Noone wears mask inside this building just a little FYI other than that the body work was amazing like there was no damage at all. Was kept in the loop about what was happening. Just took a star because I didnt notice a small painted on spot on my window, you dont see it unless my window is rolled down.

I had an accident and came here to fix the paint and body on it along with the suspension. Today is March 18 my truck had been finish since March 11. I had gotten a rent a car at enterprise next to them. Well they never contacted me that my vehicle was ready and its been sitting there. They apparently tried contacting my insurance and gotten no answer but they could of at least contacted me to get ahold of them for them. But no they didnt they been giving me the run around saying they have to get a approval from the mechanic shop to fix the suspension but got denied on the 11th. My vehicle wasnt here as I was passing by to check up on it. So I had no clue where it was at and also enterprise wants me to pay for the 7 days my car was ready. While the procure collision never contacted me at all to inform me my insurance wasnt answer nor my car was ready for this long. Upset that they want me to pay the rental vehicle when it was not my fault at all. Was outside checking on the paint job on my vehicle and saw all employees staring out the window laughing for what I have no idea but pretty sure it was making fun of me and how the outcome was

Outstanding Customer Service and was quick and easy, left my vehicle for repairs and drove off in rental all in same location!

Worst experience! No communication from staff. My vehicle sat there for 4 days I had to call to find out the status of the vehicle and was then told they didnt start on the car because i needed to sign papers. Thank God car has been totalled and I dont have to deal with them.

They were great!! My car was taken care of in 4 days! And it was just faster to take care of because of quarantine, not as much customers were coming through. They kept good communication with me and gave me a great rental vehicle in the mean time while mine was being repaired, But Im not sure if this is something that will be applied to everyone, since this was my first time experiencing a accident and having to go through all this process alone. But regardless of my accident I had a great experience with them and they helped well!

Brought my car in for bumper damage after a little accident and met with Scott Martin. He is very professional and the level of service was great. I love that they even washed my car and added tire shine. I would highly recommend this place.

If I could give a negative start to this place I would, I took my truck here because of a incident they had to repair the back window and clean the interior however they left my truck outside in the rain, when it was time for me to pick it up the interior was soaken wet, they told me to take it to get a machine in the truck to remove the humidity, I showed up and they told me they did not have such machine and that they would call me, I called them several times and they would put me on hold and never answer, other times they would just hang up on me. Dont waist your time here.

They did what they said they would do in a timely fashion and even detailed my car.

Things did not match up work was not done right. They took air out of my tire so it wouldnt hit damaged body.

I chose this place as it has a Geico express repair shop.Long story short, it took three weeks for my car to be repaired. When I picked it up and drove down the street, I turned right back around. The wheel that was damaged was not repaired correctly. You would think the car was test driven prior to calling me. Another issue was a light indicator on my dash. A week later I get my car back, its driving better however the indicator was still on. And looking at my headlight that was replaced, it was not an LED like the original. It was a yet light, you can see it in the picture. This whole process was a month, I had my vehicle moved to a closer location to where I lived and in hopes someone at the other shoo knew what they were doing. I know very little about cars but I do know when poor work is done.... Take a look at the review for the bandera location... Just when they fixed my light issue... They too find a way to mess up. The work done is guaranteed here but I truly have issues trusting their work

I picked this place because of the Geico Xpress Service they claim to have. Not true. Got a call after 10 days that Armada was ready. Not true. Paint job had scratches, I could not close my gas cap tight because the quarter panel was not installed correctly. Paint smudges on handles and on leather seat. Bob put me in a rental for three days to refix and clean. Well after four months I got charged for the rental that bob was supposed to pay. Rental place claims that bob denies I used a rental. I still have a problem with the evaporation vent valve but I dont trust these guys to return to them.I also dropped my insurance company of nine years due to them backing these crooks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My car was towed in on June 28 and didnt get it till july 26. first that there was a car ahead of mine then the guy that works on the lifter was not in till monday then waiting on parts finally it was done but was not able to pick up till they test drive it to make sure it ran good well when my car was towed in it was on a full tank of gas when I got it was on empty and my car was washed out and inside was vacuumed tell me they did not use my car for personal use

Recommended by geico, very disappointed in geico and this shop!!! My car was left in worse condition than I took it in for. My car was dropped off with a freaking joint in the drivers side and reeked of skunk!! This shop has guys smoking marijuana in your cars and working on them too!! Filed a police report and will file a complaint with the attorneys general!!!

Great service, quick and good job

The people are friendly. And they get the job done but it took too long and I had to go back three times to check on my truck and it wasnt fixed right. It finally go fixed right but I shouldnt have to go and leave work so many times and let them know that it wasnt fixed. Poor service when it comes to mechanics.

Took my car to get an estimate on my bumper was told the car was a total loss to expensive to fix I instead ask for the car back to get a second opinion and was told I had to cancel my claim if I wanted the car back and they didnt want to put all parts they took off back on the car just the bumper everything else stuffed in the trunk would never recommend this place and if I could I wouldnt give it a star
