware. I unfortunately, have been part of total losses prior and they cannot do anything with the vehicle if nothing has been signed and much less if the vehicle was taken to be repaired and not to be considered a donor car. Please save yourself a headache and do not take anything to them, they are not trustworthy.UPDATE: Though Conrad apologized and informed me that immediate actions were taken to address the situation that occurred. It still does not make up for the bad experience and the blatant violation of trust that occurred. I in fact did take my vehicle but now I have to start from zero to replace the costly items that were stolen off the vehicle.
On my second rental. Nightmare started. When paint color was not done correctly. Estimator ramirez was told paint the whole side. Guess what. They did the areas only. Not only that the inside of car had paint overflow and dust all overSo second time. Told Adrian manager to paint the car the way it should of been. Usaa approved both sides to be repaint. Guess what they did a terrible job. Still not. Done right. 20 days later. And still the car is not done rightAvoid the nightmare and don’t take your car there. Dr. Trevino.

My experience was amazing at Procare automotive and collision. They worked well with my insurance and always kept me updated on the status of my car. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. Id recommend anyone and everyone go here for auto body cat needs. Herman was exceptional at getting back to me every day until I was back in my car. They are a Very knowledgeable and credible establishment.
Just picked up my vehicle today and have to say that I am extremely pleased! Not only did they repair my vehicle in the 2 days that Mike had estimated but they also had cleaned the exterior and interior. And when Joe noticed that my low tire pressure light was on he took the time to check my tire pressure and put air before letting me drive off. My car looks as good as new and I can’t even tell it was involved in an accident. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I am ever in need of a body shop again (hopefully not) I will definitely be using them again.
Top notch service performed by exceptional folks. Repairs were well done in a reasonable amount of time.

THIS IS THE WORST SHOP I HAVE EVER USED!!,, NEVER AGAIN.They never hooked up my light after fixing the fender {Got a ticket for that}, was not ready when they called me to pick it up, there were RATS IN MY TRUCK!! Now there is a rattle in the replaced door. THEY SAY ILL CALL YOU BUT THER IS NO COMMUNICATION, JOE DAVID OVER ALL 1 STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH..... LOZY SERVICE! DONT USE THEM!!!!
Would give it zero starts, but that is not a choice. Just picked up my car this morning and my windshield is broken in. It was not in that condition when I dropped it off. I brought it to there attention and I was told that my windshield was like that all ready. I said no it was not. I asked to see the pics they took. They said the pics they have do not show the damage. Then how can they say it was there. Plus they didnt show me the pics. It called my insurance right away. Since it is a weekend they will get back to me on Monday. Do not go to this place. I am not a liar the damage was done at there shop.

Took our sons truck here to get fixed by Statefarms insurance it was the worst decision ever. The replaced the OEM factory side rails with very cheap plastic side rails that were super cheapo. They didnt even attach them on right after replacing them. They also damaged the inside of the trucks center console as if they took it off and replaced it with a broken one. They didnt even want to fix but told us they could glue it back on. Seriously never take your vehicle here. My advice is take it somewhere else. Someone you can trust. These people you cant trust. Nor do they return phone calls..Worst experience ever....These people that work here claim to have offered to fix what they damaged by saying they would glue it back together????Really???? Glue???? Get it together fix it right or dont offer to fix it at all. I called every week several times a week trying to get someone to call me back and just kept leaving messages with no returned phone calls. Now that I write a bad review they want to follow up please. Do it right the first time and you wouldnt get a bed review.
Took vehicle in for repairs. They gave a quote and time frame. Told them it was fine. They kept giving run around. Attached note to estimate saying problem customer Unsure of the work but they should NOT attach notes calling clients problems.
I had the worst experience with Pro Care. My father and I were an an automobile accident and the insurance company recommended Pro Care as the best in town. Nothing is further than the truth. The shop manager named Alex, promised our vehicle ready on a Thursday morning. My father and I got to the shop Thursday morning and Alex and the rest of the staff blamed other people for not having the car ready. Friday morning Pro Care called me to inform me the car was ready. Once again, my father and I got to Pro Care on S.E. Military drive and the shop manager made an other excuse of why it wasnt ready. I told the shop manager Alex, If my car is not ready, why are you calling me to say that it is ready for pick up Once again, Pro- Care blamed other people for calling me. Alex the manager told me the car would be ready Saturday morning. I told Alex, Arent you guys closed on Saturdays. Alex said yes, but he and the guys in the shop had many vehicles that had to be out by Monday and ensured me Saturday for sure the car would be ready. Saturday morning came and once again I went to Pro- Care and Guess What? My vehicle was not even close to being ready. Finally two days later on Monday my car was ready.I never received an apology for my inconvenience or the fact I had to keep my rental vehicle 4 days longer than I expected. PLEASE BE WARN NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, THAT IN MY PERSONAL OPINION ARE JUST OUT TO COLLECT DAILY STORAGE FEES FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND HAVE NO INTEREST IN GETTING YOUR VEHICLE FIXED WHEN PROMISED. I am posting this review so the whole internet world can read my review and steer clear of this horrible company.

