These guys were great especially Chuck!I do not know much about graphics but knew I needed something really nice. He took the lead with their staff and put together an awesome banner and in very short time.

The banner I ordered was fine, but my experience in picking it is another story. I entered the business only to have a woman (no nametag) ask in a very patronizing and condescending tone asked if I had a mask. After saying no (most places in SA no longer require them) I was told they would bring it out to my vehicle.I pointed out the employee sitting in the front at a computer with no mask, but evidently, the rules are for thee, not me.I will no longer use FastSigns and will encourage others to use one of the myriad other printing companies in SA.

Fastsigns of San Antonio banged out a rush job with very little support from me. They suggested that the artwork I provided might make the signs blurry. Tracy, Stephanie, and Mark were super fast in working with us and providing us our sign in a short amount of time. I started an online quote and the very next day I was contacted. The picture we sent them was too blurry and they offered to purchase a high resolution picture for us instead and it worked out even better!They knew they didnt want us to put something out that would be viewed by hundreds of people with a poor quality banner, and wanted to make sure what we were going to get something that would be nothing less of perfect. Their prices are fair considering how quick we got the sign and the quality that went into making it. I think once we settled on the picture and finishing touches it was done in a few hours.

I am surprised I am the first one writing a negative review on this business. I cannot believe this location operates business like this. I have been a customer of Fastsign in Dallas area. Never had any problem with their integrity and quality.Recently I had an inexpensive signage printed for my shop. Had a small damage on the signage. The owner said its really good price. And it is what it is no apologies at all. Now I needed the two screws anchored the signage. They would charge $200 for that. Extremely overpriced.

The folks at Fastsigns did an outstanding job on our re-brand signage and materials and all through this awful time of Covid 19.
