Went in for a reading on my Car to see what may be wrong with it, but this young guy told me he could give me the tool to check my own car for an analysis--I told him I dontknow how, and he proceeded to tell me; I told him to forget it! So RUDE!

Samuel is amazing!!! I was there a few weeks back and he helped change the battery in my daughter’s car. The other guy that helped us said he wasn’t sure if they could and asked if we had someone else that could do it. We said no so he went to get Samuel. Samuel just took care of it with no problem! He could have said easily said no and left us with no hope but he didn’t miss a great! Even changed one of the battery clamps that was loose without us asking, it was a simple $3 part that saved us a headache later. Clearly we didn’t have knowledge around it ADHD and yet he educated us. That’s amazing service. I highly recommend them won’t hesitate to go back! Thank you!

Hey Nathan @ Grissom Rd ... the spotlight is on you!Thanks to Nathan, I had a wonderful experience at Autozone. The sun had set and night was quickly approaching. Typical, I know ... except my headlights were misaligned and I was creating a hazard for other drivers. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, I pulled into the nearest Autozone. It was slightly passed 8pm and all the auto repair shops in the immediate area had closed for the evening. Lucky for me, Nathan was working and I asked if he would assist me with aligning my lights. He didnt hesitate. After assisting the current customer with whom he was engaged, he directed his attention to me. Under the cover of darkness, in the parking lot, dismantling engine molding, air filter, etc. and using phone flashlights and a headlamp ... the adjustment was made! Therefore, everyone that shared the road with me thereafter, owes Nathan the same thanks I provided. Otherwise, they could have been temporarily blinded by my vehicles lights! Thanks again, Nathan ... job well done and greatly appreciated!!!!

The people that work there work behind the counter as well as go out on the floor to see if you need anything. They do a good job of making sure that they get your questions answered. The floors were swept and mopped and very clean. The parking lot was completely picked up in there was no trash anywhere except in the trash receptacles. The prices are very reasonable at this AutoZone and they seem to have just about anything I might need in stock.

The employees at AutoZone always take great care of me, help me find all of the parts I need, or let me know which store has exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for the awesome job you all do. - Joe

The staff there was very helpful and fully explained the difference between the items available for my vehicle and made suggestions as to what would be best for my needs as opposed to suggesting items that would cost more.

So after my car stalled out on a busy road during rush hour traffic, I went to the autozone at culebra to get my battery checked. The person inside informed me that he couldn’t check it due to him being the only one at the store. After stalling a few more times I made it to the Grissom location where Nathan was attentive and helpful. My battery was under warranty and he switched it out with no issues. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

All autozones are managed the same way, so youll always get the same customer service, the only thing that varies are wait times depending on how busy they are.

Went to see why my check engine light was on so I could get the parts there to save some money. So I went in and was told I had hook it up to the car because the cant go in which is understandable. I hooked it up and it read just fine. Went back in side where a employee hooked it up to his computer where he typed in my car imoformation so I gave it to him but needed my vin # so I went to get that but a different employee was there. He stated they couldnt see what was wrong cause it was a Mercedes-Benz. Everytime I go to get a part theres its always something

This is the only location I go to. Sam is a beast that has super customer service skills. I think hes the manager or he will be in no time. Dont trust me....try it for yourself.

9 times out of 10 they dont have the part in stock. Most of the guys have never worked on a vehicle a day in their life so they dont even know what your asking about. They stuff on the shelves is over priced. Tools break in a day or 2. Your better off going to Oriellys or Advanced Auto Parts

Good people work here. Theyve always been with extremely honest with any questions I have before making a purchase, they dont upsell me. Theyve come out and helped me several times with minor repairs, or just to look at the car and theyve been solid in their advice.

The Young kid that tried to ring me out was polite(which was a nice change!) But of course the three items I was going to purchase so happened to be marked incorrectly. Most of the time they cant be bothered which baffles me because there is never more than four or five people in the store! Selection is always dismal as I typically have to fly down to the Bandera store before they close to get what I need. Poor management is probably to blame as it usually is. This is very upsetting as the the service/store has been on a almost supersonic decline.

My battery warranty is pretty much meaningless. Did better at Walmart in the long run. Same warranty and less expensive.

Just bought a car about a month ago and so far Ive been to this location probably 10 12 times they seem to have just about everything I need.

Its ridiculous! If you buy 1 item they make you get in line forever.The employees are rude and dont make any effort to be nice to customers!

I stopped by here to pick up a couple of items. The store is very clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. I was able to come in and get what I needed in just a few minutes.

I needed the license plates lights replaced. Also, my battery was filled with condensation. The Manager was very helpful. Replaced my lights for m . Showed me what I needed to do in order to close the batter . He was very friendly and resourceful. I appreciate them!!!!

I had to walk to this store to get a part because of a fail on a registration in one of the neighboring businesses. The parts manager located my part at a neighboring store and offered to go and retrieve it for me so I didnt have to take a fail right at that moment. 15 minutes later I had the part, passed the inspection and was on my way. Ill be returning and or starting here first for assistance.

