First of all let me tell you that my Original reason for Visiting was to figure out what was going on with my AC on my Existing Toyota. However I agreed to Get my car Appraised and this beautiful story accrued. I met Mr.Bailey who Came out to appraise my Vehicle and at first I felt intimidated I mean it’s a dealership. However Mr.Bailey was different he showed me around the dealership made me and My wife feel comfortable and was eager to get me into something different. I than meet Mr.Rodriguez and let me tell you the man had his work cut out for him but he showed true passion and honesty for the Job that he does. He came out an spoke to my wife and I like family explaining everything to us like family would to one another. These two made me and my wife feel welcomed and I Highly recommend you checking them out. The service was amazing, these two gentleman were dedicated to getting me into a new Vehicle and I was able to go home in a 2021 Toyota Corolla.

Had screw in right passenger side wheel. I called Toyota and they took care of wheel issue as soon as I arrived. Jean gave me great service and explanation. Good job NP Toyota definitely recommend you to friends and familia.

Took new RAV4 in for tire rotation, second try as they told me on first try it would take at least 1.5 hours due to being a Monday. I finally rescheduled to today (Wednesday 3/10) and was so disappointed that such a simple job was still going to take over 1.5 hours. It took 2hours. Once I get a back hatch handle repaired I don’t plan on going back to NP Toyota.

Ordered parts online and when I was returning it, I did not get my refund in a month so I had to call. I was transferred to 5 different people just to try to get my refund.
