If I could leave no stars I would. Tire technician was rude, threw my wheel down (rolled onto my foot dirtied my white sneaker) after I tried haggling with him and slammed my key lock on the roof of my car. Never again. Save yourselves the time. They should definitely reconsider who works there. I was atleast greeted by another employee.

Super customer friendly and excellent and super fast service. Went in there to change and get a used tire the tire was practically new and for an excellent price of just $45 dollars. And was in & out of there in less then 10 no more then 15 minutes. I’d suggest you go here if you’re looking for great service and cheap used tires that are practically in new condition.

I came to Mr Pablo after visiting many service centers they refused to fixing my old Nissan Versa sl car .. I can say I had major problems on the front frame, including wheel bearing and subframe bushes change .Mr Pablo accepted to do it which many didn’t.. it’s a busy center then expect to leave your car till work done . Mr Pablo is negotiating person.

Just finished from coming from S H Express. Pros and customer service was spot on. Yesterday I was @ Casias tire and they tried to chingale me. Asked for used tire, but they tried to charge me new tire prices. Oh lawd. Do yourself a favor and go here.

Express Tire has been my go to shop for over 10 years. We just had to have my wifes Jeep serviced for a charging system issue. We took it in on Sunday afternoon and it was ready for us on Monday morning. The technicians there are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. They recently opened another location at 7767 Culebra Rd. in San Antonio if that is more convenient for you.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. John always does a great job on my car and always shows me the old parts he is replacing. Today they fixed my entire A/C system and I couldnt be happier. Yes it was very expensive but worth it since I was always sweating. Now I dont have to show up anywhere sweating haha. I was glad to give them the business! These guys are scammers, a year ago I got my starter replaced, halfway through the job they changed my quote, and charged me more.1 HOUR BEFORE CLOSING(it was either pay up or pick up my car unfixed when all other shops were closed or about to close,so I paid the new higher quote )a year goes by my starter went out again. I removed and took it to oreilys to get it warrantied out,turns out that its not even the part that I bought. Oreilys shows that I bought the starter but it dosent match up to the one I recently removed.DONT GET SCAMMED! Take your business elsewhere

Horrible at communicating with customers. They told my husband it would take approximately 3 hours when we dropped it off at 10a.m. the car was not done still by 7 PM.! They kept the car overnight and didnt bother to call to give us updates or to let us know the car would be kept overnight. We show up to the place and find that it is closed and noone thought to even let us know what was going on with the car or even ask to keep it overnight.! We kept calling but it was just a machine.Remember now- this was supposed to take only 3 hours.Next day it takes a few more hours until we can pick it up- no apologies for lack of communication or for not even asking to keep car overnight etc. Just got car back so we will see how repairs go and if they keep their word on any guarantees made. Still left a really bad impression.

Went initially for used tire and saw they did brakes as well which I desperately needed. Over the phone they sound busy but when I arrived Eloy remembered me. Helped me out big time and saved me money combining 2 jobs for a good deal. Found my new spot to take care of my car. Thanks guys!

Always provide helpful friendly service with all mechanical needs. They are a great tire shop. Eloy is very knowledgeable regarding all mechanical issues and can provide great assistance with issues other than tires. They work on domestic and foreign vehicles at a great reasonable price.

I have done complete brake work with them(rotors, calipers, brake pads). Eloy is very knowledgeable and their price is very reasonable. I am very satisfied. I am currently getting my engine valve cover gasket, spark plugs, tubes, grommets, transmission fluid drain fill and minor power steering work done. Will update in a month and yes you can bring your own parts. They also can get the parts from advance auto parts or any local parts store.

They charged me $9 to put on a spare.

I have been going to this tire shop for about 4 years now. They literally do everything. They have done everything from replace a tire to replace a engine and paint my car. I do not do reviews on places I go to but I feel they can help more people the way they have helped me over the years. Every neighborhood needs a shop like this around. Their prices are reasonable if not too low! literally they prices have been lower than shade tree mechanics quotes Ive gotten. Ive been coming to this place for years and Eloy has done great work for me. Im talking at least ten years back Ive been bringing my cars and members of my family as well. But yesterday I send my daughter in for a simple brake pad replacement and theres a problem. She brought her car home and started hearing the brakes grind and finally a piece came off. I had her park it and take the car back this Sunday morning on 11-3. They said something is wrong with the part, of course the parts store says hey the guy put it on wrong. But since it has a warranty we took it back and replaced the part for free from the part store but the shop wanted an additional $40 to put new brakes on! I mean wheres the customer service, I expect this from Midas and Brake Check but not my neighborhood guy. More disappointed then anything else.

I called before I went there to make sure they had the USED tires I needed. The guy told me sure come in I asked him to please be sure because I was riding on a spare and wasnt comfortable driving that far out on a whim. Of course once I get there and of course they cant find any used ones only the new ones. Thank GOD there was a place 2 minutes away that I called, they verified the price and size over the phone. 2 really good used tires installed and balanced for $80 at Casias right up the road.

They painted the hood, roof & trunk of my old Buick a couple years ago, did a great job, even did my bumpers no extra charge. So decided to have them do some mechanical work, since my long time mechanic retired. I now have a new mechanic, that I trust & find to be very fair.

Needed an almost new flat tire repaired and immediately tried to upsell to a new tire; supposedly had sidewall damage,... none existed. Tire was repaired under my constant scrutiny. Would not recommend unless you are fairly knowledgeable with auto repairs.

Only go there if Eloy is there and then still watch out. Wanted 2 used tires.Tires used 40 bucks apiece were not size on my vehicle.Mount and balance 25 bucks apiece.Valve stems 18 bucks apiece WHAT???? Not TPMS sensors but ones that cost about a dollar apiece. Dude told me valves stems are tricky these days.15 bucks apiece for tire disposal. Whats that 196 for 2 used tires. Was afraid to ask what valve caps cost. Probably use mine and charge me 5 bucks apiece. Any way just went down road to Discount tire got everything I needed for 50 bucks cheaper new tires with a warranty. Again Eloy wasnt there and employee was not honest. Also, employee very friendly and professional acting, but that was not the real case. Man was trying to take my money and make me feel good about it.I asked how many people fell for that BS and left. Why would I want to come back there Eloy? I got what I needed done elsewhere. 18 bucks apiece for valve stems man! Cmon just because Im old doesnt mean I can be taken advantage of.

Rude and Unorganized. Dude spent more time on his phone than helping us. When he finally got around to acknowledging us and pulled the tire out of the truck, he left again to text on his phone. Me and my gf got out and put the tire back in the trunk ourselves after 30 minutes of not knowing what was going on. When we were pulling out to leave, the other dude who was working with him yelled out Have a good day! all sarcastic like. Its okay though. We went down to CASIAS just down the road and they were absolutely AMAZING! They were affordable, fast, professional, and extremely proficient.

Went to go get check engine light out at oreillys to see what was the problem with my truck and i was inform catalytic converter issues. So my friend recommended Express and i took my 2007 ford F150 to replace both Catalytic converters replaced, it did take a while but it was worth it. My truck runs all good and am very satisfied. I will now be taking my wifes explorer for new strurts.
