Wonderful service with Scot Sours the manager. He helped my husband and I to find the exact mattress to meet our needs. He answered all of our questions. After a thorough “Trying out” all of the mattresses, we chose the perfect mattress! Great service! On top of all that we got a great price with two pillows thrown in!

I had previously gone in the week prior to check out options. I was greeted & helped by Dexter. Today I was limited on time trying to complete all my errands to make a11:00 appointment on time.Again I was greeted by Dexter & he remembered me from the previous visit. I looked over the three options discussed the fact it was for a guest room with very limited use. There was no pressure to buy the more expensive mattress & I was so thankful. We went to Mattress Firm at The Rim today and it was easily one of the best shopping experiences Ive had for anything. Dexter was professional but so personable. He said he knew mattress shopping could be painful and his job is to make it far less painful and he did just that. He asked tons of questions about our sleeping positions and what we did and didnt like about our current mattress so he could steer us toward the perfect one. He wasnt pushy and didnt try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. We were almost sad to leave just because we enjoyed talking with Dexter so much.Mattress Firm offers a fantastic military/first responder discount that we werent expecting but its always so appreciated. I cant say enough good things about this location and Dexter.

I forgot the fellow’s name who helped us, and we were very tired and hurried, but he was very courteous, attentive and readily answered all our questions.We liked very much, the fast delivery and the removalof a very grubby old mattress which has been in storage far too long.

Shopping at Mattress Firm in person was great. Although we were going to purchase online, we really wanted the opportunity to try out multiple beds. Sure internet companies allow free returns and trial periods...for us, we really didn’t want to go through all that hassle if the bed didn’t worn out. Scot S. at the Rim location was very helpful. Our only complaint in the process is the $149 delivery/haul away charge. It would have been 5star review if this was included. I think it’s ridiculous to spend $6K for a bed and have to pay this fee. And honestly this was one of the main reasons we were even thinking about going through the internet, since most sites do this for free.

They have a great assortment to chose from. We went with the cool breeze temperpedic . Top of that line. We bought an adjustable base which is excellent. We were told it would work with our existing headboard but you need brackets to attach. During the process of moving my furniture back-and-forth from storage after a house fire, the power supply adapter for my Serta adjustable bed was lost. I contacted the mattress firm on Huebner Road (where I purchased the mattress) and spoke with a gentleman who was genuinely uninterested in my problem and was no help whatsoever. A couple of hours later I decided to call another mattress firm outlet to see if anyone could help. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Regina Castro. From initial contact, Ms.Castro quickly, efficiently and courteously addressed my issue. Within a couple of hours the replacement item was ordered and was shipped.I do not know Ms. Castro‘s position with in this company, but I can tell you that this woman knows what she’s doing and should be promoted. if you are looking for a mattress I would highly recommend that you find which store this woman is working at on that day and talk to her. So so glad we decided to stop here! My spouse and I decided to randomly detour while en route for froyo without promise of leaving with a new bed. I have never been one to have back problems, but after an emergent cesarean, a year later my entire body aches and cracks. My spouse is a side sleeper and I am a belly sleeper. He likes super soft and I like medium firm. Kenneth was our bed guide and we are beyond happy he was there to help us! He was so very patient, understanding and empathetic! We did not feel pressured at all! Initially we were nervous to stop at a big mattress store as we had the it would be out of our budget, but Kenneth in no way tried to encourage us to spend more, instead he was supportive in helping us find the right fit for our physical and financial needs. We had our little with us who got fussy and he did not mind one bit! He offered us water and even asked what our preferred temperature was!
