Signs By Tomorrow have been a big help for us at Parking Management Service Inc. When ever we need any signs i just call James the General Manager and tell him what we need and he will have ready for us. I went to this location as it was right down the street and I was super excited to have this service so close. However, by experience has been less than desirable. I ordered the below sign and lettering and it was stated to be done by Monday and it wasnt ready until a Wed. Fine, but then I had the below problem they admitted they knew it was likely to happen, and didnt warn me, then did nothing to correct the problem that is clearly their product line.It has been several weeks and I came back from a trip and the sign looked like this. I took the pictures to the store today and the manager stated that they have been aware of this problem and they said I needed to repaint the walls as new paint has a easy clean feature that does not allow their vinyl to stick to the wall. I then stated, so you are saying all of your products have this issue. He stated yes and 3M is scrambling to fix this problem. This tells me they knew this would likely be an issue and they did not warn customers that this could possibly happen and save them from wasting their money. The manager continued to tell me that I need to repaint my walls they the sticker will adhere to the wall, but he could not tell me which type of paint, or anything that would be somewhat helpful.This solution also doesnt make sense for me to spend upwards of $1000.00 to repaint my entire studio space in order to get a $50.00 sticker to adhere to a wall. The manager had no desire to rectify the situation and clarified it was my problem. I do not recommend going to this place as they knew their products were defective and sold it to me anyways, and apparently did the same to many others as they have been aware of this issue before I came in. Poor customer service, poor products.

Bad service they tell you one price over the phone when you get there isnt the same and they give me a plywood sign with the top of the wood prime only and holes in telling me they dont seal them or paint the top of the sign not the way to do business
