DON’T waist your time what they are doing is totally incorrect like a scam. I went in for a vehicle they posted and had advertised just to find out they didn’t have it supposedly just sold it. Well I used to be a sales person 1 they didn’t want to give me a asking price 2. Estefany or what ever her name was was just rude 3 they wanted to have money down and then go run credit just to even give you a asking price of vehicleShe also didn’t mind me writing a review as I walked away she even told me her name in a smart respond to leave a reviewI really recommend not heading to this place at all unless you want to set your self up for a waist of time and failed purchase

WASTE OF TIME just go some where a little more honest came to look at a truck they were messaging me the same day about vehicle. When I showed up EStephanie said they supposedly just sold it. I then asked about pricing on another truck and she refused to give any firm pricing on anything she was rude and really not professional at all to me if a company doesn’t want to give total asking price then I know they are scamming you guys

Worst experience ever. Not only do they lie about what vehicles they have in their lot, but STEPHANE was the worst car sales person there. She was rude. Lied to me. False advertised the vehicles she had. Walked away from me mid conversation. All because I wanted her to tell me the overall vehicle price of a car. After leaving the lot. She called me 10 mins later again false advertising that she had the vehicle I originally went to see. When I told her she had already spoke to me in person and in fact did not have that vehicle. She hung up on my face.What a Unprofessional B.If I could give negative stars I would.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had and I went in just to inquire about a vehicle. They wanted to run my credit before picking out a vehicle. When I told them no because I had good credit and didnt even know if they even had a vehicle I was interested in; their response was well, this isnt the place for you. I had been corresponding with someone from here all day literally about a Dodge Charger they assured me it was there. However I read the reviews and saw the SWITCH BAIT REVIEWS AND LOTS OF THEM. ONCE AGAIN I WAS ASSURED THE CAR WAS THERE. THEN I GOT THERE. THERES ONLY TWO VEHICLES ON THE LOT AND BOTH WERE TRUCKS. SO I TOLD MY GIRLFRIEND WATCH THEY SAY THEY JUST SOLD THE CAR. SURE ENOUGH THE PERSON COMES OUT I ASKED ABOUT THE CAR AND IN A CLEARLY REHEARSED MANNER SAY OH WE JUST AOLD THAT ONE LOL. AND I JUST WALKED AWAY WHILE SHE WAS SAYING SOMETHING BOUT 5 other cars they have coming in. Smh a real waste of time

The Tricolor off of Bandera Rd. has horrible customer service. Yes they worked with my fiancé on getting a vehicle, but we have gone thru 3 paper plates and still are waiting for the actual plates to come in. Everytime we call the location, we almost never get an answer and when we finally do, we get put on hold for 20 plus minutes. Today was the final straw, we called waited on hold for 20 minutes and was told the plates were in, got there just to be told that the plates were not there. Wasted our time and gas for nothing. Called corporate to file a complaint and they wouldnt do anything to help. I do not recommend go to this location for a vehicle. If it wasnt for the car I definitely wouldnt put up with them.

Vehicles that sales people advertise are no longer available but they post them in social media and other sites as click bait, to get potential customers to go to the lot to attempt to sell them in something they dont want. Not at all thd kind of place id do business.

Bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Beautiful car. But way too overpriced and a lot of interest. Too much biweekly payments. Another problem was with the license plates. They dragged in with so many documents that we would send and then they would later say after 2 weeks that there were not valid. Spent about 3 months with no license plates. Do not go here, they are major scammers and only want your money.

This place is great if your looking for a good quality vehicle. The people are amazing Sara and Carlos are the best.

Nothing but scamers, they post pictures of vehicles they do not even have just to get you to come in! A BIG WASTE OF TIME!! Do not give them your drivers license or social security card, they will not give it back. Making any excuses. Be VERY CAREFUL!

At first it was a nice experience until I test drove a Hyundai Elantra 2017 and a cop pulled me over saying that the temp plates were illegal. They also took my drivers license to make a copy and never received it back even though they first said I took it. Then they went back and said my husband took it. Seems like a scam to me. I reported it to the local police and they said it will be under investigation. Please dont think twice about coming here. They also offered me money to not report and were willing to give me a copy of my drivers license. NOPE SCAMMERS !!!!!

I had an electrical problem with my truck Tricolor shop at Bandera Rd,San Antonio Texas staff have me all the help to take care of the problem were very professional ..Giovanna the desk receptionist always kept me with updates of the process with my truck .Ok long story short excellent job Tricolor..

