I was skeptical with the review rating but saw a lot of recent positive feedback on here. I took my Camaro in and the process was very simple. I had never been through a collision shop before and this was my first time actually going through the process. Isaac was very helpful and the shop itself was very communicative about the stages my vehicle was going through. I also appreciate the humor and local feel of this place. It didnt feel like just an assembly line so I definitely recommend this shop.
Worst communication if a zero was possible that’s what they would get! Had to rerun my car back three times said it be ready 9/21 and was actually finished till 10/15 and to top it off was returned with damages in areas that weren’t involved in accident! Manager didn’t apologize once for everything I went through with location instead let the person I asked not to speak with be the one to handle my account! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Even Chris from “corporate” was of no help! My vehicle almost lost control while driving in highway do to faulty work on wheel baring and they turned it on me saying it was probably my old tires! When I fact it was the old USED aftermarket part they used! Do not give your money to this company! I’m having to take it to another shop to fix everything the messed up there!

Kept me informed through every step of the process and even let me pick up my vehicle despite being closed when I finally arrived. Helped me close out my rental and walked me around the vehicle to ensure everything was in good repair. Highly recommended.

It was such a pleasure able experience, we had a a snow storm in the mix 9f my repairs and they still were right on top of everything keeping me in the loop. When my repairs were done they brought my car to me and took and dropped off the rent a car for me. I didnt have to worry about trying to get to them and taking the rent a car back. They made my life so much easier. Will for go back to them.
Service King replaced my catalytic converter after it had been cut and stolen off my Tacoma. They were great at keeping me informed of where they were in the process and had my truck back to me ahead of schedule. Thanks to the crew at the Wildflower shop; Peaches, Andrew and Daryl. You rock!
They returned my car without properly checking to make sure every thing was correctly taken care of. Have been given the run around for 3 weeks after they found out my wheel was damaged. They said a wheel was ordered and they say it was damaged and still waiting while I drive my car and probably also ruining my tire. Very disappointed in the communication and service they have provided

Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional towards me and my injured vehicle 🙃I was asked to bring in my vehicle the night before the work was started and I was told all work would be completed that day. Took my F-150 here after some punk broke into my truck. Very quick turnaround of less than two weeks. Between Service King and my insurance company (USAA), I hardly had to put in any effort at all during this process. Service King worked directly with USAA for the billing/paperwork. Service King even arranged for the rental car company up the road (I think Enterprise?) to come pick me up when I dropped off my truck, and they have an arrangement with the car rental company so that I can leave the car with Service King when my truck was ready. Service King frequently sent me updates during the two weeks. They far exceeded my expectations.
Havent got my car back yet but i am being informed of everything that is going on and believe they will do a great job.highly professional i recommend!
This place is one of the worst service centers Ive ever been to when it comes to the little things on repairs. I have been waiting 5 months for parts that came in way before but no phone call to let me know they came in. Now Im waiting again, this place is quick to place blame on others rather than stand by their product and quality of work. Would not recommend or ever use this company again.
Service King went above and beyond getting my car in and dealing with 2 insurance companies. They also went above and beyond making sure I had a vehicle to take to work. Great service and Great Staff.
I have gotten extremely good service from this body shop. First they fixed my bumpers after a fender-bender and it looks new, Jessica made sure the paint was just right and the insurance payment taken care of easily. Then Josh went the extra mile to correct a headlight misalignment caused by the accident. Recently BJ helped me get my sideview mirror replaced, with minimum cost and maximum service. In every case the staff has been friendly, competent, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Also want to give a shout out to the receptionist who makes waiting time fly by. Im a loyal customer now, theyve totally earned my business and my trust, and I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you!!
WORST PLACE-STAY AWAYThey took 3 weeks to work on my vehicle. Upon inspection, the screws holding the front quarter panels were screwed in 1/2 way. The fan assembly was not replaced after getting hit by ball hitch. One fan doesnt work and the other is making noise. In addition, the top of hood wasnt blended. When I informed Gen. Mgr. Donathon Hall of the problem and demanded my vehicle be repaired immediately, he stated that I had to wait for my ins.to approve repairs and that he didnt know how long I had to wait for repairs to begin. Horrible Service and repairs.