The quality of the work is decent, will wait to see if it will last just picked up my vehicle today 4/24/18. But they allow thier employees steal from the costumers vehicle if you dont take it when you drop it off. They stole one of my charging cable from my Camry. Highly unacceptable. DO NOT LEAVE ANY CHARGING CABLES OR CHARGERS OR CHANGING IN THE VEHICLE THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALLOWED TO STEAL FROM THE VEHICLE AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.
I took my car in to have the back bumper worked on and my trunk realigned after being rear ended. They had quick scheduling and worked directly with the insurance so I thought theyd be easy to work with. The staff seemed friendly (though a bit frustrated with it being towards the end of the day each time I went in) but Herman always has a smile and is willing to help you. I dropped my car off and made the mistake of not being there when they marked my car for existing damage. I have a 2012 so theres a few very minor scratches and small dents from hail etc. I received a text saying my car was ready on a Monday so I turn the rental in and my car was not ready yet, so Herman dealt with the rental and while I was late to work because of this mistake, it was being dealt with so I was okay with it. The next day I get my car back and the trunk is not aligned so Herman takes it to the back and after a couple of minutes brings it back to me. Everything seemed fine and I was in a rush to make it to work so I was going to leave when I noticed this major scratch on the drivers side that wasnt there before. Even Herman said it was a deep scratch and took me to his office to show me the pictures taken of my car which were very low quality and did not show said scratch but Herman insisted it did but that hed patch it up. Again, on the verge of being late to work as my car shouldve been ready an hour ago, I say okay and he takes it to the back where Im assuming he colored in the scratch with a black sharpie because thats exactly what it looks like. Not wanting to deal with them anymore I just took off only having to return two days later because one of the lights over the liscence plate wasnt fixed even though it was included in the estimate. I will never take my business there again and I encourage everyone to go else where. I was told Id receive $50 for posting a 5 star review but it is not worth it. DONT GO HERE.

Never bringing any vehicles here again. They promise your vehicle by a certain date and when that day comes. They will tell you tomorrow. Which eventually turns into a few more weeks.
My vehicle came back looking good as new and they were always very professional.
Herman and his staff were outstanding! My wifes g8 went in for an insurance job and we paid out of pocket the rest of the work. We got her car back it looked brand new. We were always updated either by text or by phone but I never had to ask the status of our vehicle. Two thumbs up... A high give... What ever it takes to rate procare but all in all great job and outstanding service..

