This lady is amazing! Weve used her services 3 times now and will continue to return when needed for scuffs and scratches. She also can refinish clouded yellow headlights. Mine looked pretty terrible and they looked BRAND NEW when she was done with them. 2 years later, they still look pretty darn good! Pricing is very reasonable and she is so nice! I recommend her every chance I get. Some scratches are able to be buffed out and can no longer be seen and some deeper scratches dont disappear completely, but the look of them is vastly improved and makes them MUCH less noticeable. Considering the alternative is a new (and very expensive) paint job, her services are wonderful alternative! The last time we saw her was because we went to one of those drive through zoos and an animal with horns left 2 foot long scuffs/scratches and my passenger door. Thankfully the scratches werent extremely deep but they were very noticeable. I was pretty devastated. When I got my car back, it looked like new! If I get real close, I might be able to see a few inches where one of the scratches was a bit deeper, but to someone not looking for it, it cannot be seen at all! If you are considering getting some scratches fixed with her, Im here to tell you DO IT!

My SUV had several fine scratches from tree scrapes, some of them running the full length of the vehicle. Vandalism is the most annoying situation a person can experience especially when it happens to your vehicle three times in three months and youve only owned the vehicle less than six months..The only reason I didnt stress out this time was because I had Kelli from Quality Sprayless Scratch Repair on speed dial. I took my truck straight to her for an estimate and appointment. Fortunately Kelli had an immediate opening as her scheduled appointment was runnning late. Kelly cleaned up a 1955 Snowshoe white Ford Thunderbird. Cars paint is original and I wasnt sure how much she would be able to do with it. The car came out far better than I expected it could. Could not be happier with the work Kelly did on the car and how well it came out. I took some photos of the car in the shop before it went on the trailer for transport.

I recently had Kelli at Quality SSR touch up the many dings and scratches on my 1968 Camaro coupe. The car is a restoration progress that I have been working on for several years and had been sitting in my garage. The car had been dinged and scratched so much that I was almost ashamed to drive it, so when I discovered Quality SSR, I went by and got an estimate. Kelli quoted a price to do the entire car and I made an appointment. When I went to pick up the car she had it sitting out in the parking lot in the bright sunlight and I was amazed at how good it looked. She had repaired the dings and scratches and polished the car to a showroom shine. I could not be more pleased with the job she did and I would highly recommend Kelli for any scratch or ding repair.

I took my 2014 Camry there. It had a lot of scratches, and dents. Also, the headlamps were extremely yellowed, and so they were kind of dim at night. I dropped it off Thursday morning, and picked it up right before they closed Friday afternoon. It looks fantastic! I love my car again! They also waxed, and polished it! Everyone who works there is very nice, with good communication on everything. I have my Tacoma truck that I plan on taking there as well, in the not to distant future. Very satisfied!

I brought my car in with some chips that I had tried to repair on my own. I did a bad job though I followed guidance online and the manufacturer instructions. I sanded the areas, added color and clear coat. It looked horrible.I had QSSR take a look at it and she was able to repair my mess-ups for a more than reasonable price. All the chips except one of the areas (my biggest mess-up) looks perfect and the other is a good 90% better. She also filled some chips in my bumper. Very worth the price and I can only imagine what it would have looked like it I had only brought it to her in the first place.Lesson learned; bring your chips here to a pro and drive away happy!

I highly recommend Quality SSR for their excellent customer service, timely communication, and their absolute Quality workmanship. Kelli is an experienced car paint renewal and detailing specialist who will be very honest with you and recommend the best way forward to repair your damaged paint. In my case, multiple San Antonio area body shops wanted $850-$2000 dollars to fix 2 small (3-5mm paint chips) issues with my car. They wanted to drop the rear window, sunroof, front windshield and bumper in order to get the body shop approved and 100% paint repair done on my car which would have sandblasted, primed, and repainted the whole panel. I did not want them to destroy my car over a few paint spots, so I emailed and called Kelli. Best call I ever made for my piece of mind. She was very helpful in describing a process which would bring my paint issues back to 80-90% for a fraction of the cost and that was good with me. Well, after seeing her results: it is more like 95-99%; you have to know where to look to see anything; and best of all I didnt have to worry about body shops destroying my car (which was the biggest issue). This is a small, well run business that does what it says at a good price, and quickly. Kelli does the paint, scratch, and finish work, Peter does the dent work. If youve got a ding, dent or scratch I dont think you can do better than this.