Well 75% of the staff have never worked on a vehicle and dont have a clue what the parts are that your asking for it even where they are located on the vehicle or what they do. So with knowing that if you have a little patience and can help them navigate their own computer system youll find what your looking for. Now that you found the part on their system that most likely its no going to be in stock so UT will have to be ordered. Which usually means getting it the next day or day after. Its not just AutoZone that is like this. The ORileys up the street is actually even worse. They got a hand full of college age girls working that dont even know how to change their own motor oil...lol so just keep this info in mind when you go in there. They are very polite and eager to help you out even with their limited knowledge.

The store is we-kept and the staff knowledgeable and helpful: I picked up the wrong part and the clerk spotted it. He immediately switched it for the right one.I knocked off one star because the staff is lax about wearing face masks and COVID-19 sanitation procedures.

Auto Zone batteries last 2 to 3 years. My 3 year old battery gave up the ghost this morning. I cleaned the terminals and was finally able to get enough power to start. I drove to Auto Zone and told them my problem. The guy put his tester on the battery and said it was fine. 100% charged. Must be corroded terminals. For the second time today I brushed them down to shiny metal. Wouldnt start. He said it still must be the terminals. Jump started my car and walked away. After years of using AZ batteries, it is time to change.

Very helpful, I came here after getting horrible, rude, customer service at Advanced Auto Parts. I believe the guy that helped me was Louis, he was very friendly and understanding and explained what I needed to do. Will definitely come back for my auto needs.

The 2 employees that worked on night of Aug 5th were so helpful & made sure my new battery was working correctly. They installed & even stayed with me a bit after because the new battery was taking a bit to adjust. Kudos for helping a lady who knows nothing about these types of things. I will continue to be a loyal customer because of employees like them.

Staff always willing to help. I was having issues with my cars engine light turning on, I went to get it checked,due to their safety protocol they were not allowed to go inside the car, but the gentleman was nice enough to lend me the scanner and bring to him and look up the message.

The manager on duty was very helpful. The older man working there was rude and told me go to Lexus to gety antifreeze. Thank God for the younger man. I bought my antifreeze after calling Lexus n finding out which one to buy, as well as getting new window wipers that he helped me with. Im a senior citizen female n grateful for him.

I went to my local store to buy an alternator, item not on stock, manager check the computer and told me another store have it, i told her to call the store to make sure they have it, she did and I drove 25 minutes to buy it.I show up into the store and they told me that they didnt have it, waste of time. Dec 22. 3:08pm you need new employees. Unwilling to help me. Asked if they carried Hose pinchers and couldnt provide me with any part number or unwilling to look it up.

Staff was very helpful in insuring I got the exact part I was looking for.

Was able to exchange old parts that had warranty and carry over the warranty to the new parts and get a discount because Im an EMT/EMS employee. The employees who assited me were knowledgeable and informative including very helpful.

I went to get a new car battery today. The staff was SUPER friendly, highly knowledgeable, and I was in and out of there very quickly with my battery changed. Anabell was the first employee who helped me - she knew exactly what kind of battery I needed for my type of vehicle, and could not have been more helpful. She was extremely friendly and kind, and seemed happy to help me. Then Elias changed out my battery. While he did this extremely quickly and correctly, he let me watch him change it out and educated me on how to jump-start my car, should I ever need to. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the prices were more than fair (yes I shopped around before choosing Auto Zone). I will continue to take my business here and have no hesitation recommending this store to others.

I always go to this Auto zone because it is very near me. The workers are very helpful and will call the other stores if that one doesnt have the part you need or order it for you.Can be fairly busy at times, but I just like looking at all the merchandise they have and smelling the WD-40! :)

Very unprofessional I went in for information on what kinda oil and filter I need. There was literally no one in the store and 4 employees the cashier with the beard is very unprofessional.When another employee was going to help me out he stopped him said under his breath let him do it. I heard it and just decited to leave if youre not willing to help a customer out then quit your job and work somewhere else.

For most needs you can find cheaper and better alternatives at walmart but you cant really beat a free computer diagnosis and battery recharge and check. Pretty friendly staff and will even help you on getting a good mechanic if needed...though i already have my own i definitely appreciate the option!

Line is usually super long and never really had a problem until my last visit. But if i dont know how to test my alternator without taking it out i cant be too mad at them for giving me the wrong results.

I went here to get my battery tested because I was pretty sure I needed a new one. The guy who did it (I wish I remembered his name) told me I had a perfect battery and that my problem was probably the starter and just walked away without another word knowing my car wasnt starting. I went back inside and asked someone else to give me a Jump his name was victor. Victor told me the problem was probably the terminals on the battery since they were corroded so he sold me some new ones... that didnt even fit on my battery! Then I tried to return them and they wouldnt because I opened them. Waste of 8 dollars. I took the car to Advanced auto parts up the street, bought a new battery from THEM and once I replaced the battery the problem was solved. These auto zone guys dont know what they are talking about if they cant even diagnose a simple dead battery. Only go here if you already know exactly what you need and dont ask them for help.

I went in to replace my brake light bulbs and the clerk actually asked me why I was getting these and helped me to figure out that my bulbs were just loose and not needing replacement. Great Customer Service - I dont know which clerk Becca had an issue with, but this place has some good clerks! Going there today to get a readout on my check engine light.

Battery quote was not what I was quoted over the phone but it was in stock & installed right quick.