While picking up my rental car another customer commented about her car being at this shop for 6 months. Kind of scared me but my work was pretty simple and straight forward, just a rear bumper cover, or so i thought. Dropped it off on a Saturday and waited for my insurance adjustor to provide an estimate which was finally done the following thursday, and was told it would take 2 days. Finally had to have the girlfriend pick it up the following thursday and when i looked at it after getting home, the rear bumper cover wasnt replaced just barely repaired and not complete. How can that even be possible? Do they think its ok to just give it back and i wouldnt notice? Needless to say, i was not happy, over a week and a half and if you have had to deal with insurance then this just was unneccessary added stuff for me to deal with already. Took it back the following week when my schedule allowed, thinking ummm they did have a guarantee in workmanship, pffff, after the weekend, i go back to pick it up and theyre charging another $200. Just stay away is all i can say, the lady at enterprise was right clearly, not a reputable body repair shop at all.
Vehicle repair quoted at 10 days and took over thirty. Upon receiving vehicle several screws missing from fender wells, trim not attached securely on two doors. Somehow radio disconnected from antenna and o ly one speaker was working. When vehicle was returned to fix those items it took another week to fix mistakes.
Terrible place! Racked up charges so high to the insurance that the insurance wanted to total the car. I had my mother-in-law car fixed somewhere else for a third of what Service King estimated to my insurance company. They also started working on the car before the insurance authorized the repairs. To fix what they started cost me an additional $500. Even with that my total cost was two thirds less than what they estimated. Stay away from this place!
Trunk is a swimming pool!. I had a wreck this past spring that Allstate, the insurance of the party that caused the wreck recommended Sterling Body on Wildflower. It wasnt convenient to where I lived or work, but since it had been recommended, I took my car to the shop. I didnt find out til about a month later that Sterling is affliated with Allstate. About 2 months go by and no big issues, at least nothing that would mean taking back into the shop. Then I had to get something out of the trunk about a month ago. The cardboard box the item was in was ruined - wet from the trunk leaking around the left side. Then I started looking more closely. San Antonio is very low on rainfall so that probably was the first significant rain fall since the wreck and definitely first time that would show any dampness. The mat on that side was damp, only in the corner. So, I didnt worry about the water drying out. I just didnt put anything on that corner again. I did notice though that every one of the taillight trims except the right one (including right tail light assembly) were cracked and the right one was the only one that was included in the repairs done from the wreck. Last week I finally decided to trade for a new car (something I had been planning to do even before the crash). Before going shopping for new car, I unloaded all personal things from my car, including the trunk. Then I was shocked when I lifted the floor of the trunk to check in the spare tire wheel well. There had been a very bad thunderstorm about 4 days before and the well had about 3 inches of standing water in it. San Antonio doenst get very much rain monthly (were in drought) but when we do get heavy storms there is a lot of rain. When I lowered the trunk I noticed how much of the edges of the trunk didnt even met the rubber insulation strip. No wonder it was leaking. So the shops technician didnt even bother to test or even visually check the sides of the trunk to see if they made contact. I wont take anything else there. I sure wouldnt recommend anyone taking it to that shop (which is now Service King according to google.) The front office personnel there are awesome but if the shop technicians dont do their job right, it doesnt matter how good the front office personnel treat their customers. Bottom line its about the quality of work done.
Originally, I gave them 2 stars for not completing the work on my truck. They contacted me quickly and offered to remedy the situation. I returned my truck and they fixed all the details that had not been completed, or those that were done but poorly. Apparently, the guy who was in charge of my truck quit unexpectedly and the repairs fell through the cracks. It was unfortunate, but the manager contacted me and made sure everything was done properly.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!I had my car taken here about a year ago, and they repaired everything but I did have to make a couple trips back because the headlights would not sit in the car properly. They were suppose to repair the housing on the headlights and a few other things. I recently (about a year from when my car was at Sterling) had my car taken to a different shop and when they took apart front of car they called me asking if I knew that everything underneath was held together with zip ties. You can imagine the shock. The headlight casings were broken and held back with zip ties, all of the bumper clips were broken off and tied on with zip ties, and other parts that were to be replaced were still broken. I called immediately and they would not call back, and when I eventually got a hold of someone they wouldnt say much of anything except that I had to talk to the insurance that handled it all. Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! Unless you want them to charge for parts they never replaced because I am sure they think you will never find out.

They did me a huge favor! Someone rear-ended me days before I was supposed to move across the country. They got my car in the next day and started repairs so we could still leave. I cant thank them enough.