The door to my black car was scratched very deeply, about a half inch long, and Kelly repainted it so that you have to know it is there to feel the outline of the scratch. She was very helpful in coordinating with a person to address the dent that went with the scratch. Both repairs were completed for less than $200 in a couple of hours. I was very pleased and am planning to return for some smaller road chips.

Kellie did a phenomenal job on my bumper scratch, even polished the entire bumper and made it look so brand new! My beautiful Honda Civic suffered scratches on the bumper and a deep scratch on my side door. She went above and beyond and gave me the run down on how she would go about fixing them and how it would turn out. She was very honest what the results would be and I couldnt be happier. She even went ahead and fixed a chip on my hood I was planing on fixing another time, and didnt charge me extra for it! Whatever she quotes you, she sticks to it, and she even told me she is willing to lower her quotes if she feels the results arent the best. But trust me when I say she has done an incredible job on my car and I guarantee if you go to her you will not be dissapointed. Thank you so much again Kellie! This repair is so cool that it just seems unbelievable until you see the finished work! My mechanic had referred me and I was skeptical that my scratches and chips from car doors and rocks etc could be repaired rather than being completely repainted . It was and my car looked like new and after only a few hours. The owner is also the the person who does the work and she is extremely knowledgeable about cars and paint. Had to look at before pics because I didnt believe the scratches were really as bad because they were GONE! Safe and such a convenience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I bought a repair it yourself paint kit online when I wanted to fix various dings and scratches on my truck. Took my 2017 Lincoln Continental to Quality SSR looking to have scratches and swirls removed and some chips in the paint repaired. $300 is way cheaper than painting the entire car. My expectations weren’t that high but after initially meeting Ms. Kelli, I knew that she was someone who was truly passionate about the service she was providing. Long story short, my car ended up looking like it just received a new paint job! She fixed and repaired everything that she could and minimized anything little small detail that needed work she couldnt provide (dings). She did such a great job, even she was like “wow”! Lol. Very rarely in life do you actually get MORE than what you paid for, but this is one of those times. Take your car here and let her do her magic, and please tip what ever you can, cause she has a very difficult job. Very nice lady, and does top quality work.

So I did a dumb and very embarrassing thing. I was driving my husbands brand new Chevy Silverado to pick up groceries. Someone had left a shopping cart outside of the cart stall and me being very short did not see it:( scratched a good 2ft on the door before I even heard anything when it hit into the trash can next to the cart holder thing. My 2015 Accord was taken in for a touch-up repair on the rear bumper after it was hit by a runaway grocery cart at the Brook Hollow Shopping Center. Kelli discovered that the right tail light lens was cracked. She also found other scratches and performed the touch ups. I can highly recommend this shop for touch-up work. For parking lot dings, you may need to take your vehicle by Dent Dawg first, another top-notched shop, to have the dent removed. If any touch-up work is needed, then your next shop should be Quality SSR. Overall, this is the best approach -- avoid the expensive body shop work. This is like taking it in for physical therapy to avoid surgery.

Fantastic! Im so glad I found Kelli to help me with scratches in the paint on my Harley and my car. I was unfortunate to receive a ding in my car that not only created a dent but also took off some paint on the contour line. After getting the ding removed I took the car to Kelli who very carefully matched the paint and took care of the scratch. Even though I know where the damage occurred I have to look carefully to find it. Sooo happy that it is back to normal! Due to my own stupidity I inflicted scratches on the tank of my Harley Ultra Limited and I couldnt live with myself. Thanks to Kelli and her amazing skills she was able to restore the beautiful finish to the Daytona Blue paint scheme. I will be keeping her number close by in case I need her help again. I have a 2018 Ford Taurus that I purchased about a month ago. Lets say I went through a few rough days this week. First the painters at the complex where I been living for 5 years got paint overspray on the entire car.
