This mattress firm is small so you don’t get to see a lot of options on the floor but i found that to be easier and less stressful while shopping. Marc (the rep in store) was super helpful in finding a quality bed within my budget. He even set me up with a delivery date on the spot. Would definitely return again.

Was in a hurry to get a new mattress and Bo was super helpful with all the product information to decide on the right mattress for me. He showed an option of an adjustable frame instead of a boxspring, so that should be fun and convenient! Hadnt intended to get a pillow, but the types they have to choose from are so much more supportive for the neck, I had to have one! Right now they have a sale for Memorial Day, so was able to save some money in addition to having a more comfortable new bed and pillow to improve my sleep. Dont even need the sheep now....Definitely recommend! Ask for Bo!

I had a great experience with Mattress firm! I originally ordered a twin mattress thinking that’s what I could fit in my room, but wound up switching for a full size. They made the switch easy and not stressful.

Went to mattress firm twice and both times were GREAT. Very informative and not pushy at all with any certain mattress. I have to say honesty is always a thing people say sales men lack but I did quite a bit of research before going in and they were pretty spot on with how certain brands perform verses others. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and we can’t wait to get our mattress!

Walked in to the store hoping to not catch a pushy, sleazy salesperson. We did NOT find that person! Instead we were greeted by Chris and Justin. Both were super patient with us, provided us with lots of useful info and totally waited patiently until we found the mattress that would fit our needs. I had an idea of what I wanted. So I got in and out in less than 10 minutes with a great price. Plus got delivery the next day. A no fuss, easy experience.

The staff was insanely nice and helpful, but the prices for some of the not so comfortable beds were insane. To get something that is decent, and I really mean barely decent ran at $1000 not including a box spring. I dont know how these places stay in business. Again, the staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful, but theyre just way too expensive for what you get.

I initially went in to buy a mattress topper because my bed had been sinking in the middle. I have a temperpedic which I bought about 7 years ago. Justin was very helpful and honest which I truly appreciated. Instead of buying an expensive matress topper I just needed a new frame. He totally could have took my money. Im getting my first apartment after college, and I wanted to get a nice bed to help with my sleeping posture. I had the good fortune of working with Darius Nesby to get my first bed.I have a scientific background, so I really appreciate the way Darius handled my sale. He asked me a few questions, and showed me a few beds. By examining my posture on the bed, he was able to identify a bed that provided the perfect support I needed for my back in my price range within 4 beds that I tried. He knew everything about his beds, from material composition to build quality to reliability. If you are not a bed expert, you would be hard pressed to find someone more knowledgeable about beds and how they affect human posture than Darius Nesby. If you are looking at getting a bed, i would highly recommend talking to him to see which one is the best for you.

I took my grandmother to this location to get new mattresses after she lost her entire house to flooding due to Hurricane Harvey. As soon as we entered the store, Blake immediately made us feel welcome. After we explained our situation, he took the time to walk us through the process of getting everything delivered on time to my grandmothers new address. I had an excellent shopping experience at the Huebner Center Mattress Firm. I was greeted promptly by Ryan Pompa and he proceeded to guide me through the selection process without being pushy. He is extremely informed on the ins and outs of mattresses and truly cared that he was guiding me toward what I needed. After narrowing down the options, I returned to the store later in the day with my husband so that we could make the final selection together. We bought a high-quality mattress, foundation, frame, two incredible pillows, and a mattress protector that comes with additional warranty protection. We feel that we received a great price for the quality of merchandise and Ryan definitely helped make the whole process low stress.
