I went to the Gonzalez Auto Parts to exchange a battery the service was quick and courteous. the gentleman who helped me was named Chris. he quickly looked at my information on the computer found my warranty and actually help me replace my battery in the parking lot. you cant ask for anything better than that. go to Gonzalez Auto Parts they will hook you up!😀👌

Was told to go here from a co-worker. So I drove 30 extra minutes out of my way... I expected good service seeing as this place was recommended but instead I was ignored by the 3 gentlemen behind the counter then when I was finally helped I was laughed at by them. I will NEVER go there again let alone recommend them.

I ordered some parts for my mom, they were delivered to the mechanics shop, from what my mom told me. Later on, someone from Gonzales auto call her back and said they over charged here and was due a small refund. Customer service was spot on, and service was great. I feel in these times its hard to find a parts place that makes a genuine effort and cares about the customer more than a few dollars. This is an example of how you make life long customers. I found my parts store from now on. FYI when you call ask for Chris. My mom had nothing but great things to say about him. Thanks!!

Great place to get parts just like AutoZone or oreillys but better prices

I have been buying my auto parts from here and customer service is pretty good but for the last battery I purchased here back in September started giving me trouble smelling like rotten eggs and not wanting to work leaving me stranded I had to pull teeth just to get it exchanged. I will no longer buy batteries from here any more.
