It’s very rare these days to find quality work. Even more rare to see passion and pride in the quality of work. These guys are that rarity.Not only did they get to me in a timely manner, not only did they handle the job quickly and professionally, not only did they get me rolling again fast, but they did so with an informative pride in the work. (Very long run on sentence, but you get the idea.)The technician was fast at getting there and getting it done. And explained to me step by step how it was getting done. If I had any interest at all getting into this line of work, I would go here. A broken windshield is never a lucky thing, but I was lucky it happened to me here so these guys could do the job right.5 out of 5 isn’t enough justice. 50 out of 5 is more like it. I’m just glad to see people putting pride and passion into their work again.

I used this service, and they convinced me that they could repair a crack after I asked for a replacement. I used their professional opinion and the Crack repair looked horrible. I failed my inspection and they refused to assist me further.

This company agreed to replace my windshield they are an affiliated company with my insurance provider. My insurance company gave them all of my info(vin#) and they agreed to replace my windshield at an agreed price set by my insurer. Tim works for Nacco and said that they could replace it. We drove over 20 miles to a location that was requested by them. Once there Tim called and said that wed have to pay more money, $80 more. He didnt go to the insurance company because he knows its shady business. He attempted to upcharge and lost our business because of it trying to get more money from us on the side. Not only that, he was rude and unprofessional. I will never consider them to fix or replace anything on my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and find an honest, reputable company.