Worst place hands down.. I had minor damage to the front of my vehicle. Bumper and hood replacement. Took 3 weeks to complete. They kept giving me the run around on the day of completion. They told me it was ready a week and a half before I actually was able to pick it up and when I would check on it hey told me there was a few things that needed to be done.. the day they finally called to tell me it was ready.. I go and pick it up and my hatch cover is damaged. .y back seat was down all the way to access trunk and my shift knob was messed with..I confronted hermin my advisor and he tells me that they do not go into the vehicle. They will not be held responsible. I told him how did u not go in vehicle if my seats are thrown down and my shift knob is undone.. it takes actual force to unscrew it which I demonstrated and I also demonstrated that my type of shifter needs an adapter to be able to reverse. If I didnt know anything about my car I couldve ran straight into a pole upon leaving the shop. Thank god I noticed the knob and was able to fix it.i finally give up the argument since they are doing absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and denied everything.. I get home and look further at my vehicle to find that my brand new HID kit that cost me 70 dollars was stolen out of my vehicle. I took pictures of it all. The box was left but it was all then out.. I have racing stripes on my vehicle and hey werent completely done. Which is one of the reasons why the told me it was taking long because the were waiting for the last peice to come in..my fog light is pushed out and not fully in tact.. again I have pictures of all of these things and last but not least my car is full of some sort of dirt marks in my interior. . I work for a car wash company and my car is well maintained. Again I did not notice these things because I was so excited to pick up my car after 3 weeks with put it for a minor accident. Do not go to his shop unless you want terrible work and your personal belongings stolen .
Although this is a dated issue, I finally had to make time to post this!! Back in May 2016, I took my Mercedes 300 for body work since a motorcycle had run into my car. Well although the trunk body work was excellent, in the process the two drip molding strips on the roof of the car was peeling horribly (this hadnt been an issue prior). Funny thing is, the invoice reflects they had been removed although they obviously were not. I returned with the car to discuss and was told the damage definitely had not been done while at their shop. Pretty difficult for me to prove otherwise and although I can afford to repair the damage - the point is that I shouldnt need to since this was definitely not pre-existing. I truly hope this helps someone when deciding to visit ProCare Automotive & Collision on S.E. Military Dr. My recommendation is that continue to search for a different body shop. I will also be reporting this to State Farm Insurance since they have this shop listed as an approved body shop. Truly hope this helps someone out!
Totally dissatisfied with final product, and sadly even after my insurance company asked to take my car to the Ford collision shop, they dont want to work on someone else work. The Ford shop said, are you not aware that there work has lifetime warranty on their work. Problem is the hood is overlapping both headlines and Procare manager said it is fine. Not what was said by Ford shop. My car has been back 5 times.
I don’t even want to rate this place a one star! I left my car there for over a month. When I picked it up one of the mechanics stole my challenger logo from inside my car, they stole custom blue lights that I installed in the front and left glue all over my door! I’m so disappointed I chose this place through my insurance. They clearly hire thieves. Don’t bring your car here.

They had my car over 2 MONTHS then they let someone STEAL my car they lied and said that my car and 3 others was taken but come to find out MY CAR was the ONLY ONE STOLEN! They dnt care about anyone all they want is money. And they refused to take responsibility for their actions. They are the COMPLETE WORST AUTO SHOP TO GO TO.

My car has been at procare for over a month going on two. They gave me fake dates when my car will be ready over five times. They ask filling out paper to leave your number and how much time would you like to be uplated on your vehicle. They never called I called them. It was an awful experience and would not recommend it to anyone. As far as quality I am still currently waiting on my car.

Unorganzied . when my car was ready they gave me a call saying I can picked it up and when I arrived they said they misplaced some paperwork so they couldnt release it? Didnt make any sense at all and they would not give me my car after making arrangment to pick it up.

I did an appointment with a guy call MArtin i called up front explaining I was going on my lunch time ( 12:00 noon and I got there just to find out there was no body available until 1pm or later to do my estimate.they seem to do not care about the customers time ....

My brother took his car to get his number fix and they held the car for two weeks to fix and when they gave the car back they told him the head lamps don’t work and they put tape to hold the bumper in place .