Payment of $500 to hold a truck until I would try to get the rest of down payment. It was today 4pm went back at 6pm to get my payment back and they said that they didnt have my money that I had to wait 3-4 days to get it back. Then they gave me an attitude service do not recommend. Also our IDs werent returned until i went back and asked for Ids ss# cards, i notice they had a stack of peoples IDs and socials security. Why do they keep them for. Somebody needs to look into that.

This place is worthless. Nothing but problems from the get go. Bought a vehicle from them and a week later it was in the shop. Weve had the vehicle for a month and out of that month have only driven it a week! They give you the run around and dont give you full details. They are horrible! Do not buy from them!

I purchased a SUV and within that weekend the SUV had mechanical issues. They had the SUV for 2 weeks and still didnt fix it,brought it back to them and still nothing was fix!!. All I wanted was my down payment back but nope they dont wanna give it back!! Never ever again will I do business with them again!

I bought a car last week with 3 months warranty. The day after I bought the car check engine light came on and it started making noise. Next day I brought my car to the tricolor, the guy in the front told me that they were super busy and their mechanic was in lunch break and he wont get back for an hour. I waited a little bit and then he said they will take care of me in two hours. Two hours?!? I wanted to get an appointment, he gave me an appointment at 10 in the morning, I went in,they told me they were busy and I had to wait two hours them to check my car and would at least a day to tell me something for sure. They were incredibly rude and all they do is stalling. Unprofessional work ethic, will think twice when I buy a car from you guys

Price for a 13 Explorer? 26,000. Thats what thy suckered my wife into. Also at 290 every two weeks. Fell behind a Lil bit and when we wanted to make a payment nobody answers or told they are in meetings and they will call us back. With first repo the battery was dead and wouldnt charge, the alarm didnt work and property was stolen from vehicle. Was told Im responsible for vehicle while it sits at their lot. Will never recommend tricolor and have had nothing going but bad interactions even after giving them 8000 of my hard earned money.DO NOT BUY HERE. SCAMMERS JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEIR CAR BACK

My husband just got a truck from tricolor about six months ago. It had minor defects that was taken care of, BUT there was one left, the windshield on the back when it rained water would come in and afterwards the truck stunk. My point is they said they would call back and never did. If they called they NEVER left a message. So now my husband is taking the truck AGAIN. And hoping they do take care of this problem. Bad customer service on the phone... I DO NOT recommend this place.

Would give it a 0 if possible. Horrible place to buy a car. When your buying they do anything possible toget you approved but then when you have the truck they are always busy or they say that the salesmen didnt say what they had promised. Wished I would of read the reviews before going.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They sold me a piece of junk car and they knew it. Spoke to a manager Carlos that was going to resolve everything but when it came down to it they fired him and now theyre not really willing to solve anything. They continuously tell me to bring my car into their shop to get it fixed but my car was in the shop for 2 days right after I purchased the car. They shouldve fixed everything then. There is no reason I should be having any problems out of my vehicle. Take your money elsewhere. DO NOT SHOP WITH TRICOLOR. COMPLETE RIP OFF!!

I had one off the best experiences with tricolor auto at 6300 Bandera rd, San Antonio, tx. The salesmen were very polite, attentive n patient with me as I have little patients left. They cayered to us while we waited on the process for approval. I believe the warranty they offer is awesome. Enriqueta was or saleswoman, n she was vey nice and good at her jib. We found exactly what we were looking fir, the vehicle was in great condition n clean. My hat off fir tricolor. Thanks tricolor and Enriqueta.

Bought a truck 2 months ago it had issues the same day i drove it home. Went into to the shop 3 times and now its getting a 3rd engine put in it...this is ridiculous..they sold me a truck with a bad engine.. Im done with this place....

Bought a car from them in February. Today will be the 3rd time I will be taking it in to service the A/C. Thier service center in San Antonio needs to improve. Tricolor Auto, fix my car!!!

Got my vehicle 7 months ago, had problems with it from the begining all they did was have me take it in to their shop, because of their warranty taken it back over 8 times, problem has not been fixed yet. Been making my payments of over 600$ month (mind you, its a 2007 Acadia 14,000 miles) and have had this car less than half of the time I have been paying for it, have had a borrowed cars the rest of the time. Poor customer service, never return my calls. Dont know if they will ever fix my problem, they could care less if i stop paying it, its my credit not theirs, people will still keep coming in thinking they got an awsome deal cause they get a better looking, newer car. Very unhappy, my advice, get your credit fixed and go to a REAL dealer and get a brand new car.
